A September 15, 2009 report using
Asymmetric Language Trend Analysis (ALTA) of data collected by the Web
Bot predicts that,
“It is very likely that the ‘whistleblower’
who had been described in previous ALTA reports (see 1309) as emerging
out of the period of the [coagulation] of the [government/officialdom of
the USofA due to financial structure collapse] is a person by the name
of [Andrew D. Basiago].”

and author of the ALTA report, states that the truth campaign of American
whistle blower Andrew D. Basiago will raise Mr. Basiago’s public profile
“to a very high level within the mainstream media and that such presence
in the media will climb over the next 9/nine months to a planetary level.”
Basiago published a paper entitled The Discovery of Life on Mars on
December 12, 2008 that contains photographic evidence and textual analysis
of humanoid beings, animal species, carved statues, and built structures
on Mars. These were derived from images taken by NASA’s Mars Exploration
Rover Spirit on the surface of Mars. His paper, which achieves over 50
“firsts” in science, is the first work to prove that Mars not only
harbored life in ancient times but is an inhabited planet today.
Referring to his paper, the ALTA report states,
“The past forecast for this person who would
make a [planetary impact] of such magnitude that [a second wave] of
other [whistle-blowers] of all kinds would be drawn into the public view
includes descriptors and archetypes that are currently being fulfilled
by reports about Andrew’s paper.”
The ALTA report also states,
“[T]he linguistics both around Andrew D.
Basiago and by him reach to almost 34/thirty-four percent of the
predicted linguistic set (actually quite significant levels when
attempting to match personality to forecast at this early a stage).”
The methodology of
Web Bot and ALTA reports
The Web Bot project on which the ALTA reports are based uses software to,
“search the Internet for about 300,000
keywords with emotional context and record the preceding and following
words to create a ‘snapshot.’ Through this, the technology is claimed to
be able to examine the collective unconscious of the world as a whole.
It is thus said to be able to predict catastrophic [and other] events 60
to 90 days in advance.”
The Web Bot is claimed to have accurately
predicted the September 11, 2001 terror attacks in June 2001, as well as
the blackout of the Northeastern United States in 2003.
The project was unsuccessful in predicting a
Vancouver, B.C. and Pacific Northwest earthquake for December 12, 2008.

First, I have found abundant evidence of
humanoid beings of two types on Mars, one closely resembling modern
human beings on Earth and the other the Grays of the UFO contact
literature.
Second, I have found animal species, including animals that presently
exist on Earth, that once existed on Earth but are now extinct, and
that have never existed on Earth.
Third, I have found many carved statues, especially large heads and
faces of humans and animals made from indigenous rocks, which is a
distinctively Martian art form, as exemplified by The Face on Mars at

Okuneva: Does this evidence
establish the existence of a previous civilization on Mars?
Basiago: Yes. Mars was inhabited in antiquity and is inhabited
today. The civilization on Mars was impacted by the solar system
catastrophe of 9,500 BC, in which debris elements from the Vela
supernova explosion entered our solar system, devastating Mars and
destroying the great maritime civilization on Earth that built the
Great Pyramid and the Sphinx.
The evidence on Mars of this ancient civilization consists of very
large monuments that can be seen from satellite images and now smaller
details photographed by NASA's rovers Spirit and Opportunity, such as
the image of an Egyptian pharaoh that MARS has identified on a rock on
Mars that was photographed by Spirit, that we are calling "The Rosetta
Stone of Mars" because it establishes the connection between Ancient
Egypt and Mars.
After this catastrophe, the human beings on Mars took refuge
underground, where their post-catastrophe civilization has survived
intact, and where, according to a senior CIA officer who contacted me
after I published The Discovery of Life on Mars in 2008, one
million Martian humanoids of several different types now live.

Okuneva: Is there any evidence of
forests and water existing on Mars?
Basiago: In my opinion, yes. Although the ecology of Mars is
fragile and even tenuous by earthly standards, there is evidence that
both forests and water presently exist on Mars.
Several years ago, the late Dr. Thomas Van Flandern, the former
chief astronomer of the US Navy, published photographs showing "possible
trees" on Mars. He concluded that they were "ancient forests remains,"
that is to say, fossils.
He also studied The Face on Mars at Cydonia, and concluded that
the probability that it is a built structure is astronomically high −
"a thousand billion billion to one."
He determined, however, that such evidence was from a civilization
that died out on Mars 3.2 million years ago, when life was beginning
on Earth. Dr. Van Flandern concluded that Mars is a dead planet. I
disagree.

inhabited today by humanoid beings and by many different animal
species.

Mars' biota also includes plant life that
we would liken to the algae, lichen, mosses, ferns, and sedges that we
find here on Earth.
As for the presence of water on Mars, I would cite the fact that in
2008, at the very time that NASA was announcing its "chilling
discovery" of ice on Mars, I published data derived from NASA's own
photographs showing evidence of both standing water and flowing water
in the West Valley of the Columbia Basin of the Gusev Crater of Mars,
which is in the middle latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere of Mars,
about where Columbus, Ohio is here on Earth.
In NASA image PIA10214, a lake, azure blue in color, can be seen at
the foot of Husband Hill, to the west of the Home Plate Plateau. In
NASA image PIA11049, a pipe can be seen, and from it, water can be
seen flowing downward into a catch basin, around which, in turn, human
beings can be seen standing, to the south of the Home Plate Plateau.
Such evidence shows that NASA is attempting to conceal the obvious
evidence of life that exists in its own photographs, which is contrary
to the mission that the US space agency was given by the US Congress
in the NASA Act of 1958, which was to foster "the expansion of human
knowledge of… space."
It is trying to do so by making periodic
announcements of discoveries on Mars of a de minimis nature, most
recently, the discovery of methane.
Surely, the people of this planet have a
right to know that the planet that every two years comes closest to
our planet, Mars, is an inhabited planet, and, in this way, to know
and understand the true natural history of the solar system that we
live in as inhabitants of this planet.
Okuneva: What is the probability that all of these forms of
evidence are optical illusions?
Basiago: None. I am a lawyer in Washington State, and I can say
with some authority that the evidence that MARS has already published
on the Web is sufficient to convince any jury in the United States
that Mars is an inhabited planet.
However, we are not at that place in the debate. Where we are at in
the debate is whether President Obama will honor his own call for "Change"
and change the traditional policy of the US government, established by
the CIA's Robertson Panel of 1952-53, which has been to deny the
existence of extraterrestrial life.
You may remember that during the presidential campaign in 2008,
President Obama was asked about extraterrestrial life and he
joked that the critical question was whether or not the ET’s were
Democrats or Republicans!
I met Barack Obama in 1982 when we were
college students, and I think that he is smarter than that.
I think that he recognizes the great
contribution that he could make as president were he to embrace my
call to acknowledge that Mars is inhabited, establish a Mars
protectorate under the UN, and normalize relations with the human
civilization on Mars.
Ultimately, I think that he has no other
choice, now that the evidence that Mars is inhabited so far surpasses
the possibility that it is an optical illusion that it falls somewhere
between the "substantial evidence" standard and the "beyond a
reasonable doubt" standard.
Clearly, there is still some skepticism,
but in my view such skepticism results from fear of change rather than
the courage to confront the truth.
Okuneva: If the artifacts truly exist, what lessons should be
learned by humanity about your discovery of life on Mars?
Basiago: The overarching philosophical lesson to be learned
from this new discovery is that we live in an inhabited Universe and
that human life as we know it on Earth might be more commonplace in
the Cosmos than we once thought. The 21st Century will see something
that human civilization on Earth has not seen for 500 years - the
discovery of a new world.
The immediate lesson to be learned,
however, and the reason that I am leading the campaign to achieve
political recognition that Mars is an inhabited planet, is that we
must begin the great debate on Earth to enact the international treaty
that is now required to protect the ecology and the civilization of
Mars from visitation, exploration, habitation, and colonization by
human beings from Earth.
We must remember that Mars does not belong
to the people of America or of Russia or, indeed, the people of Earth.
Mars belongs to the Martians! If we fail to recognize this, then we
will fail our first major test of cosmic citizenship.
I think that the people of the Earth are
ready for cosmic citizenship and I think that they are also ready for
the truth.

Why is Hawking Affirming Time Travel Theory and
Appearing Ignorant of DARPA...
Secret Time Travel
Fresh from eliciting polarized public
responses to public statements urging humanity to avoid any contact
with extraterrestrial civilizations on the grounds that all such
contact may be dangerous, scientist Stephen Hawking, for
over 30 years Lucasian professor of mathematics at Cambridge
University, has now weighed in on the theoretical and operational reality
of time travel as part of his
Discovery Channel documentary series.
As
Examiner reported, Hawking’s blanket negative statements about the
intentions of extraterrestrial civilizations are reminiscent of U.S. and
U.K. military-intelligence propaganda supporting the weaponization of
space and a false flag war against extraterrestrials.
Prof. Hawking said,
“We only have to look at ourselves to see
how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn’t want to
meet. I imagine they might exist in massive ships, having used up all
the resources from their home planet. Such advanced aliens would perhaps
become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can
reach.”
Prof. Hawking’s statements on time travel can
been seen in a segment (Episode 1-5) of the Discovery Channel documentary.
In the documentary segment, Prof. Hawking
first affirms the theoretical reality of time travel.
He then describes (and the documentary depicts)
a theoretical time-travel portal in terms that are very similar to secret
U.S. government time travel portals described by independent whistle
blowers from U.S. time travel projects, Andrew D. Basiago, a
Cambridge University graduate and former DARPA Project Pegasus
time travel participant, and former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe.
Although the literature about Mr. Basiago’s and Mr. Relfe’s operational
time travel experiences in secret U.S. government programs is readily
available and would come up in any scientific due diligence “Google”
search by Prof. Hawking, Prof. Hawking goes on to postulate that “time
travel wormholes” occur only at the quantum level and are “one
billion trillionth trillionth of a centimeter” in diameter.
Science would have to expand these “time
travel wormholes” to human size for time travel to be possible, according
to Prof. Hawking.
According to Andrew D. Basiago, in the quantum access technology
developed by the U.S. government, vortal tunnels are opened in time-space
via Tesla-based teleporters.
It is reasonable to ask why Prof. Hawking, who first portrays time travel
as possible and describes a realistic time travel portal almost factually
would then postulate a situation so drastically at odds with what is now
real - that the U.S. government has secretly had an operational time
travel capability for more than 40 years.

What is fascinating about the determination made by Mr. High is that Mr.
Basiago’s high level (34%) in the linguistic set predicted by the ALTA
model might be caused by revelations of his other than those pertaining to
life on Mars.
On August 31, 2009, in a six-hour interview by
Jessica Schab that has become a YouTube classic, Mr. Basiago disclosed the
existence of a secret US time travel program called Project Pegasus.
In the interview, Basiago states that the US government’s “quantum access”
capability was so advanced 40 years ago that in 1971, he was asked to read
a copy of his paper The Discovery of Life on Mars that had been
retrieved from the future, so that when he wrote it, in 2008, it would
contain as much data about Mars as possible.

the connections between his childhood involvement in Project Pegasus

Witness and documentary
evidence for secret U.S. time travel
Project Pegasus was a classified,
defense-related research and development program launched by the US
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in the late 1960’s.
In the YouTube interview with Ms. Schab, Mr.
Basiago,
“relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project
Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and
future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision during the
early days of time-space exploration by the US government.”
According to Mr. Basiago, the US government
already had a fully operational teleportation capability in 1967-68, and
by 1969-70, was actively training a cadre of gifted and talented American
schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of
“chrononauts” or time-space explorers.
This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he
teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by
CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company
of Hunt.
Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a
“jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA.
The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was
to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny
pertaining to publicly establishing the fact that Mars is an inhabited
planet and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience its
conditions first-hand.
Mr. Basiago’s involvement in advanced US time-space research as a child,
as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a career CIA officer,
have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works
closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain
Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included
both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scrolls expeditions of
Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to
Project Pegasus.
Remote sensing in
the time-space continuum
Mr. Basiago has revealed that between 1969 and 1972, as a child
participant in Project Pegasus, he both viewed past and future
events through a device known as a chronovisor and teleported back
and forth across the country in vortal tunnels opened in time-space via
Tesla -based teleporters located at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical
Company facility in Wood Ridge, NJ and the Sandia National Laboratory in
Sandia, NM.
DARPA had, he explains, five reasons for involving American school
children in such new, dangerous, and experimental activities.

First, the Department of Defense wanted to
test the mental and physical effects of teleportation on children.

Second, Project Pegasus needed to use
children because the holograms created by the chronovisors would
collapse when adults stood within them.

Third, the children were tabula rasa and
would tend to see things during the time probes that adults would tend
to miss.

Fourth, the children were trainees who
upon growing up would serve in a covert time-space program
under DARPA that would operate in tandem with the overt space program
under NASA.

Lastly, the program sponsors found that
after moving between time lines, adult
time travelers were often becoming
insane, and it was hoped that by working with gifted and talented
children from childhood, the US government might create an adult cadre
of “chrononauts” capable of dealing with the psychological effects of
time travel.
In one time probe to the future undertaken by
Project Pegasus from a chronovisor device located at ITT
Defense Communications in Nutley, NJ, Mr. Basiago viewed the US Supreme
Court building in Washington, DC as it would be in the year 2013.
During this probe, he found that the Supreme
Court building was under 100 feet of stagnant water and reported
this to the Lieutenant Commander from the Office of Naval Intelligence who
debriefed him after the probe to the future was completed.
He hastens to add that because the
chronovisors did not identify absolute, deterministic futures but rather
alternate futures in the “multi-verse,” this catastrophic
vision of Washington, DC might be from an alternative time line that does
not materialize on our time line.
In contrast to the chronovisor probes, in which a form of virtual time
travel was achieved, the teleporters developed by Project Pegasus
allowed for physical teleportation to distant locations, sometimes with an
adjustment forward or backward in time of days, weeks, months, or years.
According to Mr. Basiago, by 1972, the US
government was using “quantum displacement” of this kind to both send
people forward in time several years to store sensitive military secrets
in the future and backward in time several years to provide the government
current intelligence about future events.
Societal impact of
chronovision and teleportation
Andrew D. Basiago’s Pegasus revelations establish that a secret, advanced
US time-space program emerged 40 years ago. For four decades, this program
has used esoteric technologies involving chronovision and
teleportation to perform “remote sensing in time” of past and future
events.
For the past three decades, teleportation has
also been used to send individuals from Earth to strategic US bases on
Mars. He is adamant that these technologies be revealed so that
their positive and negative aspects can be debated and their positive
aspects used to advantage humanity.
Chronovision, he said, could be used to create an international
network of virtual museums in which images from the past would be shown to
enlighten and educate the public.
Misapplied, such technology could also be used
to create a Fascist society based on 24-hour surveillance of
individuals by government, which may have been portended by the DARPA
project called “Total Information Awareness” that President George W. Bush
established and placed under Admiral John Poindexter.
Teleportation is a second quantum access technology developed with public
funds that the public is being denied the full benefits of.
Teleportation could be used, Basiago said, to
move people and goods more quickly and efficiently around the globe,
without the pollution caused by planes, trains, and automobiles or the
negative land use effects from airports, railroad tracks, and highways.
Yet, if it is not declassified, teleportation
will remain what it has been for 40 years, that is, a weapon for
use only by the US military, to have the option to put troops
precisely where they are needed on battlefields.
“I take my responsibilities as a planetary
whistle blower very seriously,” Basiago said.
“This is a truth campaign for
positive human development on this planet. The people of this planet
have a right to a true telling of the natural history of the solar
system that we inhabit. This includes the truth that Mars is an
inhabited planet and also that the United States’ secret space program
has already sent individuals from this planet to the Red Planet.
If we are to achieve a sustainable human
future on this planet, we must demand that the US government reveal the
teleportation that has been used to reach Mars so that it can now be
used to revolutionize human transport on Earth. The people of this
planet have a right to inhabit a future global society in which all
human beings enjoy the life-advantaging benefits of all of the
technologies that all of human ingenuity has ever produced.
In both of these cases, whether a treaty
protecting Mars or a global network of teleports results, the truth
shall set us free.”

In a 2006 paper entitled, ?False Flag Operations, 9/11, and the
Exopolitical Perspective?, Dr. Michael E. Salla identifies five
exopolitical factors behind false flag operations, including the false
flag operation of September 11, 2001.
Although Dr. Salla identifies exotic scalar weapons as the ?fourth
exopolitical factor? in false flag operations, his 2006 article does not
disclose how exopolitically-related factors specifically may have played
out in the case of 9/11.
Since then, a key whistle blower, Andrew D. Basiago, has emerged with
evidence that secret U.S. time travel technologies were used as early as
1971 to acquire first-hand documentary knowledge about September 11,
2001 ? fully three decades before the horrific events of that fateful
day.

the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

Mr. Basiago claims that DARPA?s secret technical accomplishments go
far beyond what it has publicly acknowledged and that by 1970 DARPA had
achieved teleportation-based time travel as well as advanced electro-optical
means of discerning past and future events via different technologies

Mr. Basiago has described how while serving in Project Pegasus, he
viewed moving images of 9/11 at the secured U.S. defense-technical
facility where they were processed after being retrieved from the future,
the Aerojet Corporation facility that once stood at the corner of
Bullock Avenue and Leroy Place in Socorro, New Mexico.
According to Mr. Basiago?s whistleblower testimony, Donald H.
Rumsfeld, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defense on September 11, 2001,
was the defense attach to Project Pegasus during the early 1970?s, when
Mr. Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counselor to President Nixon
and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilization.
In all likelihood, Mr. Rumsfeld, as the defense attach to Project
Pegasus, would have known about and possibly had control over the data
about 9/11 derived via ?quantum access? and brought back to the early
1970?s for analysis by the DARPA research and development program under
his administrative authority.

young child, and now a practicing attorney, Andrew D. Basiago seeks to
end the U.S. government's time travel cover-up. He claims to be one of
America's early time-space explorers, and revealed his experiences
with time travel research and development. As one of 140 American
children involved with experiments with teleportation, during the late
1960s, he said the government was interested in developing a
technology to transport the President and his family in urgent
situations, and wanted to test the mental and physical effects. The
teleporter consisted of "two parentheses-shaped objects about 8 ft.
tall," around 10 ft. apart from each other, and inside the interior of
the armatures were "tiny little ports that were generating a blue-green
light." Between the armatures was a tuned-in field of radiant energy
that the subjects leaped through, he detailed. Via a device called a
chronovisor, which generates a hologram, Basiago claimed he was sent
back to around 1 million BC, a hot red-earth environment, where huge
dinosaurs roamed. Later, he was teleported to the year 2045, to pick
up intelligence data on the years between the 1970s and the 2040s, he
said. Interestingly, the year 2045 was a time of peace and
environmental stability, he noted. He referred to another type of
technology to time travel to the past called Plasma Confinement, which
allowed him to visit Gettysburg in 1863 to see Lincoln's speech (see
article below). We need to adopt teleportation in the 21st century "as
our principle means of long distance transport, simply to survive as a
planetary civilization," he commented. Basiago will be presenting a
lecture in Port Townsend, WA on November 20th. More of his intriguing

Q: Is this [Figure A above] the photo
of you on November 19, 1863?
Andrew D. Basiago: Yes. I am the boy standing in the foreground
of the image at center-left, looking to his right. My shoes were lost in
the transit through the quantum plenum that took me from the plasma
confinement chamber at the time lab in East Hanover, NJ in 1972 to
Gettysburg, PA on the day that Abraham Lincoln gave his famous address
there in 1863.
When I walked into downtown Gettysburg,
where the shops were, after walking into town along the north-south
arterial that led into Gettysburg, a cobbler by the name of John
Lawrence Burns accosted me and took me inside a millinery shop and
furnished me with a pair of men's street shoes and a Union winter parka
that he took from a stack of military clothing in a storeroom at the
back of the shop.
In this image, one can see how over-sized
the shoes were. I can confirm that this image was taken right after
President Lincoln arrived on the dais, because when I walked over to
this location and stood in this manner to detract attention from my
shoes, I had been standing over by the dais, and Lincoln had not yet
arrived, and I only stood in this position for several minutes before
the quantum field effect produced by the plasma confinement chamber
ended and I found myself back in the time lab in New Jersey.
Q: This is incredible, Andrew! I did not know there were pictures.
Was this a picture (Figure A) discovered that just happened to have you
in it, or was this picture taken by those with you and you brought it
back?
Andrew D. Basiago: To my knowledge, this was the only photograph
that was taken in a past or future time when I was time traveling for
DARPA's Project Pegasus. I think another breakthrough will come in the
form of accounts from residents of Santa Fe [New Mexico] about children
suddenly appearing at the state capitol complex there in the early
1970's.
Our arrivals were sometimes witnessed.
Several of my own arrivals were witnessed. I have spoken with area
residents who knew that individuals were teleporting into Santa Fe in
the early 1970's.
Some of that knowledge resulted from the
arrival of teleportees, including myself, being seen by others; other
knowledge resulted from the fact that employees of LANL [Los Alamos
National Laboratory, Los Alamos, NM] were bringing stories about the
teleportation that was going on home from work and sharing them with
their children around the dinner table in Los Alamos and White Rock.
Q: What were you looking at [in the photograph in Figure A]?
Andrew D. Basiago: Nothing, intentionally. I was wearing a
hodgepodge of clothes: the Union bugle boy uniform that I had been
issued back in East Hanover, NJ in 1972; the Union winter parka that
Burns had outfitted me in when I walked into town shivering in the brisk
autumn air; the huge men's shoes that he gave me when I walked into town
barefoot.
When I walked over to the dais, several
women were gossiping about me (presumably, because I was apparently a
bugle boy separated from his regiment or a carpetbagger). I was
questioned by two Union officers about where my regiment was bivouacked.
I also had a strange encounter with my father, who was dressed as a
Pennsylvania farmer and standing in front of the dais, in which he
intentionally ignored me.
He later said that encountering me there at
Gettysburg was how he found out I was going to be in the program. But he
was startled to see me and not expecting me to be there, [he] acted like
he didn't know who I was. After I was questioned by the two Union
officers, I was concerned that I should make myself inconspicuous.
We had been trained to avoid being
conspicuous, being questioned, being arrested, being detained, and so
on, because these things might create complications that would prevent
us from getting back to the present.
So, self-conscious about the huge shoes that
I was wearing and trying to avoid being further noticed, I walked about
100 paces from the dais and stood with my back to the dais looking in
the opposite direction from where I knew Lincoln would be arriving. I
hoped that by affecting an air of non-chalance in this manner, I
would avoid further scrutiny by those present.
It didn't work! I ended up becoming the
first time traveler from the future to be photographed!
Q: How much information about the future has Project Pegasus
learned about?
Andrew D. Basiago: My experiences in Project Pegasus indicate
that by 1970, the US government was using chronovision to capture
remotely and record on film a vast amount of footage of past and future
events.
When we visited the project location at
Flemington, NJ - where I was shown remote images of the signing of the
US Constitution in 1787 and saw George Washington and Benjamin Franklin
as they appeared in life - we could see that the technicians there were
filming reams and reams of scenes of past events on 16 mm film stock and
storing it in film canisters. Presumably, this process is done digitally
today.
Q: Is Project Pegasus still active?
Andrew D. Basiago: I do not know whether Project Pegasus is still
active, but the intelligence infrastructure that evolved from it is in
all likelihood very active at this time. Project Pegasus was a small,
highly secret research and development program launched in the late
1960's. However, the technologies that it developed gave the US
government the keys to past and future events.
My guess is that the quantum access
capabilities that Project Pegasus provided the US government are now
headquartered at some form of national intelligence center that provides
the President, the intelligence community and the military information
about future events.
Q: Was just the military involved or was the government also
involved?
Andrew D. Basiago: Project Pegasus combined individuals employed
by the US military (Navy, DARPA), the US intelligence community (CIA)
and civilian defense contractors (e.g., Parsons). It was a research and
development program of the US Department of Defense (DoD).
Q: How could a father actually put his son through all of these
violent and possibly fatal transportation experiments?
Andrew D. Basiago: It is my position that my father and I were
proud to serve our country during its hour of maximum danger and were
also privileged to be involved in America's early activities in time-space
exploration. My father did not involve me in Project Pegasus.
Rather, we were approached by the US
government and told we had to be involved for reasons that remain a
mystery. In all likelihood, we were identified by project personnel from
the future, who knew from the perspective of their time that we had been
involved in the program, and hence we were brought into the program to
create the future program that had knowledge of our past involvement.
Q: Why was not an adult the one transported so that the
information brought back might be more precise?
Andrew D. Basiago: Children were involved for five main reasons.

First, we were experimental test
subjects into the physical and mental effects of teleportation on
children.

Second, we were necessary participants
because the holograms produced by the chronovisors would collapse if
adults were involved and so small, cooperative, intelligent human
beings were needed as the time travelers in the chronovisor probes,
and therefore a decision was made to involve gifted and talented
American school children.

Third, we were regarded as better
participant-observers of the past and future events accessed in the
program because children are tabula rasa - blank slates whose
perceptions are not skewed by the selection bias produced by their
previous experiences.

Fourth, we were trainees who were
expected to become America's first generation of "chrononauts" in a
fully fledged time-space program when we grew up.

Fifth and lastly, the Department of
Defense found that when adults were involved in time travel, the
psychologically destabilizing effects of moving between alternate
time lines was causing some adult time travelers to become insane,
so it was hoped that by training time travelers from childhood a
competent cadre of US time travelers could be formed.
Q: How could a child possibly be put through all of this and also
remember everything he saw or even understand what he saw or heard?
Andrew D. Basiago: I am a gifted individual with exceptional
powers of observation and memory. These gifts were identified when I was
being trained in Project Pegasus. In one test, I recited back random
numbers provided to me verbally to 84 places.
I was identified as the future whistle
blower about Project Pegasus even while I was still serving on the
project. I have spent over 10 years investigating my experiences and
proving them to an historical certainty. I am an individual who did
remember what I saw and heard, so it is not valid to say that I couldn't
have done so because a child couldn't or shouldn't have been able to.
That involves the fallacy of using the
general to refute the specific. I not only remembered much of what I saw
and heard, but I later wrote it down and went back and investigated it
and proved my memories.
Consequently, I am now able to provide an
insider's account of the US government's time-space program at the time
of its emergence in the late 1960's and early 1970's.

Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago are each intelligent, credible
professionals with histories as former participants in top secret
projects sponsored by US government agencies, including DARPA. Their
separate and independent revelations that each has secretly teleported
to bases on Mars provide strong corroborative evidence for the existence
of a permanent teleportation mechanism linking Earth and Mars, and for
the existence of functioning bases of the US government on Mars.
According to Mr. Basiago, the US government has had a fully
operational teleportation capability since 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was
already training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren,
including himself, to become America?s first generation of ?chrononauts?
or time-space explorers.
This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old,
he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the
trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the
company of Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a ?jump
room? located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA. The apparent purpose
of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA
knew of his destiny as the discoverer of life on Mars and deemed it
important that he visit Mars and experience it first-hand.
Mr. Basiago?s involvement in US time-space research as a child, as
well as Courtney M. Hunt?s identity as a CIA officer, have been
confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with
US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest
Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as
a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist
Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attach to DARPA?s Project Pegasus.
Arthur Neumann has stated that he teleported to Mars in order to
participate in an project meeting there at which Martian
extraterrestrials were present. Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that he
and his father briefly met three Martian astronauts at a US defense
contractor location while the Martians were there on a liaison visit
from Mars.
These independent whistleblower statements, in turn, provide a
threshold of corroborative evidence that an intelligent civilization
lives under the surface of Mars, and that this civilization is involved
in on-going secret liaison programs with agencies of the US government,
including the CIA.
There were seven times in his life when the CIA informed Mr. Basiago
about some aspect of his future Mars work.
Five of the episodes were informational briefings in which aspects of
his future landmark paper The Discovery of Life on Mars (2008),
establishing the existence of life forms on the ecologically fragile
surface of Mars, were revealed to him.
The other two episodes ? the meeting with the Martian astronauts at
Curtiss-Wright in 1970 and his two trips to Mars in 1981 ? were
practical exercises in which Mr. Basiago?s future role in making public
the existence of a strategic relationship between the US government and
the Martian civilization seems to have been the purpose.
The seven briefings apparently resulted from a finding by the CIA,
made some time around 1967-68, that Mr. Basiago?s future Mars writings
were of international security significance. According to Basiago, when
the CIA asked him to teleport to Mars in 1981, he was told that he had
to go to Mars but not told why he had to go.
Independent whistleblower
witness evidence of U.S. government time travel
Andrew D. Basiago is not the only whistle blower witness from a formerly
associated with secret U.S. time travel programs.
Quantum access technology is used to time travel U.S. armed service
personnel who serve as permanent staff at the secret U.S. base on Mars and
to age-regress them back to their original time-space starting date after
the completion of their 20-year rotation cycle on Mars.
Thus, the secret U.S. base on Mars may be hyperdimensionally “cloaked”
from civilian society on Earth, and “hidden” in covert niches in the time-space
hologram.
Two independent whistleblowers, both former U.S. armed service personnel
stationed at the U.S. secret base on Mars, have now come forth with
detailed accounts of their experiences on Mars.

Stephen Hawking’s April 25, 2010 public statements about

support of the weaponization of space, and acceptance of a possible
false flag war in space against a hyperdimensional extraterrestrial

A content analysis of Prof. Hawking’s
statements about time travel in the Discovery Channel documentary
reveals that it conforms to a standard definition of “disinformation.”
Prof. Hawking appears to be engaging in “a

observation with false conclusions and lies, or to reveal part of the
truth while presenting it as the whole (a limited hangout).”

Not only is Prof. Hawking a “Sacred Cow of Science,” by the evidence
he is a protégé of the Royal Society,
Prof. Stephen Hawking appears to be a
prime disinformation asset of some unknown entity, carrying out what
meets the definition of “disinformation” with regard to two key areas
of official disclosure affecting the public interest and the human
future: the intent and presence of extraterrestrial civilizations, and
the existence of operational quantum access teleportation and time
travel technology.
As he is a “Sacred Cow of Science,” the views expressed by Prof.
Hawking must be challenged with empirical eyewitness and documentary (photographic)
evidence, which this Examiner report on the existence of quantum

A second whistle-blower, this one a physicist,
has emerged to confirm the existence of U.S. government development of
time travel technology and emphasize the importance of the real-world
application of such technology for achieving planetary sustainability.
Dr. David Lewis Anderson, director of the Anderson Institute,
emerged publicly in a two-hour interview on December 23, 2009 to give an
extensive account of his time control research for the U.S. Air Force,
which he later continued at his Time Travel Research Institute and
other organizations.
Dr. Anderson's public revelations regarding time travel follow disclosures
made in August and November by Andrew D. Basiago in interviews
concerning his experiences in time travel experiments undertaken by
DARPA’s Project Pegasus in the early 1970s.
A Sept. 15, 2009 report derived from the Web Bot predicted
that a “planetary whistleblower” would emerge from the current period of
U.S. financial collapse.
Clif High, the genius behind the Web
Bot, determined that the individual was “very likely” Mr. Basiago, a
lawyer from Washington State who is leading a truth campaign to establish
that the U.S. defense community achieved teleportation in the late 1960s.
The report also stated that Mr. Basiago’s crusade would spark a movement,
as other whistle-blowers shared with the public previously secret
information.
In fulfillment of the scenario predicted by the Web Bot, both Mr. Basiago
and Dr. Anderson are whistleblowers who have emerged during the latter
months of 2009 to affirm secret time travel advancements by the U.S.
government and private industry that may articulate a way out of the
current depression via investment in a 21st century infrastructure that
would include teleportation and other new energy applications.
The ALTA-Web-Bot
report predicts planetary whistleblowers

The Web Bot project uses software to,
“search the Internet for about 300,000
keywords with emotional context and record the preceding and following
words to create a ‘snapshot.’ Through this, the technology is claimed to
be able to examine the collective unconscious of the world as a whole."
The data collected by the Web Bot is then
analyzed via Asymmetric Language Trend Analysis (or ALTA)
to discern future trends.
In the unusual terminology employed by ALTA, a September 15, 2009 report
using data collected by the Web Bot stated:
“It is very likely that the ‘whistleblower’
who had been described in previous ALTA reports (see 1309) as emerging
out of the period of the [coagulation] of the [government/officialdom of
the USofA due to financial structure collapse] is a person by the name
of [Andrew D. Basiago].”
In the ALTA report published in
September (2009), Clif High, the administrator of the Web
Bot, predicted that the truth campaign of American lawyer Andrew D.
Basiago will raise Mr. Basiago’s public profile,
“to a very high level within the mainstream
media and that such presence in the media will climb over the next
9/nine months to a planetary level.”
He also stated that this person would make,
“a planetary impact of such magnitude that a
second wave of other whistle-blowers of all kinds would be drawn into…
public view.”

Since the September report, those following the Web Bot project by
reading the ALTA reports have speculated as to who the next
whistleblower to follow Mr. Basiago might be. One candidate is Dr.
Anderson.
According to the physicist, he was employed at a young age by the U.S. Air
Force conducting advanced research and development at the Air Force
Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base in the Mojave Desert.
During that time, he laid the foundations for what would be known as
“time-warp field theory,” an approach that models and describes how to use
the natural forces of inertial frame dragging to create contained and
controllable fields of closed time-like curves.
At his Time Travel Research Center in Long Island, Dr. Anderson
further developed time-warp field theory, as well as a third generation
time warp generator. Dr. Anderson sets out 10 types of

U.S. governmental involvement in time travel initially in an August 31st
interview by Jessica Schab posted on YouTube and then again during a
November 11th interview on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory (below

His revelations on Coast to Coast AM are
summarized as follows:
“Andrew D. Basiago discussed his experiences
within a secret DARPA program “Project Pegasus” and what he claimed to
be the true history of U.S. time travel research and teleportation

“He described being teleported from… Wood Ridge, NJ to Santa Fe, NM via
a device derived from Tesla technology. A ‘chasm’ opens up in the fabric

research and time travel
This reporter asked Mr. Basiago whether Dr. Anderson’s time control
research validates his time travel experiences with the
Tesla-based technology used by Project Pegasus.
He responded by stating that he thinks that it does, in the sense that it
provides corroborating evidence that advanced applications in quantum
physics can have truly revolutionary effects on the quantum environment,
including the propagation of “vortal tunnels” by which people can travel
between distant locations in time-space.
“It is not the same technology, but it shows
similar effects,” he stated.
“In the 21st century, the quantum
environment will be shaped to suit human ends, and human beings will be
freed from the constraints of time-space that today we take for granted.”
Time travel
technology and a positive human future
Both whistleblowers - Andrew D. Basiago and Dr. David L.
Anderson - independently emphasize the connection between creating a
positive human future and public disclosure of the time travel and time
control capabilities that they say the U.S. government has developed but
kept secret, thereby depriving the world of the potential life-advantaging
benefits of technologies that manipulate the quantum environment.
Mr. Basiago stated that teleportation could be used to move people and
goods more efficiently around the globe, without the pollution caused by
planes, trains, and automobiles or the negative effects upon land use of
airports, railroads, and highways.
Dr. Anderson stated that time control technology will solve the global
energy crisis, with diverse applications in both new energy production and
medical research.
In support of Mr. Basiago’s call for
disclosure by the U.S. government of its time travel technologies,
Dr. Anderson stated that,

The following is an exclusive interview that
the website Surfing The Apocalypse conducted with Michael and
Stephanie Relfe. Stephanie Relfe is the author of THE MARS RECORDS ,
a chronicle of biofeedback meter sessions where Michael R. regained
hidden memories of military service on Mars.
During these sessions, which began in 1996, the two discovered that
while Michael was in the United States Navy he served for twenty years
at a base that was established on the planet Mars. Through the clearing
sessions, a complex set of memories began to surface. Memories that
included remote viewing, time travel, age recession of 20-years and on-going
intrusive abductions. These memories were found buried beneath the false
memories that had been implanted so that Michael would not remember.
Where possible, when certain technologies or people are mentioned in the
interview, links to information on those subjects and/or people are
provided. It is highly recommended that you follow these links and

WHAT IS A JUMPGATE?
A jumpgate is a tunnel or tube of
energy that a person walks down, which takes them from one time and
space to another time and / or space.
A type of jumpgate is shown in the movie and TV series "Stargate". A much
better portrayal of a jumpgate, showing what it is like to walk through
one, is shown in the movie "The Silencers" which is available at video
stores.

SURFING: In 1996, you began clearing
sessions, can you tell me about why you started these sessions and the
techniques that were used?
MICHAEL: I initially agreed to the clearing sessions because I
have always had a question concerning a dream I had as a child. I
dreamed of seeing a spaceship outside my house.
STEPHANIE: When I first met Michael, I thought I might have (finally)
met the man for me. I could tell that he had done some work on himself
(which I learned later was called deliverance). We met through a number
of coincidences at the Nexus Magazine conference in Sydney, Australia.
We had a date the first day we met, but it soon became clear to me that
this wasn‘t going to work - he still had too much anger in him, and his
ideas on some things were too fixed. However, we remained friends. From
my side, in particular because I needed his help to make my web page .
Meanwhile, I continued to pray and work to meet the man of my dreams.
About a year later I was on the net when I saw an ad for some
information that I KNEW was for me. I sent off my money. I had figured
that since the man of my dreams would be telepathic like me; he should
be able to pick up my thoughts and find me. But the information told me
that there is no use talking telepathically to someone if their ‘phone
is off the hook‘ so to speak. They need to be in THEIR alpha levels as
well. And when is that? When they are asleep.
So I told myself that I would wake when I
was in mind-to-mind communication with the man who fitted the list of
the man of my dreams. I woke at 3 am and he was THERE spiritually. I
told him to get to me as soon as possible. About 3 weeks later I was
sitting at a table with Michael. I was thinking - he‘s got so much going
for him - if only I could get rid of whatever that rage is behind his
eyes. Suddenly I got the thought to offer him some clearing sessions
free of charge. To my surprise (because not everyone wants to look at
their ‘stuff‘), he accepted.
SURFING: Were the clearing sessions successful in retrieving the
memories as well as diffusing the rage?
MICHAEL: Concerning the childhood memories, we haven‘t gone that
deeply into exploring that area. The internal rage I felt as the result
of how I had been treated is mostly gone. Along with that was great
physical pain (in my neck and back) that I had felt as a result of the
crash of the attack craft. The way clearing works, it is easier to
remember things that contain a lot of "charge" on them. That charge is
usually associated with pain or traumatic events.
STEPHANIE: Michael is a very different person now to how he was
when I first met him. Eventually he improved so much that when he asked
me to marry him, I accepted. We are now very happy together. And he
becomes more of a "people person" every day, when previously he was
pretty much a loner.
SURFING: Michael, when did you enlist in the U.S. Navy and
how long did you serve with them?
MICHAEL: I enlisted in the Navy in 1976 for the Nuclear Power
Program. That program requires a six year enlistment.
My time in the Navy was 6 years relative and 26 years absolute. That
means 6 years in my "normal" life time line. Then some time after
arriving at Great Lakes, Illinois for Electronics Tech school, I was
recruited to Mars. I stayed there 20 years, at which time I was
age regressed and returned to Great Lakes about a week after I had left.
6 Years + 20 Years = 26 Years.
Remember that during the duration of my 6-year enlistment plus the next
14 years, there were two instances of me---one on Earth and one on Mars.
There was no "parallel universe" situation.
SURFING: Michael, you state that the time you spent in the Navy
was "6 years relative and 26 years absolute," and that there were "two
instances" of you, "one on Earth and one on Mars," can you explain what
this means and/or how this worked?
MICHAEL: In the book, the visual representation of the time line
helps clarify the matter. I was living my normal "time line" when I was
recruited for the program. I was taken to Mars via jump gate where I
served a 20-year tour of duty. During that period, I was not allowed
contact with any event, any thing or anyone on earth. At the end of the
tour of duty, I was physically age regressed 20 years and returned to my
point of origin. (about a week after I had left). I continued to live my
normal "time line"
From the point of an outside observer, I lived my normal time line (minus
the week I was gone). At the same period, I was also living on Mars,
totally isolated from earth. The key is ISOLATED. During the time on
Mars, I was never allowed to interfere with any event on earth. In
addition, I eventually had to be returned to earth to live out my normal
time line and accomplish my destiny.
SURFING: The "jump gate" that you refer to, is this technology
that grew out of the
Philadelphia Experiment?
MICHAEL: Yes. This is the same technology that Al Bielek
describes in the Montauk book series, although instead of being in the
experimental stages, at the time of my enlistment, this technology was
being used in everyday practice.
SURFING: Your first clearing sessions were because you remembered
seeing spaceships as a boy. Can you tell me about these memories and
what you discovered about them in the sessions?
MICHAEL: I remembered that one night I was awakened and my
parents were not in the house. So I went outside to try and find them
and saw all the people of our neighborhood outside looking up at the sky
at a "rocket". I wanted to know if it was really a dream.
Then I mentioned to Stephanie something about wanting to know if I ever
saw "weird" things in the Navy. The meter started to read so Stephanie
followed that line of thought. The Mars Records is the result.
SURFING: What was your first memory of your service on Mars? How
did you both feel about this revelation?
MICHAEL: It was during the first session as described in the book.
I was in Great Lakes, Illinois, in the Nuclear Power Program. I had
completed Electronic Tech School but they supposedly did not have room
at Nuclear Power School for me at that time, so I was assigned to be an
"Instructor Assistant" at one of the Electronic Schools. My memory from
that time seemed "flat", like a cartoon or something. When Stephanie
started questioning me about that time, asking if I was doing something
else or if I was somewhere else, that is when the meter started reading.
The word MARS came into mind and the meter went crazy. She continued
with that line of research.
How did I feel about it? I was very surprised and astonished at this
realization. I had no idea I was ever involved in anything such as this.
You have to understand that I was very emotionally "bound up" at this
time. I was "programmed" to be an unemotional loner and did not react
emotionally to much of anything. My job was using my Remote Viewing
"talent" to kill other beings (human alien and other) in excess of 70
times. Other beings were just "targets". My world was one of fact and
logic. I was a very cold person. I once mentioned to Stephanie that I
must have been like the Psicorps Officer, "Mr. Bester" on the TV show
Babylon 5. She said "No, You were like his BOSS !" I have improved quite
a bit since then.
STEPHANIE: I had a range of emotions and thoughts at the time.
However, a clearing session runs successfully only if the clearing
practitioner is PRESENT. I was trained to be present, no matter what the
client says or does. Once you are in that state of "Here" and "Now",
nothing affects you - because our emotions are a result of our past
experience and beliefs.
Also, because I had done years of clearing and reading about alternative
type things, I had had my reality on many things totally changed many
times in the past, so that one more surprise was not as hard to handle
had I not been prepared by previous changes to my way of thinking.
However, that aside, I guess I can say that at the back of my mind there
was a part of me that felt that the world turned upside down, so to
speak, when I asked him "where were you at that time?" and he finally
answered "Mars".
Somehow I just KNEW that his answer was going to be Mars. I didn‘t put
that thought in his head. It‘s just that the reality of it was so much
in the room (and because I‘m pretty telepathic). It took him quite a
while to answer - not because he didn‘t instantly know the answer, just
because he was reluctant to tell me. To me, he looked pretty astounded.
After the session, as his answers sunk further into my mind, I became
even more astonished. It would have been all right if I had heard of
even ONE person having been to Mars (I didn‘t know at that time that
Al Bielek
said he had been to Mars), but that I should find the first person to
remember . . . this was a pretty big responsibility. It took me a long
time to get used to the idea. For quite a while after that I used to try
different ways to get Michael to realize that it must have come from a
past life or something else, but I finally had to accept that it really
happened and in this lifetime.
SURFING: What was your life like on Mars? Did you live on the
surface or under ground? What special life support systems, if any were
required?
MICHAEL: From my memories in the sessions, I remember that most
living was done indoors in a mixture above ground and underground
installations. We have not looked at this subject fully.
SURFING: What was your "mission" at the Mars base?
MICHAEL: My service at Mars Base took place over a 20-year time
span. During that time my job specialty changed at least twice. During
one time period, I was involved with Remote Viewing. During the remote
viewing period, there was a time of initial conditioning (drugs to
enhance metaphysical "talent" and surgery for the man/machine
interface), training and deployment. The missions that I performed at
different stages varied from recon (data gathering) to defense to
offensive.
Recon - Data Gathering, Covert Spying, etc. Remote Viewing can be
shielded against. You have to have control and finesse to be effective
against a shield.
Defense - Differing assignments according to the "power" of the talent.
Ranges from lightweight general "monitoring" of a region . . . to active
defense of a region . . . to active defense of an installation . . . to
active defense of a selected VIP target.
These regions can be on planet or in an area surrounding the planet.
Sometimes the defense is "mental". Sometimes you are hooked into
offensive and defensive weapons systems.
Offensive œ Remote Viewing used as an offensive tactical weapon to
terminate selected VIP targets (assassination). Even with the machines,
this job requires a "talent" of high "horsepower" and low compassion for
other beings. Most RV people never come close to this level.
These jobs are a progression "upward". I remember being very good
against shields. Later, after gaining experience, I became offensive and
proficient at termination. The final count was 70 targets terminated.
SURFING: What exactly were you defending on Mars Base and who
were you defending it from?
MICHAEL: During my Remote Viewing period, defense was provided
for various targets, depending upon the operatives skill and experience.
Some of the things defended were regions of space, installations,
VIE equipment, weapons platforms and VIP individuals. We have not looked
at the identification of the enemy(s).
SURFING: You mention "final count 70 targets terminated;" who/what
were these targets?
MICHAEL: These targets were humans, aliens and synthetics
(I don‘t actually know what a synthetic is... it is the name I give to
the "thing" that looks human, but is a shell containing an artificial
intelligence)
SURFING: What is the man-machine interface?
MICHAEL: The machine that amplifies your metaphysical abilities.
It requires a direct connection to the brain. Candidates undergo surgery
to implant an interface device so that the connection can be made.
SURFING: Earlier in the interview you mentioned great physical
pain in your neck and your back as a result of the "crash of the attack
craft." What was the crash of the attack craft?
MICHAEL: From what we have been able to piece together, I spent a
certain amount of the 20 year Mars‘ duty term in a specialty commonly
known as Remote Viewing. I "know" that this is a very stressful type of
procedure and that duty rotation is required. I also "know" that I was
given a choice of other types of training and I chose flight training.
In one session I recalled flying a single seat attack craft and while
being on patrol in a certain area, I discovered a very large ship. It
was deep space recon so I was supposed to return after reporting the
position of the intruder. I didn‘t. I was too excited, gung-ho and bored
for "action". I went as close as possible and launched my weapons. They
launched some type of missile, that when it hit my ship, it did not
explode, but penetrated the cockpit. It sent quite a bit of shrapnel
into my arm, chest and leg. The suit I was wearing sealed the wounds and
pumped me full of drugs that put me in suspension.
I was later picked up and sent to the
hospital for repair.
SURFING: In the Mars Records you mention two specific groups of "aliens,"
The Greys and The Reptilians. Can you
tell me more about these groups and what their connection to the US
Military is?
MICHAEL: I can recall that they work together with certain groups
within the shadow government. The greys seem to be technicians or
doctors, always doing something to someone---neutral toward the subject.
The reptilians seem ill -tempered and we have had more than a few
psychic attacks from some of them.
SURFING: How have your "monthly visits" (abductions) been? Are
they still occurring? Do you believe these will ever stop?
MICHAEL: The "visits" continued monthly after the scars appeared.
After the Mars Records was published on the net, we moved to another
state. As per what usually happened when we moved, they took a while to
track us down. Eventually, however, the visits started again. There has
been an increase in psychic attack since then and if it were not
for the protection of God Almighty, I believe that things could be a lot
worse.
STEPHANIE: A big reprisal happened on Tuesday 30 May. I woke up
in the morning and immediately felt a pain in my right breast. I was
VERY surprised to find a large, hard lump about 1.5" wide, on the right
hand side behind the nipple. Nothing like this had ever happened before.
I am very healthy and constantly work to improve my health with diet,
etc.
Muscle testing indicated it wasn‘t cancerous or a cyst - although I
believe it would have developed that way if we hadn‘t dealt with it.
Muscle testing showed it was related to people associated with the
Mars Records.
Michael prayed for me (e.g. "In Jesus name I break every curse.
spell and psychic prayer put upon Stephanie by any government group, MIB
group, witches, satanists or masonic group; NWO group, illuminati group,
NRO group, NSA group, CIA group, military group,
Army group, Navy group, Air Force group, Marine Corps group, Mars
Defense Force Group, Mars Program group, reptilian group, draconian
group, grey alien group, insect alien group. In the name of the lord
Jesus Christ, I break every soul tie, communication link, insertion
point, communication line, surveillance line, hook, radionics attack,
death signal hook and disease signal hook put upon Stephanie by - the
names above).
Instantly pain appeared in my breast, (especially when he mentioned
radionics - which was added when I got an intuitive flash that it might
be related to this) and I did a lot of burping, belching and yawning
which confirmed the spirits were radionics (not cancerous at that time).
We also got a good reaction when he prayed away spirits of "breast
infection" and "breast inflammation". Also, something was hooked into
was the breast itself which was associated with the Mars project and
military.
After this, the pain went away and the lump was immediately 50% smaller.
We continued to pray a few more times, and the lump was totally gone
within about 40 hours. Up until this time, the attacks were mostly
demonic in nature, with energy being drained, anger thrown in, etc.
The radionics thing was a new thing. We believe that this may be the
mechanism behind the MANY researchers (especially UFO researchers) dying
of cancer and heart attack. (I once read an article outlining how many
UFO researchers had died, and it was an amazingly long list).
This just goes to show that God‘s power is
more powerful than anything the enemy has.
SURFING: At one point in the clearing sessions, you came to
realize that "abduction/physical" changes had been made to your father
while he served in the U.S. Air Force and that as a result of these
changes "they" started "doing things" to you at age 8. First off, who
are "they?" Secondly, what type of physical changes were made to you and
what was the effect of these changes?
MICHAEL: "They" were grey aliens. The changes made to me were
genetic. The effects of these changes were to enhance my natural "talent".
It must have worked as they have been visiting monthly for the last
couple of years to "harvest" tissue from my testicles.
I believe that the genetic changes increased my talent "horsepower" as
well as its depth and breadth of control and resolution.
SURFING: All during your experiences, you were subjected to the
drug Scopolomine. Scopolomine is one of the most insidious drugs
known. It has been stated that a person can be "programmed" in five
minutes or less using this drug. My understanding is that Scopolomine
was originally used on "double agents" so that if the double agent was
subjected to torture, truth serum or more Scopolomine, the ORIGINAL
programmers had to be sure that the double agent would not "crack."
Scopolomine was combined with personality
fragmentation and hypnosis so that no matter what the interrogators did,
if they did not have the original "code words" or "triggers" they could
not penetrate the "cover."
How were you able to locate and break this
programming, and how can you be sure that you have completely "cracked"
it?
MICHAEL: I give all the credit to GOD
Almighty and The Lord Jesus Christ for breaking the power that
these people had over me.
The mind control technologies that these "controllers" use are composed
of a demonic component, a metaphysical component and a physical
component... all in one.
An example is an implant that suppresses metaphysical abilities---a
hardware device (physical) that generates signals that interfere with
energy processes (metaphysical). Then a demonic entity is "assigned" to
protect, maintain and look after the device. If the subject starts to
think the wrong thoughts or probe too deeply into certain subjects
covered by the demons assignment, it takes measures, within its
authority (and what GOD allows) to try to distract and lead the person‘s
thoughts in other directions.
Sometime pain, fear and uncomfortableness is used. So you can see that
it is the power of Jesus Christ and the deliverance he provides that
gave me enough freedom to allow the clearing and kinesiology to help me.
The idea is that the body and the mind records everything that has ever
happened to it. It even knows the "code words" that the controller has
used to "lock in" the programming. Clearing allows the therapist to "home
in" on the exact time that the programming took place. By looking at the
memory pattern over and over, it is "worn away" and weakened. When
specific commands are implanted, the Wernicke‘s procedure can find and
remove them.
When drugs are used, the kinesiology will balance out (cancel) the
effects of the drug. The deliverance removes the demonic component of
the equation and prevents interference by the dark forces. Remember that
these effects took many years to build up and it may take some time to
undo. We have not completely "cracked" this programming, but with God‘s
help, we will.
SURFING: Many "booby traps" were placed in you to stop you from
remembering these experiences, including commands that were meant to
make you fatally ill if you were to remember. I think it might be useful
to others who may be experiencing these same things to explain a bit
here about what Wernicke‘s commands are and how they were removed.
MICHAEL: The Wernicke‘s commands are completely explained in the
book. (THERE IS an explanatory methodology at the end of this chapter).
The procedure is outlined. The booby traps are dealt with slowly with
God‘s help. We do a lot of extra praying when delving into this area. I
am reading the Fritz Springmeier books at this moment to gain more
information in this area.
STEPHANIE: It is generally known that research has shown that
words are stored in a specific area on the left side of the brain. What
is not so well known is that there is an equivalent area in the right
half of the brain which is also involved with language. Both these areas
are called the Wernicke‘s area.
Experiments have shown that if the Wernicke‘s area in the left half of
the brain is electrically stimulated during speech, it will interfere
with the ability to talk properly, almost halting speech.
The same type of stimulation to the Wernicke‘s area in the right brain,
however, causes a person to hear "voices" or "commands". These are
usually of an authoritarian or dictatorial nature, and can be identified
as the voice of one who was feared, admired or "looked up to" by the
person being stimulated.
The ‘authorities‘ who might have put commands into this mind are anyone
that we might have looked up to at some time. These can include parents,
teachers, peers, politicians and doctors - and aliens.
In the case of people who have suffered an abduction experience, the
commands have often been implanted INTENTIONALLY. Commands such as "you
will forget" and "this never happened" and "you dreamed all this" are
one reason why the victims have no conscious memory of the event.
In 1996, Australian kinesiologist David Bridgman made an
astounding discovery. He realized how to remove negative beliefs from
the brain! The key to removing these beliefs is that they are stored in
the brain as though another person said them e.g. "You won‘t remember".
The brain then tries to make sense of a command and translates it, for
example, as "I won‘t remember". This command then interferes with the
person. To get rid of the command you must find the EXACT wording of the
command, which in this case is "YOU won‘t remember".
The specific kinesiology procedure developed by David Bridgman enables a
person to REMOVE the sabotaging commands from the brain. Instant
improvement is generally noted in the person who has done this.
At the end of this chapter, if you need further information please send

I‘ll put you on a list to be notified when we have produced a video
teaching this technique.
SURFING: Knowing all the disinformation that is in the mind
control world, what measures do you take before you rely on someone
else‘s information?
MICHAEL: I use prayer and ask God for spiritual discernment. I
never totally rely on anyone‘s information except God‘s King James Bible.
STEPHANIE: I run my life by listening to my intuition. The more I
do that, the more I can rely on the answers it gives me, as when I do
it, it is always correct (although at the time it often may not seem to
make a lot of sense). Also, I like to meet the person in the flesh (e.g.
by going to Global Sciences Congress) to see what they‘re like and what
vibration they give off.
SURFING: Because of so much disinformation in regard to mind
control information, have you found a way using any of the techniques,
beyond what your faith and intuition tells you, that helps you to verify
that the information is truthful and coming from a pure motive, rather
than one of deception?
MICHAEL: Our experience with Kinesiology and Clearing has proven
to be effective in our situation. Kinesiology allows the body to
indicate what is wrong with it. The Clearing Technology and the "truth
detector" meter can‘t be fooled. Let me stress the importance of "faith".
If you don‘t deal with the demons, you don‘t deal with mind control.
As for other techniques, we are not familiar
with any other techniques that claim to "break" programming. Most people
use hypnosis. So do the bad guys. Hypnosis doesn‘t cure hypnosis.
Hypnosis does not remove the cause of the problem.
SURFING: After many years, The TV Program Alternative 3 has been
released for viewing on the internet.
The film which was produced by Anglia Television aired in 1977. Quoting
from the website: "Alternative Three---to build a transfer station on
the backside of the Moon, build an underground base on Mars and remove a
certain limited "Noah‘s Ark" cross section of Earth‘s population (artists,
scientists, engineers, writers, etc.) to Mars as a survival colony in
the event of "catastrophe" on Earth. They started this project in 1961
and may have accomplished most of this as well." Is this what you
believe has been accomplished on Mars? A survival colony?
MICHAEL: The Mars Base project accomplishes that
mission objective, however with the jump gate
technology that is utilized by this group, colonization of other
planets in other star systems is a reality. During one of the sessions,
I came to "know" that the Mars base is a jumping off point to other
bases on other planets and that it is used because of the electronic "interference"
here on earth is too great to use that technology effectively. Mars Base
is not a survival colony. It is composed of several large installations
located at different points around the planet.
SURFING: So, The "colonization" as described in Alternative 3
has taken place, BUT on several planets other than Mars. Do you know
what other planets are being accessed and/or colonized?
MICHAEL: No.
SURFING: It seems as if there are actually TWO governments at
work here. One that we the public are told about which operates
close to what we as the public know as our current technological level
of achievement. Then there seems to be a second "shadow" government that
works at a much higher and secretive level. It also appears that these
two government factions are either unaware of each other, or are at
battle with each other. Is this perception correct? Do you have anything
to add to this?
MICHAEL: This is pretty much my conclusion, however there is some
overlap in their operations, what with them keeping me under "watch"
since childhood as well as the way I was "recruited" from training in
Great Lakes, Illinois.
SURFING: PAGE 101 - The Mars Records - You speak of how
Reptilians at Pine Gap Military Base in Australia put "metaphysical
hooks" into you, taking part of your "mind and heart" and keeping them
at Pine Gap. You state the reason for this was so the reptilians could "siphon
off the energy and use it for barter." What can you tell me about this?
MICHAEL: Only what came up in the session. That these reptilians
had hooks into the energy centers of my body and that they were draining
energy to be used by them as a "sacrifice" to the dark forces that they
serve. They seek out those individuals with metapsychic abilities. That
is what the metagene is about.
SURFING: In the notes regarding the session on page 101 of THE
MARS RECORDS, Stephanie writes: "It was found by muscle testing that
reptilians do not fit the term "alien." They have been on this earth for
such a long time that they are considered residents by our bodies." What
does this mean?
MICHAEL: This was an interesting discovery. Using muscle testing
we ask our body/mind/will/emotions" questions. Our body knows (genetic
memory?) that these beings called reptilians have been on this planet
for quite some time and they are not "alien" to it. It is interesting
that the Bible describes a serpent like creature talking to Adam and Eve
in the Garden of Eden. In addition, many societies have stories of snake
or reptile-like creatures and in fact these creatures demanded worship
and sacrifice from those societies.
STEPHANIE: I first discovered this about 5 years ago. There was a
group of people who were doing work with a man who was working at a
house in the country outside Sydney, Australia owned by a friend of
mine. He was showing them how to raise their frequency to the "Love
Universe". He said that the opposite of love is not hate, it is "no love",
and some people‘s frequency was in the "No-Love Universe", not the "Love
Universe". (One way of getting into the No-Love Universe is to do a lot
of work such as clearing where one is looking at negative stuff, without
balancing it up by doing other positive work such as working to increase
love).
I saw a number of people have this done to them, and it was sometimes
quite amazing to watch. I saw a positive, physical change in one man who
had once been a Catholic priest.
They started finding that some people would get very sick once their
frequency was raised to the love universe. They then discovered that
these people had "metaphysical circuitry" (wiring and other junk -
presumably to block metaphysical abilities) on them, put there by aliens.
From then on, the people would locate this junk (with muscle testing)
and remove it before doing the frequency change.
This worked for a few people. However, they STILL found that some people
got sick. They then got the realization that the body did not label
reptilians as aliens, because they have been here as long as we have.
After that, they would muscle test first for alien OR reptilian
circuitry. Sometimes they would get that one of these was present, some
times the other, some times both, sometimes none. After that, no one got
sick.
Interestingly enough, one evening while I was there I learned one way to
discover the presence of a reptilian. Three women were in a corner
together when one said "What is that awful smell?" The other two could
smell it as well.
The man in charge of the sessions came
quickly over, realizing that it was a reptilian (invisible, or in spirit),
and commanded it to leave. The smell then went away. Since that time, I
have noticed an awful ‘rotten‘ smell a couple of times when there were
negative emotions going on, and I have commanded it to leave (in Jesus‘
name if necessary), and things have improved.
An interesting find was after I told this story to Michael. He asked
that I muscle test to find out what universe he was in. He was in the
Love Universe. When I tested to find out when this happened, it happened
when he accepted Jesus as his Lord and savior.
SURFING: You know that most people view your story as "unbelievable,"
I have seen comments on the internet stating it is everything from
scientology to disinformation to something that should be seriously
considered, what do you have to say, if anything, regarding this?
MICHAEL: "Black" projects of any type are not in most
people‘s reality. It is much easier to believe that those in power do
not have this technology than vice versa. The ramifications of The Mars
Records is startling. I possess metaphysical abilities of sufficient "horsepower"
that "they" find it necessary to "shut me off" as well as abduct me for
medical procedures, all without my knowledge.
They have the technology to easily
accomplish this. If they can do this to me, they can do the same to you,
your family, your government leaders, etc. No one is safe. Trust No One
but God Almighty and The Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone else,
get deliverance.
As for the Kinesiology, separate the superstition from the technology.
Energy medicine is real and it works. The enemy knows about it and will
use it against you. Learn to use it to nullify the attacks of the enemy
and heal yourself.
As for Clearing, separate the superstition from the technology. Clearing
technology is real and it works. It works outside of the
influence of any organization. There exists a large group of individuals
in all parts of the world using Clearing to help others. Many of these
people have never been exposed to the teachings of any organization. The
enemy will use mind control to enslave others. Clearing can be used to
nullify the effects of these mind control programs.
As for the reality of The Mars Records, I can only say that this book
was written for a very small percentage of the population. It‘s for
those people who are following God‘s plan for their life, to free
themselves from bondage and to join the fight to free others as well. If
you want to actively fight the enemy, learn deliverance, kinesiology or
clearing (or all 3) and dedicate yourself to the fight. God will send
people for you to help immediately thereafter.
At the end of the day, I have to look at the scars on my groin and
wonder what they took out of me or put into me as well as wait for the
next time. It‘s not "disinformation." It is my life.
STEPHANIE: I can‘t blame anyone that finds this unbelievable.
Despite having read a lot of unusual stuff, for me... it has always
happened to someone else and so there have been times when I find it
hard to believe too. But then, all I have to do is add up in my mind the
dozens of pieces of evidence that show that it is true. And they keep on
coming!
Most people are too much involved in day-to-day material living to worry
too much about all this. I hope though that there are some people out
there who have been affected as we have who can use this information to
begin to uncover answers as to why they are having troubles in their
life, such as in their relationship, as we did initially.
SURFING: How does one live a "normal" life after experiences like
this?
MICHAEL: There is no "normal" life. I live in a world where 98%
of the population are "children" living in an artificially created state
of consciousness resembling sleep. Daily they give away their health,
their freedom and their souls to the God of this world, Lucifer. There
is no "normal" life. There is the love of God, the love of my family and
the love of doing God‘s will for my life. That is enough.
STEPHANIE: I guess in some ways we don‘t. Everything looks
completely different. One finds that one‘s old friends drop off, as one
goes from new reality to new reality. Although this had already been
happening to me before The Mars Records, thanks to the net we are
finding new friends such as yourself with whom we can relate about the
important things. And luckily, we have God and each other for company.
SURFING: What advice can you offer to others who may have also
been victims of mind control manipulation?
MICHAEL: A personal relationship with God almighty and The
Lord Jesus Christ is the first step. Without His help, there is
no freedom. As a result of that new relationship, you are now entitled
to the free gift of deliverance, that is having the demons removed from
you. Next, use Kinesiology and good food, clean water and supplements to
get your health back. Then use clearing technology and the Wernicke‘s
correction to remove the mind control commands from you. Then
start helping others. That becomes YOUR ministry.
STEPHANIE: The first thing is to get a personal relationship with
God. Listen to your heart and intuition - as that is where he
will speak to you. Then ask God for guidance and take action when you
are guided by your intuition.
You will find out that sooner or later if it
was your intuition that spoke to you - or something else! In this way,
you get to know better and better when it is truly your intuition
speaking to you.

Independent Mars colony recruits Andrew D.
Basiago and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower have confirmed the
existence of a secret human survival colony on Mars in a joint appearance
on Exopolitics Radio (far below media controls) with Alfred
Lambremont Webre.
Mr. Basiago, 48, a Cambridge-educated lawyer who practices law in
Washington State, was a child participant in the DARPA time travel program
Project Pegasus (1968-72) and later teleported to a U.S. base
on Mars twice in 1981.
Ms. Eisenhower, 36, the great-granddaughter of
U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, was the subject of a
sophisticated attempt to recruit her into the secret Mars colony in 2006
that she broke free from after resisting its deeply rooted manipulations
and chose to live out her destiny on Earth
They described how the secret Mars colony is funded by black budget
military and intelligence sources as a survival mechanism for the human
genome in the event that solar flares, nuclear war, or some other
cataclysm ends human life on Earth.
In the wide-ranging, three-hour interview, Mr. Basiago termed the cover-up
of the Mars colony “Marsgate” and called for a Congressional investigation
of the U.S. presence on Mars, with its emphasis on military occupation
rather than diplomatic engagement of the indigenous human society living
in underground cities beneath the surface of Mars.
Ms. Eisenhower stated that “Alternative 3”- the notion that
trillions of dollars of resources should be spent to protect human life by
placing it on Mars - should give way to “Alternative 4,” a new public
awakening to achieve a sustainable civilization on Earth.
Their historic, interactive exposé of Marsgate on Exopolitics Radio
(far below media), was based on direct personal experience.
For Mr. Basiago, this consisted of the two
trips that he took to Mars in 1981, when, at age 19, he walked on
the surface of the Martian terrain after teleporting there from a CIA
facility in El Segundo, California.
For Ms. Eisenhower, this consisted of
clandestine efforts that were made in 2006, when she was 33, to infiltrate
her personal life and recruit her as a member of the secret Mars
colony. She was recruited for a mission that would travel to Mars and
learned that a colony had been under development there for several decades.
It wasn't until later that she found the
connection between the mission and the colony, in very significant ways.
During the interview (below media), the two emerging figures in the
Disclosure Movement discussed their opposition to factors guiding
the secret Mars colony. These include fear, secrecy, psychological
manipulation of recruits, and the abuse of quantum access technologies and
other covert methods to identify potential colonists.
Mr. Basiago speculated that the Mars colony is
being staffed by individuals who descend from specific Aryan bloodlines
that contain a Martian genetic substrate and that do not represent the
genetic diversity of the entire human race on Earth.
Ms. Eisenhower, agreeing, also was exposed to
and understood the archetypal aspects and significance of it. They
suggested that this policy be reconsidered.
In various venues, Mr. Basiago, Ms.
Eisenhower, and this reporter have advocated a treaty between Earth and
Mars society that would establish a Mars protectorate and normalize
diplomatic recognition and immigration between the two planets.
Following the interview, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower issued a joint
statement about human survival colonies on other planets.
It is a positive thing for the human race to
put survival colonies on other planets. Earth has been struck by many
cataclysms in the past, and so we should protect the human genome by
placing human settlements on other celestial bodies.
Yet, when secrecy surrounding such projects
tempts government to rob the free will of individuals, and
excludes humanity from debating a subject that implicates the whole
human future, and diverts the destiny of a planet to serve an off-planet
agenda, the conscience of a free people requires that such projects be
undertaken in the bright sunshine of public scrutiny, not within the
dark corridors of the military-industrial complex.

evidence of the U.S. presence on Mars
With their joint disclosure, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower - one a
crusading lawyer, the other a member of one of America’s presidential
families - joined a growing cadre of individuals who have stepped forward
with eyewitness testimony that reveals the covert U.S. presence on Mars.
These include Michael Relfe, who in two
documented books describes his 20-year service (1976-1996) as a member of
the U.S. armed forces staffing the secret Mars colony, and former DoD
scientist Arthur Neumann, who has stated publicly that he has teleported
to the secret Mars colony for project meetings.

is a whistleblower and a former member of the U.S. armed forces who in
1976 was recruited as a permanent member of the secret Mars colony.
In 1976 (Earth time), he teleported to the
Mars colony and spent 20 years as a permanent member of its staff. In
1996 (Mars time), Mr. Relfe was time-traveled via teleportation and
age-regressed 20 years, landing back at a U.S. military base in 1976 (Earth
time).
Mr. Relfe then served six years in the
U.S. military on Earth before being honorably discharged in 1982.
In a two-volume book authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe, B.Sc.,
The Mars Records, Mr. Relfe describes the two types of individuals at
the secret Mars colony:

Andrew D. Basiago
He is a whistleblower and a former child
participant (1968-72) in the secret U.S. Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency (DARPA) time-space research and development
program called Project Pegasus that involved gifted American
school children in time travel.
As a result of having teleported in
Project Pegasus, Mr. Basiago was approached by CIA agent
Courtney M. Hunt in 1981 and invited to visit Mars.
Andrew D. Basiago
visited Mars colony twice in 1981.
When Mr. Basiago asked Mr. Hunt why it was
necessary for him to teleport to Mars, Mr. Hunt replied, cryptically,
Mr. Basiago states that he was first
teleported to Mars in July 1981 from a CIA facility in El Segundo,
California. He went via “jump room” and after arriving at an
underground U.S. base spent about an hour on the Martian surface.
The second visit was made in August 1981
in the company of Mr. Hunt.
Mr. Basiago describes how on the second
trip, he and Mr. Hunt went for a quarter-mile walk on the desert-like
terrain of Mars to visit one of the early Martian colonists, probably
a CIA employee, living in a rudimentary stone cottage. The colonist
related how several of his fellow colonists had been lost to predators
on the Martian surface, like the Martian land-based plesiosaur.
The testimony of Andrew D. Basiago as to intelligent
Martian life both on and under the surface of Mars, it seems to me, is
highly credible. I have had the opportunity to interview, question and
cross-examine Mr. Basiago closely over all aspects of his accounts
regarding Project Pegasus and Mars since the year 2000.
I have found his verbal and written
accounts to be consistent and verified by available witness and
documentary evidence, including written versions of his evidence that
he has made available to me. As an attorney (a member of the District
of Columbia bar) myself, I have found Mr. Basiago, who is a lawyer and
graduate of UCLA and Cambridge universities, to be extremely
conscientious in the execution of his duties as an officer of the
court and a member of the bar of the State of Washington.
He consistently tells the truth - even
punctiliously so - and is a conscientious reporter of his experiences.
There are credible, corroborating academic, scientific, and U.S.
intelligence witnesses to Mr. Basiago’s participation in Project
Pegasus.
His account of life forms that he encountered on the Martian surface,
including human-animal hybrids and plesiosaur-like creatures, is
supported by images of such creatures that Mr. Basiago has identified
in photographs from the surface of Mars taken by NASA’s Mars
Exploration Rover Spirit in the last several years and presented in
over 60 writings that he has published at the website of the group
that he founded, the Mars Anomaly Research Society (MARS).

Laura Magdalene Eisenhower
Ms. Eisenhower is a survivor of an
attempted recruitment into the secret Mars colony in 2006-7.
She has documented her identity as great-granddaughter
of President Dwight D. Eisenhower through her birth certificate and
driver’s license.
In 2007, her significant other and male
partner, known as “Agent X,” broke down, took “apart all of the
equipment (cell phones, computer batteries)” in their room, and
admitted that he had been briefed and tasked by his associates to meet
her at a cultural fair in a romantic guise with the true intent of
recruiting her because of her social identity as an Eisenhower and
spiritual identity as a divine feminine “Sophia.”
Agent X’s associates may have used
time travel or
looking glass technology to pre-identify
Ms. Eisenhower as a target for recruitment into the secret Mars colony.
Ms. Eisenhower writes:

“I only have my reaction in an email
draft form, after he told me he was sent, nine months after knowing
him. Here I am asking questions about why this would be so. I spoke
to him in person about it and that is when I found out many things
relating to my children and me.
Here is a little excerpt from the email
that was never sent...

“2007 - How did you know I was going
to be at the gathering. I was the one who came and sat next to you?
Did you then clue into the fact that I was who you were looking
for? Did you have a description? Was finding me related to
Magdalene or Eisenhower? Are the people who want you to do
missions aware of our connection? Who is trying to harm us? I have
a hard time believing you knew all of this upon meeting me, it
makes more sense that you would of found out after the fact..."
The surface corporate public
infrastructure for the attempted recruitment of Ms. Eisenhower into a
Mars colony project has been identified through,

relating to warp drive, plasma focus fusion, history of remote
viewing and intelligence, the space industry and a new alternative
fuel company

A collection of emails describing 'Fleet
EXODUS and Fleet DISCOVERY,' and that the project be kept highly
confidential, especially from ET disclosure/Philadelphia project
groups."
Ms. Eisenhower has written a statement
which sets out her views on the Mars colony.
She says,
Ms. Eisenhower continues:

“Something he calls the 'Patrons'
communicated to Agent X about this mission. The word around the
circle of people he knows - is that there are disturbances in the
field and we need to be out of here in five years (2007+5=
2012). He told me [and my associate] about the ships.
The excerpt below is from an actual
email that I have saved on file. He wrote this after she expressed
interest about some projects in which he wanted her funding and
planning assistance. She and I at the time were working on Earth
mission projects both together and independently.”
In one email that Agent X sent to Ms.
Eisenhower’s associate, he states,

“Laura obviously has told you about our
plans for an Exodus. The first Ark will be named Sophia. She will
carry several hundred individuals to another planet, with eleven
ships for escort and exploration. We have five and a half years to
develop the Exodus fleet.
To me the most telling song beyond what
my 'Patrons' have told me is that the Looking Glass Project has
never ever been able to look into the future beyond 2012."
Although Agent X has publicly written a
statement denying what the above documentation clearly shows, at least
one close former female companion of Agent X has written to confirm
that public misogyny is part of Agent X’s modus operandi.
Ms. Eisenhower has chosen not to share the
email, even though he publicly smeared her character.
This reporter has confirmed that Laura Magdalene Eisenhower is, in
fact, who she says she is, the great-granddaughter of President
Eisenhower, contrary to false claims circulating about that subject on
certain Internet blogs.
The documents, document references, and
emails made available to this reporter by Ms. Eisenhower and her
associate appear to be genuine documents that are what they purport to
be. In public interviews and private discussions with Ms. Eisenhower,
she has sought one value above all others - commitment to the truth.
This commitment to the truth is what
appears to have enabled Ms. Eisenhower to uncover the covert aspects
of her attempted Mars colony recruitment, including its covert pre-targeting
of her persona.

Arthur Neumann
Mars colony eyewitness Arthur Neumann
is a whistleblower who as a Project Camelot witness referred to
himself as Henry Deacon and was formerly associated with a U.S.
government agency.
On July 25, 2009, at the European
Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann stated publicly,
The following day, Mr. Neumann
participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary
interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a
permanent Mars colony, and participating in a one-hour project meeting,
which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent
civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars.
The July 26, 2009 Futuretalk
interview during which Mr. Neumann spoke about the details of his
teleportation to Mars for a one-hour project meeting attended by
Martian humanoids at the secret Mars colony, was conducted by Bill
Ryan and Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot, with the participation of
Robert Dean and Alfred Lambremont Webre.
Mr. Neumann’s verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of
having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt.
Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean’s presentation at the European
Exopolitics Summit. During his presentation, Robert Dean showed
satellite images of an apparent city under the surface of Mars, as
well as an apparent base on the surface of Mars.
This reporter has examined former DoD scientist Neumann’s official
U.S. passport as a former U.S. DoD scientist and his National
Security Agency retirement pamphlets, and has questioned him about
his teleportation experience to Mars and project meeting with Martian
humanoids on Mars.
Mr. Neumann is an independent
whistleblower who has made his account - of teleporting to Mars and
meeting Martian extraterrestrials in a DoD-related project meeting on
Mars - public at great personal cost.
He is a highly gifted and intelligent
scientist, and in my questioning of him and his account, I found him
to be honest and concluded that he is being truthful about his
experiences and that it is reasonable to conclude that his account of
his experiences on Mars is genuine.
Alternative 4 and
the positive time line
Alternative 3 is the title of a motion picture that was to have
premiered on April 1, 1977 in the United Kingdom. It later played only
once in June 1977.
In the motion picture,
“It was claimed that scientists had
determined that the Earth's surface would be unable to support life for
much longer, due to pollution leading to catastrophic climate change. It
was proposed that there were three alternatives to this problem: the
first involved the detonation of nuclear bombs in the stratosphere in
order to allow the pollution to escape.
The second alternative was the construction
of an elaborate underground city, a solution reminiscent of the finale
of Dr. Strangelove [as in Deep Underground Military Bases or DUMBs].
The third alternative, the so-called "Alternative 3," was to populate
Mars via a way station on the Moon.”
In their interview with Alfred Lambremont
Webre, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower discussed how a perceived need to
escape solar system cataclysm or nuclear war while preserving the human
genome is a factor driving the secret Mars colony.
Underlying themes of Earth cataclysm and war
seem to have led a breakaway military security apparatus to develop a plan
to occupy Mars and the solar system covertly and through the manipulation
of humanity’s free will. Although the 1977 British motion picture may have
been a work of fiction or even a hoax, by the evidence, the Alternative 3
film appears to be referring to a real secret Mars colony.
Mr. Relfe indicates that he first arrived at
the Mars colony in 1976 and Mr. Basiago states that he teleported to Mars
in 1981, only four years after Alternative 3 was to have been released to
the public.
Alternative 4
In the interview on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Ms.
Eisenhower introduced the theme of “Alternative 4.”
This denotes a new dimension of human
consciousness, one that breaks away from the dualistic reality of the
permanent war economy. That economy’s ultimate expression seems to be a
planet Earth destroyed by environmental pollution or war, solar or other
natural catastrophe; meanwhile, a secret escape colony is prepared for a
pre-selected sample of the human genome.
According to Ms. Eisenhower, “Alternative 4” means exposing Marsgate and
the “Alternative 3” mentality that has led to the present cul-de-sac for
humanity - an intentional living hell on Earth.
Alternative 4 means embracing a new, positive
time line, in which Earth and humanity do not face cataclysm at pre-determined
dates like 2012 (a Mayan calendar meme date) or 2442 (a secret
Masonic meme date of 1776 + 666).

Positive Timeline’
Ms. Eisenhower writes:
“I have endless thoughts and ideas, action
plans and solutions and can link our ancient history, wisdom, divine
blueprints and evolution into present time - knowing that a golden
future is a result of us being able to harness our creative power and
our highest potential through a deeper and more intimate knowledge of
our roots and the hidden aspects of truth that are out there.
“I am aware of what it takes to reach our
ultimate goals and protect the integrity of consciousness, and what is
required of us to truly have freedom and justice in this world. I have
access to technologies, plans and truths that can restore our planet and
am connected to many who are already actively working on preventing
Global Crisis and who are manifesting all the necessary change.
“I wish to draw attention to the things that are most important for our
world right now and hope to steer our creative power into the causes,
projects and understandings - that create the greatest shift both
internally and externally.
“I have both practical, logical wisdom and a deep understanding of the
esoteric, paranormal and mystical. With a wide range of interests and a
vast education that was mostly self-taught, I am capable of uniting us
and our missions and truly taking us on an adventure that captivates the
soul, our deepest hopes and quest for answers. And I can help reunite us
with what is most familiar and important for our awareness to grasp - as
we transition into an age of Awakening...
“This is a false war - there are harmful technologies and we can stop
these wars. We are all connected to the forces of nature and there are
many who are doing work to stop this. This is why I am coming out.
Regardless of this story, the positive timeline must be empowered and
any potential deceits, inhumane use of technology or doom scenarios must
be addressed and looked at closely. This is because the only doom we are
in for is the potential that we might be controlled and led to believe
in things that play on our weakness and vulnerability, when in fact we
may have nothing to fear at all.
“There is a lot of work that is ahead of us as we dismantle the
technologies, dissolve the poisons and break free of the games and lies.
There are agreements between lower alien races and humans and because of
this things have gotten out of control. Our universal allies must be
recognized and we must mend the errors of the past through being the
solution - rather than the product of their control and projections
about our future.
“Many are blind to the manipulative agenda, including certain presidents.
Anytime we act out of fear, we have dug ourselves deeper into the false
matrix. When we act from wisdom and awareness of who we really are - we
are agents of divine will, rather than part of the breeding doom
scenarios that become a self-fulfilling prophecy, coupled with many
forces that support that. We also need to guard against false second-comings
and recognize that it is our divine blueprint that is becoming
illuminated. We do not need to be rescued, just awakened.

Independent Mars
colony recruits Andrew D. Basiago and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower
have confirmed the existence of a secret human survival colony on
Mars in a joint appearance on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred
Lambremont Webre.
Mr. Basiago, 48, a Cambridge-educated lawyer who practices law in
Washington State, was a child participant in the DARPA time travel
program Project Pegasus (1968-72) and later teleported to a U.S.
base on Mars twice in 1981.
Ms. Eisenhower, 36, the great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight
D. Eisenhower, was the subject of a sophisticated attempt to recruit
her into the secret Mars colony in 2006 that she broke free from
after resisting its deeply rooted manipulations and chose to live
out her destiny on Earth
They described how the secret Mars colony is funded by black budget
military and intelligence sources as a survival mechanism for the
human genome in the event that solar flares, nuclear war, or some
other cataclysm ends human life on Earth.
In the wide-ranging,
three-hour interview, Mr. Basiago termed the cover-up of the Mars
colony “Marsgate” and called for a Congressional investigation of
the U.S. presence on Mars, with its emphasis on military occupation
rather than diplomatic engagement of the indigenous human society
living in underground cities beneath the surface of Mars.
Ms. Eisenhower stated that “Alternative 3” – the notion that
trillions of dollars of resources should be spent to protect human
life by placing it on Mars – should give way to “Alternative 4,” a
new public awakening to achieve a sustainable civilization on Earth.
Their historic, interactive exposé of Marsgate on Exopolitics Radio
was based on direct personal experience. For Mr. Basiago, this
consisted of the two trips that he took to Mars in 1981, when, at
age 19, he walked on the surface of the Martian terrain after
teleporting there from a CIA facility in El Segundo, California.
For Ms. Eisenhower, this consisted of clandestine efforts that were
made in 2006, when she was 33, to infiltrate her personal life and
recruit her as a member of the secret Mars colony.
She was recruited for a mission that would travel to Mars and
learned that a colony had been under development there for several
decades. It wasn't until later that she found the connection between
the mission and the colony, in very significant ways.
During the interview, the two emerging figures in the Disclosure
Movement discussed their opposition to factors guiding the secret
Mars colony. These include fear, secrecy, psychological manipulation
of recruits, and the abuse of quantum access technologies and other
covert methods to identify potential colonists.
Mr. Basiago speculated that the Mars colony is being staffed by
individuals who descend from specific Aryan bloodlines that contain
a Martian genetic substrate and that do not represent the genetic
diversity of the entire human race on Earth. Ms. Eisenhower,
agreeing, also was exposed to and understood the archetypal aspects
and significance of it.
They suggested that this policy be reconsidered. In various venues,
Mr. Basiago, Ms. Eisenhower, and this reporter have advocated a
treaty between Earth and Mars society that would establish a Mars
protectorate and normalize diplomatic recognition and immigration
between the two planets.
Following the interview, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower issued a
joint statement about human survival colonies on other
planets.

should protect the human genome by placing human settlements on
other celestial bodies.

Eyewitness evidence of the U.S. presence on Mars
With their joint disclosure, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower – one a
crusading lawyer, the other a member of one of America’s
presidential families – joined a growing cadre of individuals who
have stepped forward with eyewitness testimony that reveals the
covert U.S. presence on Mars.
These include Michael Relfe, who in two documented books
describes his 20-year service (1976-1996) as a member of the U.S.
armed forces staffing the secret Mars colony, and former DoD
scientist Arthur Neumann, who has stated publicly that he has
teleported to the secret Mars colony for project meetings.
1. Michael Relfe: Mars colony eyewitness Michael Relfe is a
whistleblower and a former member of the U.S. armed forces who in
1976 was recruited as a permanent member of the secret Mars colony.
In 1976 (Earth time), he teleported to the Mars colony and spent 20
years as a permanent member of its staff. In 1996 (Mars time), Mr.
Relfe was time-traveled via teleportation and age-regressed 20 years,
landing back at a U.S. military base in 1976 (Earth time). Mr.
Relfe then served six years in the U.S. military on Earth before
being honorably discharged in 1982.
In a two-volume
book authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe, B.Sc., The Mars Records,
Mr. Relfe describes the two types of individuals at the secret Mars
colony:
“To clarify: Remember there are two kinds of people that I remember.
“1. People visiting Mars temporarily (politicians, etc.) – They
travel to and from Mars by jump gate. They visit for a few weeks and
return. They are not time traveled back. They are VIP's. They are
OFF LIMITS!!
“2. Permanent staff – They spend 20 years’ duty cycle. At the end of
their duty cycle, they are age reversed and time shot back to their
space-time origin point. They are sent back with memories blocked.
They are sent back to complete their destiny on Earth.” (Vol. 2, p.
204)
Michael Relfe also discusses the presence and functions of Reptilian
and Grey extraterrestrials at the secret Mars colony.
“EL: What about the Reptilians?
Michael Relfe: Yes. They are racially related (Draconians,
Reptilians, Grays.)
EL: Do any Grays and Reptilians live on the Mars Base?
Michael Relfe: Yes, some are stationed there. I remember the Grays
as doctors or technicians. I believe the Reptilians stay camouflaged
(cloaked) most of the time. They prefer to appear human because they
are naturally fierce-looking.” (Vol. 2, page 205)
2. Mars colony eyewitness Andrew D. Basiago is a whistleblower and a
former child participant (1968-72) in the secret U.S. Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) time-space research and
development program called Project Pegasus that involved gifted
American school children in time travel.
As a result of having teleported in Project Pegasus, Mr. Basiago was
approached by CIA agent Courtney M. Hunt in 1981 and invited to
visit Mars. When Mr. Basiago asked Mr. Hunt why it was necessary
for him to teleport to Mars, Mr. Hunt replied, cryptically, “Because
the survival of the human race depends upon it.”
Mr. Basiago states that he was first teleported to Mars in July 1981
from a CIA facility in El Segundo, California. He went via “jump
room” and after arriving at an underground U.S. base spent about an
hour on the Martian surface. The second visit was made in August
1981 in the company of Mr. Hunt.
Mr. Basiago describes how on the second trip, he and Mr. Hunt went
for a quarter-mile walk on the desert-like terrain of Mars to visit
one of the early Martian colonists, probably a CIA employee, living
in a rudimentary stone cottage. The colonist related how several of
his fellow colonists had been lost to predators on the Martian
surface, like the Martian land-based plesiosaur.
The testimony of Andrew D. Basiago as to intelligent
Martian life both on and under the surface of Mars, it seems to me,
is highly credible. I have had the opportunity to interview,
question and cross-examine Mr. Basiago closely over all aspects of
his accounts regarding Project Pegasus and Mars since the year
2000.
I have found his verbal and written accounts to be consistent and
verified by available witness and documentary evidence, including
written versions of his evidence that he has made available to me.
As an attorney (a member of the District of Columbia bar) myself, I
have found Mr. Basiago, who is a lawyer and graduate of UCLA and
Cambridge universities, to be extremely conscientious in the
execution of his duties as an officer of the court and a member of
the bar of the State of Washington. He consistently tells the truth
– even punctiliously so – and is a conscientious reporter of his
experiences.
There are credible, corroborating academic, scientific, and U.S.
intelligence witnesses to Mr. Basiago’s participation in Project
Pegasus.
His account of life forms that he encountered on the Martian surface,
including human-animal hybrids and plesiosaur-like creatures, is
supported by images of such creatures that Mr. Basiago has
identified in photographs from the surface of Mars taken by NASA’s
Mars Exploration Rover Spirit in the last several years and
presented in over 60 writings that he has published at the website
of the group that he founded, the Mars Anomaly Research Society
(MARS).
3. Laura
Magdalene Eisenhower – Ms. Eisenhower is a survivor of an attempted
recruitment into the secret Mars colony in 2006-7. She has
documented her identity as great-granddaughter of President Dwight
D. Eisenhower through her birth certificate and driver’s license.
In 2007, her significant other and male partner, known as “Agent X,” broke
down, took “apart all of the equipment (cell phones, computer
batteries)” in their room, and admitted that he had been briefed and
tasked by his associates to meet her at a cultural fair in a
romantic guise with the true intent of recruiting her because of her
social identity as an Eisenhower and spiritual identity as a divine
feminine “Sophia.”
Agent X’s associates may have used time travel or looking glass
technology to pre-identify Ms. Eisenhower as a target for
recruitment into the secret Mars colony.
Ms. Eisenhower writes:
“I only have my
reaction in an email draft form, after he told me he was sent, nine
months after knowing him. Here I am asking questions about why this
would be so. I spoke to him in person about it and that is when I
found out many things relating to my children and me. Here is a
little excerpt from the email that was never sent...
“2007 - How did you know I was going to be at the gathering. I was
the one who came and sat next to you? Did you then clue into the
fact that I was who you were looking for? Did you have a description?
Was finding me related to Magdalene or Eisenhower? Are the people
who want you to do missions aware of our connection? Who is trying
to harm us? I have a hard time believing you knew all of this upon
meeting me, it makes more sense that you would of found out after
the fact..."
The surface
corporate public infrastructure for the attempted recruitment
of Ms. Eisenhower into a Mars colony project has been identified
through “(1) A variety of technical documents relating to warp drive,
plasma focus fusion, history of remote viewing and intelligence, the
space industry and a new alternative fuel company; (2) A collection
of emails describing 'Fleet EXODUS and Fleet DISCOVERY,' and that
the project be kept highly confidential, especially from ET
disclosure/Philadelphia project groups."
Ms. Eisenhower has written a statement which sets out her views on
the Mars colony. She says, “A little more of the background about
this mission and how it is possible that it is connected to Sophia
is described below in this quote taken from old emails in 2007 with
Agent X.”
Ms. Eisenhower continues:
“Something he calls
the 'Patrons' communicated to Agent X about this mission. The word
around the circle of people he knows – is that there are
disturbances in the field and we need to be out of here in five
years. He told me [and my associate] about the ships.
“The excerpt below
is from an actual email that I have saved on file. He wrote this
after she expressed interest about some projects in which he wanted
her funding and planning assistance. She and I at the time were
working on Earth mission projects both together and independently.”
In one email that
Agent X sent to Ms. Eisenhower’s associate, he states,
“Laura obviously has
told you about our plans for an Exodus. The first Ark will be named
Sophia. She will carry several hundred individuals to another
planet, with eleven ships for escort and exploration. We have five
and a half years to develop the Exodus fleet. To me the most telling
song beyond what my 'Patrons' have told me is that the Looking Glass
Project has never ever been able to look into the future beyond
2012."
Although Agent X has
publicly written a statement denying what the above documentation
clearly shows, at least one close former female companion of Agent X
has written to confirm that public misogyny is part of Agent X’s
modus operandi. Ms. Eisenhower has chosen not to share the email,
even though he publicly smeared her character.
This reporter has confirmed that Laura Magdalene Eisenhower is, in
fact, who she says she is, the great-granddaughter of President
Eisenhower, contrary to false claims circulating about that subject
on certain Internet blogs. The documents, document references, and
emails made available to this reporter by Ms. Eisenhower and her
associate appear to be genuine documents that are what they purport
to be.
In public interviews and private discussions with Ms. Eisenhower,
she has sought one value above all others – commitment to the truth.
This commitment to the truth is what appears to have enabled Ms.
Eisenhower to uncover the covert aspects of her attempted Mars
colony recruitment, including its covert pre-targeting of her
persona.
4. Arthur Neumann - Mars colony eyewitness Arthur Neumann
is a whistleblower who as a Project Camelot witness referred to
himself as Henry Deacon and was formerly associated with a U.S.
government agency.
On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona,
Mr. Neumann stated publicly, “There is life on Mars. There are bases
on Mars. I have been there.”
The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a
Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details
of his teleporting to a permanent Mars colony, and participating in
a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by
representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities
under the surface of Mars.
The July 26, 2009 Futuretalk interview during which Mr. Neumann
spoke about the details of his teleportation to Mars for a one-hour
project meeting attended by Martian humanoids at the secret Mars
colony, was conducted by Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy of Project
Camelot, with the participation of Robert Dean and Alfred Lambremont
Webre.
Mr. Neumann’s verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of
having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt.
Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean’s presentation at the European
Exopolitics Summit.
During his presentation, Robert Dean showed satellite images of an
apparent city under the surface of Mars, as well as an apparent base
on the surface of Mars.
This reporter has examined former DoD scientist Neumann’s official
U.S. passport as a former U.S. DoD scientist and his National
Security Agency retirement pamphlets, and has questioned him about
his teleportation experience to Mars and project meeting with
Martian humanoids on Mars.
Mr. Neumann is an independent whistleblower who has made his account
– of teleporting to Mars and meeting Martian extraterrestrials in a
DoD-related project meeting on Mars – public at great personal cost.
He is a highly gifted and intelligent scientist, and in my
questioning of him and his account, I found him to be honest and
concluded that he is being truthful about his experiences and that
it is reasonable to conclude that his account of his experiences on
Mars is genuine.
Alternative 4 and
the positive time line
Alternative 3 is the title of a motion picture that was to have
premiered on April 1, 1977 in the United Kingdom. It later played
only once in June 1977.
“[In the motion
picture] it was claimed that scientists had determined that the
Earth's surface would be unable to support life for much longer, due
to pollution leading to catastrophic climate change. It was proposed
that there were three alternatives to this problem: the first
involved the detonation of nuclear bombs in the stratosphere in
order to allow the pollution to escape.
“The second alternative was the construction of an elaborate
underground city, a solution reminiscent of the finale of Dr.
Strangelove [as in Deep Underground Military Bases or DUMBs]. The
third alternative, the so-called "Alternative 3," was to populate
Mars via a way station on the Moon.”
In their interview
with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower
discussed how a perceived need to escape solar system cataclysm or
nuclear war while preserving the human genome is a factor driving
the secret Mars colony.
Underlying themes of Earth cataclysm and war seem to have led a
breakaway military security apparatus to develop a plan to occupy
Mars and the solar system covertly and through the manipulation of
humanity’s free will.
Although the 1977 British motion picture may have been a work of
fiction or even a hoax, by the evidence, the Alternative 3 film
appears to be referring to a real secret Mars colony. Mr. Relfe
indicates that he first arrived at the Mars colony in 1976 and Mr.
Basiago states that he teleported to Mars in 1981, only four years
after Alternative 3 was to have been released to the public.
Alternative 4
In the interview on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred
Lambremont Webre, Ms. Eisenhower introduced the theme of
“Alternative 4.” This denotes a new dimension of human
consciousness, one that breaks away from the dualistic reality of
the permanent war economy.
That economy’s ultimate expression seems to be a planet Earth
destroyed by environmental pollution or war, solar or other natural
catastrophe; meanwhile, a secret escape colony is prepared for a pre-selected
sample of the human genome.
According to Ms. Eisenhower, “Alternative 4” means exposing Marsgate
and the “Alternative 3” mentality that has led to the present cul-de-sac
for humanity – an intentional living hell on Earth. Alternative 4
means embracing a new, positive time line, in which Earth and
humanity do not face cataclysm at pre-determined dates like
2012 (a Mayan calendar meme date) or 2442 (a secret Masonic meme
date of 1776 + 666).
‘How I Empower the
Positive Timeline’
Ms. Eisenhower writes:
“I have endless thoughts and ideas, action plans and solutions and
can link our ancient history, wisdom, divine blueprints and
evolution into present time – knowing that a golden future is a
result of us being able to harness our creative power and our
highest potential through a deeper and more intimate knowledge of
our roots and the hidden aspects of truth that are out there.
“I am aware of what it takes to reach our ultimate goals and protect
the integrity of consciousness, and what is required of us to truly
have freedom and justice in this world. I have access to
technologies, plans and truths that can restore our planet and am
connected to many who are already actively working on preventing
Global Crisis and who are manifesting all the necessary change.
“I wish to draw attention to the things that are most important for
our world right now and hope to steer our creative power into the
causes, projects and understandings – that create the greatest shift
both internally and externally.
“I have both practical, logical wisdom and a deep understanding of
the esoteric, paranormal and mystical. With a wide range of
interests and a vast education that was mostly self-taught, I am
capable of uniting us and our missions and truly taking us on an
adventure that captivates the soul, our deepest hopes and quest for
answers. And I can help reunite us with what is most familiar and
important for our awareness to grasp – as we transition into an age

“This is a false war – there are harmful technologies and we can
stop these wars. We are all connected to the forces of nature and
there are many who are doing work to stop this. This is why I am

“Regardless of this story, the positive timeline must be empowered
and any potential deceits, inhumane use of technology or doom
scenarios must be addressed and looked at closely. This is because
the only doom we are in for is the potential that we might be
controlled and led to believe in things that play on our weakness
and vulnerability, when in fact we may have nothing to fear at all.
“There is a lot of work that is ahead of us as we dismantle the
technologies, dissolve the poisons and break free of the games and
lies. There are agreements between lower alien races and humans and
because of this things have gotten out of control. Our universal

The Time Travel and Teleportation
Experiments of Project Pegasus

I’ve often mentioned Project Pegasus, but we’ve never really talked about
it, you know? So sit back, relax, mix yourself a cool Pan Galactic Gargle
Blaster. Or don’t, because reading this will probably give you the same
effect.*
In 2004, Washington-based attorney Andrew D. Basiago began telling his
story of a top-secret organization called Project Pegasus. Although he was
only seven years old at the time, Basiago claims he had, from 1968 to
1972, participated in a number of bizarre experiments that took him on
journeys through time, space, and potentially into parallel universes.
“Project Pegasus was the classified, defense-related research and
development program under the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
(DARPA) in which the US defense-technical community achieved time travel
on behalf of the US government – the real
Philadelphia Experiment.” – Project Pegasus Mission Statement
The mission of Project Pegasus was to study the effects of time travel and
teleportation on children, as well as to relay important information about
past and future events “to the US President, intelligence community, and
military.” According to Basiago, children were recruited specifically for
their ability to adapt “to the strains of moving between past, present and
future.”
But how?
While Basiago claims there were several time travel devices at work during
these experiments, the majority of his temporal adventures can be
attributed to our old friend Nikola Tesla.
Documents, allegedly retrieved from Tesla’s New York
City apartment after his death in January 1943, revealed the schematic for
a teleportation machine. Using something Basiago calls “radiant energy,”
the machine would form a “shimmering curtain” between two elliptical booms.
“Radiant energy is a form of energy that Tesla discovered that is latent
and pervasive in the universe and has among its properties the capacity to
bend time-space.” – Andrew Basiago
Passing through this curtain of energy, Basiago would enter a “vortal
tunnel” that would send him to his destination. The other
teleportation devices included a “plasma confinement
chamber” in New Jersey and a “jump room” in El Segundo, California.
There was also some kind of “holographic technology,” which allowed them
to travel “both physically and virtually.”
They weren’t always safe, though. One of Basiago’s cohorts, Alfred Webre,
recalls one instance in which a child returned from his temporal voyage
before his legs. As he puts it, “He was writhing in pain with just stumps
where his legs had been.” These bugs, according Webre, have been ironed
out in the 40 or so years since the experiments began.
Through Time And Space
Basiago & Project Pegasus
So where did Basiago travel during these experiments?
Several of his voyages led him to the 1800s. On one occasion, he found
himself at Gettysburg on November 19, 1863, the day President Abraham
Lincoln gave his famous Gettysburg address.
As Basiago tells the story, he had been dressed up as a “Union bugle boy.”
However, he felt that his over-sized shoes were drawing too much attention,
so he wandered away from the crowd, only to be photographed (as you can
see in the alleged photo up there).
Basiago also traveled to the Ford Theatre on the evening President Lincoln
was assassinated. In fact, he did so multiple times, even running into
himself twice, though he never actually witnessed the assassination.
Each trip, he says, was slightly different than the last, leading Basiago
to believe that it wasn’t just time travel at work; he was being sent into
“slightly different alternative realities on adjacent timelines.”
Finally, let’s not forget Basiago’s trips to Mars. In the 1980s, he
utilized the aforementioned “jump room” to teleport to the Red Planet,
with the express mission of acting as an ambassador to the Martian
civilization. His fellow travelers? William Stillings and Barry Soetero,
who these days goes by the name President Barack Obama.
“Planetary Impact”
Today, the “new” Project Pegasus, led by Andrew D. Basiago himself, is
apparently campaigning for the United States government to publicly
disclose its teleportation technology, which would benefit humanity as a
whole and make transportation both on Earth and throughout the cosmos
instantaneous and environment-friendly. Or something like that.
At any rate, Basiago’s story is far from over. While the Web Bot’s
prediction in 2009 that he would “make a [planetary impact]” as a
government whistle blower never really came to pass (more on that later),
he’s got some new plans. Namely, he intends to run for President of the
United States in 2016.
“In 2016, Andrew D. Basiago will be a candidate for President of the
United States under the banner Andy 2016 – A Time for Truth.”
To be honest, at this point I’m not entirely opposed to the idea.

[ The Time-Traveller Who Would Become President
Imagine a world in which one could jump through Grand Central Teleport in
New York City, travel through a vortal tunnel in the time-space continuum,
and emerge several seconds later at Union Teleport in Los Angeles. Such a
world has been possible since 1968, when teleportation was first achieved
by DARPA’s Project Pegasus. When my quest, Project Pegasus, succeeds, such
a world will emerge, and human beings linked globally via teleportation
will proclaim the Time-Space Age has begun.
— Andrew D. Basiago
Andrew Basiago is running for president in 2016 under the “Truth” banner—pushing
for government disclosure regarding what he alleges is America’s secret
time-travel and teleportation program. He is pretty sure he has a good
shot—if not in ’16, then certainly afterwards—of becoming President of the
United States, because his father received such information via seeing the
future using highly advanced secret technology.
It was Basiago’s scientist father who reportedly initiated young Andy into
time-travel in the late 1960s & early 1970s—in a manner that feels very
much like a “Fringe” episode. As he describes it, him and about 139 other
children were essentially forced into a classified “time-space”
exploration wing of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
(D.A.R.P.A.) called Project Pegasus. Through the program they would become
“chrononauts”—the world’s first “time-space pioneers.”

Basiago revived Project Pegasus as a mission to tell the people of Earth
about the secret history of time-travel. His intentions seem noble; as he
puts it on the organization’s official website, Project Pegasus “…envisions
a world in which teleports will replace airports for ‘real time’ transit
between major transport hubs around the world, thereby making long-distance
travel faster, easier, safer, and cheaper.”
Comic book readers might recognize the name “Project Pegasus” from the
Marvel Universe, where in 1978 it first appeared within the pages of
“Marvel Two-In One” #48. It too was a secret organization conducting all
manner of elaborate experiments to be used for the government—specifically,
the Department of Energy. So while Basiago’s Project Pegasus was concerned
mostly with time-space issues, Marvel’s focused mostly on alternative
energy (and sort of cultivating/creating lots of super humans).
It is tempting thus far in unpacking the story of Andrew Basiago to
believe that he simply came across Project Pegasus in a Marvel comic or
movie; just as he might have simply come across the father/son
teleportation story from “Fringe”; just as perhaps he cobbled together
other aspects of his elaborate narrative—which includes a lengthly section
on exploring Mars with a pre-presidential Barack Obama—from such places as
the “John Carter” novels, “Star Trek,” “The X-Files,” and so on.
Which is to say—it is tempting to just dismiss his entire narrative as
being that of a highly deluded individual and nothing more.
And yet, as I also felt after reading Brice Taylor’s memoir “Thanks For
The Memories“…there has to be something else to this story. A story
doesn’t get to this high level of complexity (which, in the case of
Basiago, includes supposed witnesses and fellow “team members” who have
backed up aspects of this tale) without there being something to it. Now,
that something may or may not be validating the original story.
I’m just saying there is something there.
And I’m not crazy.
Really.
Look…
Here’s what, after watching six hours of a presentation on YouTube
detailing every aspect of his story (again—I’m not crazy really I’m not),
I think might be within the realm of possibility here:
1. I believe he’s a very smart man with a very high IQ. He’s also a lawyer,
and it really shows during his exhaustive densely-packed Powerpoint
lectures. In fact, Basiago made me think of another lawyer—“Gods of Eden”
author William Bramley, who maintained the theory that we are in the
thrall of a “Custodial” alien race. It is very interesting to see a person
with the discipline of a lawyer unfurl such cases as those of Basiago’s
and Bramley’s.
2. I believe that at least some aspects of his father’s stated background—which
included working on classified projects—might be true. Which is to say:
that his father was involved in something.
3. I believe the possibility that Basiago himself was flagged as a
“gifted” child (he claims to have been an “indigo child” with a degree of
psychic/telekinetic ability) is possibly true, because during that time
period, all the way up into the Eighties, these types of things were being
legitimately researched both in the United States and abroad (most notably
Russia). That is not to say that such things as psychic abilities,
telekinetic abilities, remote viewing, etc. are bona fide real. But simply
that there is evidence that the very “notion” of these things have been
studied by various governments, for sure.
Remember one of the most famous stories about “gifted children” with
godlike powers: that of Uri Geller, who is smack dab right in that same
time-period, and who was mentored by Andrija Puharich. Puharich was both a
psychic researcher and somebody connected with the U.S. government.
Geller, like Basiago, also made a fantastic claim: that he was some sort
of intergalactic “ambassador”/”messiah” (he also earlier claimed to have “super-powers”).
He made this claim while being hypnotized by Puharich—Puharich, who was
involved in both psychic research and mind-altering experiments for the
government (as well as channeling so-called “aliens”).
While Basiago might be laughed right out of town by the mainstream press,
it should be remembered that Uri Geller was a big celebrity in the 1970s—even
guest-starring in his own Marvel comic.
Let us suppose, just theoretically, that Geller was purposely “created.”
Perhaps he was a kid with some moderate demonstrated psychic ability…or
maybe just really bright and charismatic with no such supra-human
abilities. And he’s this kid and now he has a mentor and making all these
claims and going on all these talk-shows…and he’s being hypnotized and now
he’s essentially talking about being connected to aliens and being this
messiah-like personality.
And so, theoretically, Geller was “cultivated” as this type of public
personality. And then he goes off and spreads the word about psychic
abilities and the aliens and he’s filling the minds of other influential
celebrities (John Lennon) with all this stuff about aliens, and etc. Is it
all leading to a purpose? Who knows. Maybe yes, maybe no…maybe it’s all a
money-making scam.
But.
Something happened to Uri Geller.
And was he the only person who was so-called cultivated in this manner?
Were there other Gellers?
4. I believe that possibly Basiago was in some sort of “cultivating” group
for “talented” kids. A few others claim to have been in the same “program”
as him. Perhaps that is true.
5. I believe that possibly some really really really weird stuff went down
in that program—in addition to some of the classic mind-fucking stuff
Basiago describes, such as being spun on a table to induce an out-of-body
experience.
For example, out of 6 hours of a two-part presentation, he only mentions
once that he was tortured as a child as part of the original Project
Pegasus.
Now…you would think that if you were tortured as a child for any reason,
you might dwell on it a bit more than make a single brief mention during a
6-hour lecture.
But Basiago mentions it once, then never elaborates…and largely defends
the program as a whole in a very straight-laced, patriotic sort of way (though
he occasionally notes that the kids were participating “against their will”).
It is this discrepancy alone that makes me take a really big pause before
I throw out his story completely. Because it’s…a little disturbing.
This video, from one of those “Sightings”-type shows narrated by Bill
Shatner, lays out the Basiago case very succinctly. Pay attention to the
hypnotist interviewed at the end of the segment, who claims that some of
his patients can be hypnotized to go “back in time”—to literally, travel
backwards and forwards in time:
MY THEORY: these kids were most likely hypnotized and subjected to
possibly other technologies (slightly more mundane versions of the ones
Basiago talks about) to “induce” things like remote viewing (which gets
concretized in Basiago’s story as an actual technology called “chronovision”),
altered states, and etc.
There is a tantalizing clue regarding this during the end of the two-part
6-hour lecture, where Basiago describes being on a team teleported to Mars
(he is now a young adult & in college), running into dinosaurs, and
getting his arm bitten off by one (!). He says that his arm was bitten off…but
then it sort of “came back.” And he discussed this with his other “team
members,” and one theorized that perhaps they hadn’t really physically
“transported” to Mars…but rather, they were in some sort of shared virtual
reality model.
Why would someone like Basiago—especially if he was completely consciously
fabricating a story—leave that detail in?
Because if the “dinosaurs” of that world were really part of some sort of
hologrammic “virtual reality”…and his arm was not really bitten off…could
it then be said that the whole trip to Mars was, at the very least, a non-physical
one?
I’m not saying that it all, as described by him, “never happened”—but
rather, that it might have happened in some “quantum” way that cannot be
explained by simply talking of “technology”—at least, anything we could
possibly conceive of being as “technology.”
He has another story about how he traveled back to the time of Abraham
Lincoln to watch the Gettysburg Address. It’s an incredibly detailed
narrative, topped with this photo that he claims was taken of him (in the
middle) as a boy time-traveller:
Even his insights regarding the photo itself are quite detailed and vivid…and
then he says there is a “gray alien” in the photo as well, reaching out
with his hands towards him.
To me, the mention of greys are a tip-off that there is something more
“quantum”/inter-dimensional/metaphysical going on…that, in a narrative
that is fantastic but mostly rooted in the realm of straight-up science
and technology, dropping one of those phantom-like beasties sort of
“flips” the perspective.

Or consider his description of the aliens of Mars, whose features conform
quite well to that of the inter-dimensional creature LAM as described by
Aleister Crowley: large bald heads, big eyes. LAM ends up being the
template for the “classic” alien grey as depicted on the cover of Whitley
Strieber’s influential book “Communion.”
Uri Geller then cites alien contact in his hypnosis sessions, while his
mentor Puharich worked with groups channeling “aliens” themselves.
Puharich also supposedly worked on secret technology pioneered by Nikola
Tesla.
The Tesla connection gets stranger when you consider that the tech Basiago
cites in his narrative is also allegedly based on that of Tesla.
Before my delicate Charlie Day-type mind caves in under the massive amount
of potential correspondences and connections in the story of Andrew
Basiago—and I’m very tempted to do a play-by-play of the first “Avengers”
movie, which featured Project Pegasus as one of its key locations, to see
how certain elements intersect with this story—let me point out one more
thing:
As noted in several of my other posts on this blog, the early-to-mid-1970s
seems to be a “flashpoint” for these weird stories. Many of these stories
and incidents have similar or interlocking/overlapping elements (as well,
in some cases, involved persons).
Even if all those different stories have non-esoteric, non-paranormal, non-fantastic
explanations to them…it still seems to me like there’s still some answers
to be had…because it seems like some people went through an awful lot of
trouble to make other people believe specific stuff.
Anyway, Andrew D. Basiago is running for president in 2016. He said he was
told he would become president by his father—this happened back when the
younger Basiago was of college-age, and in a special program for Mars
travelers with Barack Obama (who was known as Barry Soetoro in those days).
Basiago said Barry just received the future-information that he would
become president, and then his dad intimated that they both would become
president some day. This made Andrew feel really good at the time, though
he admits perhaps his dad only said that to boost up his son’s spirits.]

ETs/EDs-Stargates
ETs/EDs (extraterrestrials/extradimensionals) are heartened by the work of
Nassim Haramein, who has documented the, theoretical to most,
stargate in action (below video.)
According to the ETs/EDS, every star is a
stargate and provides both a way in and out of a given star system.
Capacity is unlimited, which should give military planners pause.
Moreover, a stargate is also a timegate,
allowing travel to any place and any time. The easiest way to think of a
stargate is as a connector in a toy set which has an infinite number of
attachment points.
Per the ETs/EDs, a stargate differs greatly
from a portal, which is on a planet and allows travel only from
one specific place to another.
Similarly, the ETs/EDs say, the portal’s space
equivalent is a wormhole, and it works the same way.

Our Stargate
Since no military force likes being attacked from the rear, the Liberation
Forces have security measures in place to prevent such actions from
hostile intruders.
The ETs/EDs aim to intercept and destroy
arriving intruders by a defined point and kill those fleeing Earth as soon
as they emerge from the atmosphere. Freeing the planet, in the view of the
ETs/EDs, is hard enough dealing with both the higher dimensional threats
and the well entrenched Dark Forces here on Earth, without having to worry
about a massive, unexpected attack.
The ETs/EDs are no fools, and have deployed
accordingly.

NASA Discovers...
Hidden Portals ...in Earth's Magnetic Field
Our planet has come a long way in scientific breakthroughs and discoveries.
Mainstream science is beginning to discover
new concepts of reality that have the potential to change our perception
about our planet and the extraterrestrial environment that surrounds it
forever.
Star gates, wormholes, and portals have been
the subject of conspiracy theories and theoretical physics
for decades, but that is all coming to an end as we continue to grow in
our understanding about the true nature of our reality.
In physics, a wormhole was a hypothetical feature of space time that would
be a shortcut through space-time. We often wonder how extraterrestrials
could travel so far and this could be one of many explanations.
Although scientists still don't really
understand what they have found, it does open the mind to many
possibilities.
Turning science fiction into science fact seems to happen quite often
these days and NASA did it by announcing the discovery of hidden
portals in Earth's magnetic field.
NASA calls them X-points or electron diffusion
regions. They are places where the magnetic field of Earth connects to the
magnetic field of the Sun, which in turn creates an uninterrupted path
leading from our own planet to the sun's atmosphere which is 93 million
miles away.
NASA used its THEMIS spacecraft, as well as a European Cluster probe,
to examine this phenomenon.
They found that these portals open and close
dozens of times each day. It's funny, because there is a lot of evidence
that points toward the sun being a giant star gate for the 'gods' to pass
back and forth from other dimensions and universes.
The portals that NASA has discovered are
usually located tens of thousands of kilometers from Earth and most of
them are short-lived; others are giant, vast and sustained.
As far as scientists can determine, these portals aid in the transfer of
tons of magnetically charged particles that flow from the Sun causing the
northern and southerns lights and geomagnetic storms. They aid in the
transfer of the magnetic field from the Sun to the Earth.
In 2014, the U.S. space agency will launch a
new mission called Magnetospheric Multiscale Mission (MMS)
which will include four spacecraft that will circle the Earth to locate
and then study these portals. They are located where the Earth and the
Sun's magnetic fields connect and where the unexplained portals are formed.
NASA funded the University of Iowa for this study, and they are still
unclear as to what these portals are.
All they have done is observed charged
particles flowing through them that cause electro-magnetic phenomenon in
Earth's atmosphere.
Magnetic portals are invisible, unstable and
elusive. they open and close without warning and there are no signposts
to guide us in.

Mainstream science continues to grow further, but I often get confused
between mainstream science, and science that is formed in the black budget
world.
It seems that information and discovery isn't
information and discovery without the type of 'proof' that the human race
requires. Given that the human race requires, and has a certain criteria
for 'proof', which has been taught to us by the academic world,
information can easily be suppressed by concealing that 'proof'.
It's no secret that the department of defence
receives trillions of dollars that go unaccounted for and everything
developed within the United States Air Force Space Agency remains
classified.
They are able to classify information for the
sake of 'national security'.
Within the past few years, proof has been
emerging for a number of phenomenon that would suggest a whole other
scientific world that operates separately from mainstream science.
We have the technology to take ET home,
anything you can imagine we already have the technology to do, but these
technologies are locked up in black budget projects.
It would take an act of God to ever
get them out to benefit humanity.
