Although the book tries to pass itself off as a 'non-fiction' examination, it is painfully obvious (to me anyway) that most of the content is pseudoscientific gibberish. This article is an attempt to present the information contained in the book in a manner usable with the Hero Role-Playing System.

It is not, by any stretch of the imagination, meant to be considered a presentation of 'what really happened'.

THE PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT

Almost everyone has heard of the Philadelphia Experiment, although the number of people who actually have any idea as to what it was all about are nowhere near as numerous. The Experiment seems to fall into the same realm as the Kennedy Assassination; clouded by rumor and supposition, the exact truth of either incident will probably never be known. Both events are also plagued by a mass of incorrect or inaccurate information. Conspiracy buffs are more than happy to create wild, intricate plots involving virtually anyone and everyone on the planet (and in the case of the Philadelphia Experiment, off the planet).

THE FACTS AS WE KNOW THEM

On August 12, 1943 (or October 28, 1943 - accounts differ) the US Navy conducted a test of some sort on the USS Eldridge (DE [Destroyer Escort] 173) at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The exact nature of this test is open to speculation. Possible tests include experiments in magnetic invisibility, radar invisibility, optical invisibility or degaussing (rendering the ship immune to magnetic mines). The test (or tests) were conducted, only to produce undesirable results. Afterwards, the project (supposedly called 'Project Rainbow') was canceled.

As one can easily see, the actual facts are scanty. The Navy denies that any sort of experiment ever took place, and the ship's logs show that the USS Eldridge was nowhere near Philadelphia at the time the test was supposed to take place. Of course, logs can be faked, and the government and military has lied before about certain events in the interests of secrecy and national security (witness the Manhattan Project). On the other hand, research has shown no evidence of a "Project Rainbow", although there was a code name "Rainbow"; it was used to designate the Allied plans to combat the Axis in World War II and had nothing to do with any form of experimental technology. As a final note, it should be pointed out that even some basic research (the World Wide Web is loaded with relevant sites) will show that the entire 'experiment' may in fact be a massive hoax, a modern urban legend that has grown to fantastic proportions over time. Such sensationalistic writing has been successful in creating such similar epic myths before, with the "Bermuda Triangle" a   prime example.

 

THE SUPPOSED 'TRUE STORY' OF

THE PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT

According to certain accounts, the actual results of the experiment involve occurrences far stranger than anyone could possibly imagine. The tests being conducted were an attempt to render a ship invisible to enemy radar. This was to be accomplished by wrapping an electromagnetic 'bottle' around the ship in question, absorbing or deflecting radar waves. The bottle was created by two (or four - accounts differ) massive Tesla coils which acted as electromagnetic generators; one was mounted forward and one was mounted aft. Other accounts state that a series of magnetic generators, called degaussers, were used. When activated, the electromagnetic field would extend out from the ship and divert radar waves around the ship, making the Eldridge invisible to radar receivers.

When the actual test was put into motion, a number of unexpected and bizarre side effects occurred. As the electromagnetic field increased in strength, it began to extend as far as 100 yards out from the ship in all directions, forming a large sphere. Within this field, the ship became fuzzy and indistinct, and a greenish haze formed around the vessel, obscuring it from view. Eventually, the only visible object was the outline of the hull of the Eldridge where it entered the water. Then, to the amazement of onlookers, the entire ship vanished from view.

It was at this point (the vanishing of the Eldridge) that the true power of the electromagnetic field that had been created was revealed. The Eldridge had not only vanished from the view of observers in Philadelphia, it had vanished from Philadelphia all together! The ship had been instantly transported several hundred miles - from Philadelphia to Norfolk, Virginia. After a few minutes, the ship once again vanished, to return to Philadelphia.

To the Navy, the test had succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. Not only had they rendered a ship invisible to radar, they had made it optically invisible as well, not to mention causing the vessel to teleport hundreds of miles in a matter of minutes. For the crew, however, the trip had been a nightmare.

The test had managed to render the entire ship 'out of phase' with the surrounding universe, which is why it was able to travel from Philadelphia to Norfolk instantly. This phasing effect had drastic effects on the crew members. During the experiment, crew members found they could walk through solid objects, and when the field was shut off, men were found embedded in the bulkheads, decks and railings of the ship. The results were gruesome enough that some men went mad. Afterwards, several crew members simply vanished. A few disappeared into thin air; one, eating dinner with his family, rose, walked through a wall and was never seen again. Some men entered into what was called the 'Freeze'. This is where a man faded from view; unable to move, speak or otherwise affect his surroundings. Initially, the Freeze effect lasted only a few minutes to a few hours. Interestingly enough, invisible crewmen were still visible to other sailors who had survived the original experiment. After a while, the Freeze effect lasted for days or months, and became known as the 'Deep Freeze' (other terms include 'Caught in the Flow', 'Caught in the Push', 'Get Stuck', 'Go Blank', 'Hell Incorporated' or 'Stuck in Molasses'). The Deep Freeze could drive a man insane in very short order, and was only able to be counteracted if other crewmen performed a 'Laying on of Hands' technique to give the victim strength and allow him to recover from his affliction. Unfortunately, two men burst into flames while Laying on of Hands, burning for 18 days despite all attempts to quench the fire.

Seeing the horrible after effects of the experiment, the Navy discontinued all further research into radar and optical invisibility. The surviving crewmen were discharged as mentally unfit for duty and many were placed in insane asylums. However, science was not quite done conducting research on electromagnetic fields or radar and its affects on the human mind. Project Rainbow may have been disbanded, but the Phoenix Project was just getting started.

 

 

PROJECT RAINBOW

Project Rainbow was a military project developed during the early Forties as an attempt to make a ship invisible to enemy radar. It can be considered a fore-runner to today's experiments with 'stealth' technology and radar-invisible airplanes. To achieve this result, various experiments with electromagnetic fields were carried out. The project culminated with the infamous "Philadelphia Experiment", detailed above. Following that disaster, Project Rainbow was halted, and Dr. John von Neumann, the project's director, was sent to work on the Manhattan Project.

Project Rainbow reappeared in the late 1940's. The project now concentrated on the technology behind the electromagnetic bottle created during the Philadelphia Experiment and how it could be further developed. At the same time, Project Rainbow's former director, Dr. Neumann started research into how and why the human crew of the Eldridge had been so horribly affected by the fields created. Finally, in the early 1950's, the two projects were merged, becoming the "Phoenix Project".

 

THE PHOENIX PROJECT

(PART 1)

The Phoenix Project actually gets its start in the late 40's. It was an attempt to control the weather using information and technologies derived from the work of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, an Austrian scientist.

Reich is said to have been a brilliant man, credited with discovering the highly controversial "orgone" energy. Orgone energy is also known as "life" or "orgasmic" energy and is very different from more ordinary electromagnetic energy. Reich supposedly proved the existence of orgone energy in various laboratory experiments, and wrote up his findings in several scientific journals. He claimed that orgone energy could cure cancer, a finding that didn't find wide acceptance with his colleagues. Reich also stated that orgone energy has related to "cosmic energy" and with the Newtonian concept of the "ether". Needless to say, his theories where widely criticized by his fellow scientists.

The "ether" is a Victorian concept that refers to a hypothetical substance that suffused all of space. It served as a medium for light and other forms of radiant energy. This ether was a popular concept and was used by more than one science fiction writer as a way to explain space travel. For example, E. E. 'Doc' Smith sprinkles references to the ether all through his Lensmen novels.

With further research, Reich found that orgone energy was responsible for storms and bad weather. "Dead orgone" or "DOR" was the term used to describe the "dead energy" found within violent thunderstorms and hurricanes. This dead energy was also found within people as well. Active people had plenty of orgone energy, while those who were depressed or sullen had an excess of DOR energy.

After extensive research, Reich finally developed a device that would break up concentrations of DOR energy. When set up with a weather balloon, this device would dissipate or deflect thunderstorms. Armed with Reich's storm-buster, the US Government created a device called a "radiosonde". This device consisted of several sensors and a transmitter that could broadcast across several bands to either build up orgone energy or to disrupt DOR energy. With it the government could control the weather.

It should be pointed out that any device capable of transmitting both orgone and DOR energy could be used to affect people as well. It is possible that the Phoenix Project was also looking into methods of population control. Supposedly, the Soviet Union had conducted extensive experiments on select populations by broadcasting orgone or DOR energy

 

 

 

 

 

THE PHOENIX PROJECT

(PART 2)

In the early 1950's the Phoenix project was merged with the remnants of Project Rainbow. The revised Phoenix Project was to delve further into the study of electromagnetic effects and their use in achieving 'stealth' technology. The problem the Phoenix Project faced was how to keep this new technology from having such an adverse affect on humans involved in the experiments.

The director of this new phase of the Project was Dr. John von Neumann, brought back to oversee operations. He concentrated on the metaphysical side of the experiments in an attempt to determine what had gone wrong. He and his team worked for about ten years on the problem, studying why humans had such a problem with intense electromagnetic fields, especially ones that were capable of producing the sort of effects seen in the Philadelphia Experiment. What they found was that human beings are born with a "time reference point". This time reference point is linked to the electromagnetic fields native to the Earth and help orient man to the nature of the universe and how it operates. It is a separate entity, distinct from the physical body. When the generators were started on the Eldridge, the link to this point was severed, causing the crew of the Eldridge massive physical and mental trauma.

It was determined that the devices used in the original Philadelphia Experiment had created an artificial reality around the Eldridge. Thus, the ship had been removed from the 'normal' plane of existence, rendering it invisible. The problem was that the new reality had no connection to our world, thus disorientating anyone within the field. In order to overcome this problem, a time reference point, linking any potential inhabitant of the electromagnetic bottles created by the Project Rainbow technology back to their point of origin, had to be developed.

This problem was solved by giving the bottle a phony background - a false 'Earth' to link to that would reduce any form of transdimensional disorder. A computer was used to recreate the time reference points of specific people and to generate a false electromagnetic background that would give the physical body something to lock on to. If this system failed, the physical and the mental body would separate, resulting in insanity.

This phase of the project was completed in 1967. A report was then sent to Congress stating that the human mind could be altered by the use of electromagnetics. With development, one could create devices that would change the way people think. Congress, fearing the results of such experimentation into mass mind control, refused any further funding for the project and in 1969 ordered the Phoenix Project to disband.

 

 

DUNCAN CAMERON

The story of Duncan Cameron Jr. is a confusing one. According to the authors of the book The Montauk Project , Duncan was a sailor aboard the USS Eldridge when the Philadelphia Experiment was conducted. The Experiment resulted in his being catapulted forward in time to arrive at Montauk base in 1983. He then became involved in the Montauk Project, and was bounced about the time stream before being returned to 1943 in an attempt to stop the experiment that started it all. Confused? I haven't even gotten started...

To try and explain Duncan's confusing life would probably take another ten pages of text, text most people wouldn't care to read. The best option is to sum up his amazing adventures through space and time as follows:

In 1943, Duncan and his brother Edward were stationed on board the Eldridge. They worked in the control room that housed many of the experimental generators used to power the Tesla coils that created the electromagnetic fields around the ship. Since they were deep inside the ship, protected by layers of steel shielding, Duncan and Edward were untouched by the horrible side effects that ravaged the rest of the crew.

The first actual experiment conducted on the Eldridge apparently took place July 20, 1943. At this time, the ship vanished from sight for 15 minutes. The fields created made many crewmen nauseous and gave psychological problems to others. A second test was then set up for August 12th, with the object to obtain radar invisibility and not optical invisibility. According to the authors of The Montauk Project three UFOs appeared over the ship six days before the August 12th test. When the test was conducted, one of these UFOs was sucked through the resulting hole in time and space and ended up underground at Montauk Base.

When the August 12th test was conducted, the two brothers were once again in the control room. For a short time (the first five minutes or so) the test seemed to be working as planned. Then, the ship vanished from sight. Duncan and Edward could see that the experiment was failing (due to the affects on the other crewmen). They tried to shut down the various generators and transmitters, but nothing seemed to be working. They then decided that the safest course of action was to abandon ship. Jumping overboard, they fell through a time tunnel and ended up at Montauk in the year 1983.

Found by members of the Montauk Project, the two brothers were then escorted into one of the buildings on base. There, they met Dr. John von Neumann, the man who had been behind many aspects of the Montauk Project since 1943. He informed them that he had been waiting for the two to appear, and that Duncan and Edward needed to return to 1943 to turn off the generators and end the experiment being conducted on the Eldridge.

Both Duncan and Edward agreed to this plan, making a number of time trips for the Montauk researchers before returning for good to 1943. Finally, the bothers reappeared on the Eldridge and managed to shut off the generators, mainly by smashing transmitters and cutting any cables they could find.

Just before the Eldridge returned to its proper place in the time stream, Duncan went back through the time portal and returned to Montauk in 1983. It is unknown why he did so, although it is suggested that he may have been 'programmed' to. Once in 1983 for good, Duncan found himself severed from the time stream. He grew old at a fantastic rate and began to die from the effects of extreme aging.

Using unspecified techniques, the Montauk scientists managed to save Duncan by transferring his mind (or "signature") to a new body. This new body was obtained through the help of Duncan Cameron Sr., the father of Duncan Jr. and Edward. Using a time portal, Montauk personnel contacted Duncan Sr. in 1947, informing him of their need to save his son's life. The solution was for Duncan Sr. to have another son.

In 1951, the second Duncan Cameron Jr. was born. In 1963, when this Duncan was 12, the Montauk scientists transferred the old Duncan's mind into the child's body. This forced the second Duncan 'out', a fate that remains unexplained.

Meanwhile, Edward remained with the Eldridge. A final test was run with the ship in October of 1943. This experiment used an unmanned vessel, with all controls located on a secondary ship. After the test it was discovered that a large amount of equipment was missing, including transmitters and generators. The experiment was then abandoned for good. Edward continued on with his naval career afterwards, becoming involved with a number of experiments dealing with 'free energy' vehicles and devices. At some port he was made to forget all he had seen and done in connection with the Philadelphia Experiment.

Edward's final fate may be even more bizarre than his brother's. He was apparently put through a series of age regression procedures that reduced him to the age of a small infant. He was then sent to live with the Bielek family to replace their baby boy, who had recently died. Given the name of Al Bielek, he grew up ignorant of his true past until certain events in the late 1980's triggered his memories. He now devotes his time to researching the Philadelphia Experiment in an attempt to uncover the truth.

Here’s an interview with an individual named Andy Pero. I met Pero personally through Preston Nichols, author of several books about the Montauk Project which Nichols was personally involved in.

Here’s more recent information from the survivor of horrendous  mind control programming directly connected to the infamous Montauk Project operations; activities which also included some of the most advanced experimental work into relativistic and quantum physics which has ever been done, including interdimensional and time travel experiments.
 
In particular, Pero’s comments and insights about what he was involved in at Montauk, such as with the so-called ’Montauk chair," are extremely interesting and provide additional, fresh insight into this most extraordinary and concept-shattering project and the technology utilized therein.

Andy Pero was unwillingly subjected to a  mind control program off-shoot the Monarch Project-a trauma based mind control program similar to what Cathy O’ Brien describes in her autobiography by Mark Philips, "Tranceformation of America".
 
Andy Pero claims to have been created through a combination of genetic manipulation, trauma based mind control and Silva Mind Control training resulting in superhuman feats and psionic abilities. In addition to this, Mr. Pero alleges to have been unwittingly used in covert assassinations as a Manchurian Candidate and also in missions connected to the Montauk Project, such as time travel.
 
Andy Pero first went public with his story in August of 1998 as a special guest of Preston Nichols while at a lecture series hosted by Bob Eure of Philadelphia, PA. I was so astounded with Andy’s testimony, that I interviewed him personally so that his story could be shared with readers of Unknown Magazine. For those who are unfamiliar with me, I have worked for ten years investigating and counseling UFO experiencers, abductees and occasionally survivors of various forms of anomalous trauma, such as ritual abuse and mind control. Because of my background in alien abductions, paranormal, the occult and anomalous trauma, I recognized Andy as an extraordinary survivor of trauma based mind control, one whose story should not remain hidden.
EL: Andy, where are you from originally and when did your training begin?
 
AP: I was born in Fallon, Nevada in November of 1969. My father was a Lieutenant Commander at the Fallon Naval Air Station in Nevada at the time. I believe my first experiences began by the time I was two and a half years old. At five years old my family lived in Munich, Germany and I remember attending two distinct Kindergarten classes, on in German that was located on or near McGraw Army Troop Army Base, and another Kindergarten in English.
 
I have flashback memories of torture sessions as early as age two where I was subjected to shock treatments with needles inserted in my ears and genitalia. What they (the controllers/handlers) do is use extreme trauma to separate the mind from the body. They do this to split the mind into several parts that can later be programmed to do things-like superhuman feats. Basically, they disconnect all of the normal human brain impulses, emotions and whatever is normally present, then reprogram in new ones. They do this to remove all fear, so that when they program in new abilities, you will not have the instinctual, "but I can’t, I’m afraid..." response. They program you to do, not think. In essence, they treat and program your mind as if it was a computer.
 
EL: Who are the people running these secret programs like the Monarch and Montauk Projects, and where do they conduct their activities?
 
AP: Our own government. One of my handlers-who tried to brainwash me into believing that he was my father--was basically a Nazi. I nicknamed him Adolph because he is very Aryan looking.
 
After WW2 many Nazi scientists were brought over to the US through our own Intelligence community who formerly worked in mind control research in the concentration camps. I believe they are a remnant of the Nazi party working in conjunction with different branches of the US government and the military.
 
Much of my training and torture sessions were done right at the University of Rochester, NY. They used to take me to a private room in the attic or top floor of the library. The big lab where I had most of the programming done to me was at the Rome National Air Base in Rome, NY. I have also been used in the Montauk chair while at Camp Hero, Montauk, L.I. and also in a chair in Atlanta, GA at Dobbins Air Force Base.
 
The Montauk facility located in Camp Hero, L.I. was reopened by the Department of the Navy and is active to this day.
 
Basically there are underground bases located across the country. Each one has a different function and specialty. There is a facility in Rochester, NY, Paramus, NJ, Dobbins Air Force Base in Atlanta, GA, Camp Hero in Montauk, L.I. and many others. In the Paramus, NJ facility is where they do the sex programming for many of the female agents. For the most part, 99% of them are involuntary sex agents and couriers who were raised in various mind control projects.
 
EL: What were some of the things the mind control programmers made you do?
 
AP: I remember my mother enrolling me in a Silva Mind Control course when I was ten. It is a type of self-hypnosis where you learn to go to different levels of your mind to do self-healing, relaxation, visualization, bending spoons with the power of your mind, things like that. This is also the time when I saw two peculiar military men, who would periodically visit me throughout my childhood, especially sporting events. I did exceptionally well at Silva Mind Control (and sports), so much so that the two military men approached me and said, "I hear you have some very special abilities. Someday you will work for us." At the time I didn’t understand, but later the two men figured prominently in all the training I had up all the way through my college years. Of course I didn’t realize this until my memories came back. I did very well at sports and demonstrated a genius IQ, but I stuttered so badly until I was in my twenties, that everyone just thought I was a dumb jock. The stuttering was due to all the electroshock treatments.
 
I recall being subjected to electroshock numerous times, being placed in an enclosed water tank and told to breathe underwater. Consequently, I drowned several times and would revive because of my self-created healing pool in my mind. I learned to create my own mental laboratory through Silva Mind Control, replete with a super powerful healing pool that could heal any injury. I was forced to endure suffering beyond belief to accomplish superhuman feats of strength and survival.
 
EL: Tell me more about the various superhuman abilities you discovered you had.
 
AP: The trainers would put me into a trance whereby I’d be told I could jump off a ladder of minimal height. In my mind, I believed that I was only jumping off a footstool or a short ledge. In actuality, I was progressively led to jump higher and higher heights to the point of successfully jumping off buildings and even out of planes without a parachute.
 
When under mind control, I could do whatever I was instructed to do as long as I believed them. I would do 200 or more push ups in perfect form, sometimes as long as a half hour straight, or until I was told to stop. I weight lifted 545 lbs. on a barbell and squats while attending college and much more (500-1500 lb.) while I was under the mind control in the training laboratory not far from Rochester, NY.
 
In my jumps, it was as if I was falling like a cat, calm and cool with no fear, focusing like a laser only on the landing.
 
EL: Are there others like yourself who have had similar training and experiences?
 
AP: I think there are thousands of other children and people who are used and many end up missing. Many die in the process. They are considered expendable. The ones who can survive the most rigorous programming live on to become what are known as the Montauk boys. Duncan Cameron is such a person. In general, the boys and young men are trained to be couriers, assassins and super soldiers and even psychic killers. The women are mostly used as sex agents. Cathy O’ Brien’s story is an example.
 
EL: What kinds of special missions or time travel experiments do you remember taking part in?
 
AP: There were times I remember being at the small Rochester airport, being picked up in an F-16 fighter plane and ending up in some southwestern desert terrain either for special military training and obstacle courses or assassination missions. I remember seeing other men in black t-shirts and pants on the same training course at one time. Other times I found myself on some aircraft carrier out at sea. After the mission they would take me back and I would return to college after a couple of days or even hours not remembering what even happened. All of these missions were done between the time I was 15 years old and until 1988-1992 under deep hypnotic programming with the memories erased, until of some of my memories started to return.
 
I was also taught to handle various types of guns, loading, cleaning, special characteristics of each model and firing at exact targets repeatedly and perfectly without thinking, just doing.
 
EL: Tell me more about your involvement in the Montauk Project.
 
AP: I was involved in an off shoot of the Montauk Project called the Montauk chair. Basically the Montauk chair was developed to give the human and spirit a zero point of reference to facilitate time travel. What the chair essentially does is separate the mind from the body. The chair operator’s thoughts and vibrational energy is picked up by umbrella looking antennas above the chair, sent to a computer, over to a processor, then amplified several hundred times. The information is sent to a network of free energy crystals arranged in a circle. Then whatever thoughts were amplified, i.e., a time period, a wormhole would open up in the room. The wormhole was as large as 16-18 feet across and even large enough for a truck to go through.
 
In Camp Hero, Montauk, the location is the cross hairs of the earth’s biorhythms and is the point on earth where time travel is most easily accomplished when earth is the point of origin.
 
My part of the Montauk chair project was to use my focused visualization skills to think of specific time points in history that were assigned to me. The chair is connected to a sophisticated computer system and thought amplifier, such that when a thought or time period is visualized, the computer simulates a time portal based on that point in time. A series of time portals are done until a library of time periods and portals are accumulated.
 
The chair is also used to amplify extremely focused thoughts to create three-dimensional materializations based on the operators thoughts. Preston Nichols wrote several books on the Montauk Project and describes an incident in which Duncan Cameron created a monster while in the Montauk chair.
 
One such time travel mission was called Project Southern Cross. It was used to win WW2 in favor of the allies. What the US government did using time travel was to go back in time to the 1940’s to help us win the war. We would deliver communication devices, weapons and technologies made out of 1940’s parts. These would be delivered to the 1940’s along with a complete set of drawings on how to make them out of 1940’s parts. I took part in several of these deliveries, one time I was sent to Germany and another time to England. I was not allowed to speak to anyone, other than deliver my parcel and quickly return back to our time. And this was all done under deep hypnotic programming, so I didn’t have a lot of freedom to explore. I was gone no longer than two hours for the deliveries.
 
EL: Have you ever encountered any extraterrestrials or seen any aliens in any of your underground base memories?
 
AP: From what I understand the Department of the Navy made an agreement with the alien Greys to exchange technologies for human women and children to conduct horrific breeding experiments. This is what is going on right now in an underground base not far from Miami, Florida. One of my most disturbing memories is being escorted down a hallway in this underground lab and seeing cages of chickenwire fencing with women and children screaming for help. I have seen Grey aliens (the 4-foot tall ones with large black eyes) and also 7-foot tall  reptilian beings in some of my experiences. I have been told that I have many children from alien breeding experiments. I have had abductions with the Greys also.
 
On one occasion I was introduced to a Reptilian being while in an underground base sometime in 1989-90. At first I saw a 7-foot tall human Ayran looking man. He walks towards me and I notice that his image phases out as if something interfered with an energy field. He does something to a device on his belt and tells me, "OK, I’ll show you." He then pushes some button and then I see his image change into a 7-foot tall lizard like creature who looked like he weighed over 400 lb.
 
I was introduced to a group of beings that claimed to be a sub group of  the Illuminati. They were made up of a group of about 40-50 men, all 6’ 2" or taller, white, and of an indeterminate older age, averaging 70, but I suspect much older considering the technology they have access to. They convened in a boardroom that I believe was in an underground base, perhaps Camp Hero, Montauk. They sat around a large football shaped table made of wood. Each high backed chair had a light at the tip and each sitting had a TV type of screen and control panel that came out from the table. There was a huge screen located in the front of the room as well. I have reason to believe that not all of the Illuminati are human, but in actuality are alien beings that appear to look human.
 
EL: Who or what groups do you think are running the show here in the US or even on Earth? How do the aliens fit into all of this?
 
AP: It is very complicated, but basically there are four main versions or groups of the New World Order, all with slightly varying agendas.
-  The first group comprises the US and Western Europe (i.e., England, Germany, France and the US).
-  The second group is Eastern Europe fused with Western Europe and the US.
-  The third group is the countries of the Orient, and the fourth is the Middle Eastern-Saudia Arabian elements and all the oil money.
There are also off world groups (aliens and future human Nazi’s types called Zardanians, Reptilians, Greys and Dracos) who also have a hand in the NWO plans. For the time being, the old money groups of Europe and England have teamed up with die hard Nazi factions, Jews and Americans forming the group that has been always been known as the Illuminati and affiliated secret societies. This large international group controls the media, police force, military, etc. The Illuminati is also part of the NWO plan, which includes members such as George Bush, Prince Charles and other high ranking people.
 
As for the aliens, I think most of the alien Greys are either under the authority of or in collaboration with the Reptilians, Dracos and the Illuminati, based on some of my experiences and memories that are still returning to me. Some Grey groups are in conflict with the Reptilian/Draco agenda and are doing their own thing (human/grey hybridization programs) so to speak. Their agenda gets into heavy spiritual matters having to do with acquiring an emotional body and an ability to ascend to higher dimensions. They are using humans to accomplish this via the human/alien hybrids. Humans have the key in terms of having a threefold essence or unity of being, physical, emotional and spiritual. Other aliens have lost this unity of being (because of the fall from grace), thus inhibiting them from ascending to higher dimensions, or evolving to higher levels. This gets back to the original Luciferic rebellion, fallen angels and the various conflicts between species.
 
EL: When did you start remembering your memories? How did or can you break the programming they install?
 
AP: Some of my first memories surfaced while I was living with a roommate in Atlanta, GA back in 1996. We went to the bowling alley and I saw a large sign in the shape of a man dressed like a Rhino advertising, "Bowl with Rhino balls." This triggered me into remembering that "Rhino" is the name my Nazi handlers called me. My roommate overheard me say outloud, "I’m Rhino-they called me Rhino." He got excited and immediately asked me, "Where did you hear that?" He had a grave look of concern on his face and kept questioning me. By his reaction, I realized later that all along he was one of my hired programmers and handlers. The initial triggered memory that surfaced was a flashback of me being electrocuted and shocked and screaming in pain in one of my numerous torture sessions.
 
Then after that first memory, other memories started leaking through. It was like my mind was dammed up and the subconscious memories were starting to leak through. My mind controller programmers deliberately built a wall around my memories so that I wouldn’t remember. When I started recalling bits and pieces, I’d write notes to myself and hide them. Then I’d find my notes, after I had forgotten everything because my roommate was catching on that I was remembering. So he would repeatedly put me in trances, erase my memories and I’d forget what I had just remembered. But then everything came crashing down, because I deliberately hid notes and pretended that I didn’t know to my roommate. I had thought he was a friend and it turned out he was just hired to be another controller and handler to keep me in the program.
 
I recall that in the past I did not even remember my dreams for ten years. But now things are coming back. I am working on purifying the body to help clear my mind and get my abilities back.
 
EL: How do they keep control overall these people who have been and are still in mind control projects?
 
AP: The essence of their control tactics is of splitting the mind at a young age. This entails a process of trauma, torture, degradation and humiliation of the subject. The process is different for each individual, but in essence they go to your subconscious mind and find out what the most personal parts of you are. Then they essentially use this against you to break you down and rip your mind apart. What happens is this: An individual who possesses special mental abilities is selected at a very young age. (Very often they are from military families or from multigenerational Satanic ritual abuse families - EL) Then they are subjected to various stages of terror and horror to begin to separate them from their own minds. It is a process of progressive dissociation and compartmentalization of the mind and personality.
 
They control your mind through various complicated hypnosis techniques and commands until they create the perfect Manchurian Candidate. (See The Greenbaum Speech by  D.C. Hammond) They program you to do something, then erase the memory. Basically they program your mind as if it were a computer. Once they install the magic word, all they have to do is say it and you’re under their control. This happens from an early age so it is easier to control them if they are conditioned and dissociated into several personalities.
 
Another method of control is that they send in special people in your lives, handlers and controllers who pose as friends, teachers, "deprogrammers", roommates, lovers, etc. who are actually operatives for the mind control projects. Some are sleeper operatives who don’t even know they are being used to a certain extent. It makes it hard to trust anyone at this point.
 
EL: Is there anything else you can say about these projects or advice to others who have gone through similar experiences, like how they can be set free from its influence?
 
AP: For those who want to get out of the influence of the programs of mind control, you must have a strong fighting instinct to do what is right regardless of what others are doing. Your only cage is the one you build for yourself. You must connect with your highest self to break the evil that is all around us, and not succumb to doing evil just because everyone else is doing it. Retain your fundamental sense of right and wrong.
 
It all goes back to the basic conflict basic good and evil. It is like the dark forces in power of the planet at this time are trying to cheat their way into heaven or higher dimensions.

     I received a UPS Worldwide Express Envelope today marked Urgent. It was from a scrap metal Trading Corporation in Pirae Greece the letter states;

"Subject: ex. USS ELDRIDGE
 
We have been informed of your interest for the abovementioned vessel. 
We have taken the liberty to write to you this letter in order to inform you that this vessel is now under our ownership. Therefore if you would still have an interest on this vessel please contact us at the abovementioned address and numbers, preferably in Piraeus - Greece, as soon as possible."

Looks as though they are looking for a buyer before turning it into scrap metal.

 

 

About the Book

Yet to be released, this book ("The Philadelphia Experiment from A-Z") has been written to provide the reader with a complete overview of all acquired information to date on the Philadelphia Experiment of 1943. Currently there are more then 300 Pages (not including pictures) in 9"x6" format. Much of the book has been written by myself, with help from Rick Andersen in the science sections, and Montauk areas.

I have spent over ten years digging through books, making phone calls and meeting various people in an effort to compile the following information. I been interested in the subject of mass displacement, time travel, and other fringe topics for a number of years.

The authors interest in the Philadelphia Experiment goes back to the 1980’s with the release of The Philadelphia Experiment, a science-fiction movie drama based on the legend. Later that same week I was in my local public library, and found The Philadelphia Experiment: Project Invisibility in pocket novel form, by Charles Berlitz and William Moore. Knowing that books are often better than the movies, I decided to check the book out. Upon reading the book, it became very evident that the authors did not consider the experiment as a fantasy. From here I began to collect information on the experiment, and so the journey began. As we fast-forward over eight years, we find that the legend of the Philadelphia Experiment is far from dead. The slim facts that remain are continually being twisted and augmented; this book was written to pull the twisted information back into perspective.

At present the legend of The Philadelphia Experiment itself revolves around a small group of people that will not be quoted, much less named. These people claim to have unusual knowledge, or even to have been personally involved in the experiment. When these self-proclaimed witnesses do turn up and are asked any direct question, they usually brush it aside or respond using vague (or "technical sounding" to the layman) terms. In preparing this book, and wading through the recent claims of "inside knowledge" on the PX that some are asserting, I have often found myself lamenting "How about showing us some schematic diagrams!" or, as John Lennon might have said, "Just give me some truth!" Much of what is out there is pseudo-scientific psycho-spiritual fluff. Nevertheless, even though I feel that the credibility of some of the individuals and events discussed in this book are dubious at best, I have included them so that you can see what the present legend is, and how it continues to be embellished.

I think it is important that people start reading ‘The Full Story’ when pursuing any fringe topic like Ufology, the Bermuda Triangle, etc. There are plenty of paranoid delusionists writing books like "Aliens told me ‘Humans taste like chicken...’"

The following excerpt from my book is taking from the beginning....

 

The Current Legend

The following account, culled from a variety of sources and "self-proclaimed witnesses," describes an event that may or may not have actually taken place. It is the story - or legend - of what has become popularly known as the "Philadelphia Experiment," also referred to as Project Rainbow.

Project Rainbow was allegedly an experiment conducted upon a small destroyer escort ship during World War II, both in the Philadelphia Naval Yard and at sea; the goal was to make that ship invisible to enemy detection. The accounts vary as to whether the original idea was to achieve invisibility to enemy radar or whether the prize sought after was more profound: optical invisibility. Either way, it is commonly believed that the mechanism involved was the generation of an incredibly intense magnetic field around the ship, which would cause refraction or bending of light or radar waves around the ship, much like a mirage created by heated air over a road on a summer day. The legend goes on to say that the experiment was a complete success... except that the ship actually disappeared physically for a time, and then returned. They wanted to "cloak" the ship from view, but they got de-materialization and teleportation instead..

It has been claimed that the Philadelphia Experiment was partly an investigation into how Albert Einstein's "Unified Field Theory for Gravitation and Electricity" might be used to advantage in the development of electronic camouflage for ships at sea. Einstein allegedly published his Unified Theory around 1925-27 in German, in a Prussian scientific journal, but it was later withdrawn as incomplete. This research was aimed at using intense electromagnetic fields to mask a ship from incoming projectiles, mainly torpedoes. This was later extended to include a study of creating radar invisibility by a similar field in the air rather than in the water.

The story begins in June of 1943, with the U.S.S. Eldridge, DE (Destroyer Escort) 173, being fitted with tons of experimental electronic equipment. This included, according to one source, two massive generators of 75 KVA each, mounted where the forward gun turret would have been, distributing their power through four magnetic coils mounted on the deck. Three RF transmitters (2 megawatt CW each, mounted on the deck), three thousand '6L6' power amplifier tubes (used to drive the field coils of the two generators), special synchronizing and modulation circuits, and a host of other specialized hardware were employed to generate massive electromagnetic fields which, when properly configured, would be able to bend light and radio waves around the ship, thus making it invisible to enemy observers.

The experiment, said to have taken place at the Philadelphia Naval Yard and also at sea, took place on at least one occasion while in full view of the Merchant Marine ship S.S. Andrew Furuseth, and other observation ships. The Andrew Furuseth becomes significant because one of its crewmen is the source of most of the original material making up the PX legend. Carlos Allende, a.k.a. Carl Allen, wrote a series of strange letters to one Dr. Morris K. Jessup in the 1950's in which he described what he claims to have witnessed: at least one of the several phases of the Philadelphia Experiment.

At 0900 hours, on July 22nd, 1943, so the story goes, the power to the generators was turned on, and the massive electromagnetic fields started to build up. A greenish fog was seen to slowly envelop the ship, concealing it from view. Then the fog itself is said to have disappeared, taking the Eldridge with it, leaving only undisturbed water where the ship had been anchored only moments before.

The elite officers of the Navy and scientists involved gazed in awe at their greatest achievement: the ship and crew were not only radar invisible but invisible to the eye as well! Everything worked as planned, and about fifteen minutes later they ordered the men to shut down the generators. The greenish fog slowly reappeared, and the Eldridge began to dematerialize as the fog subsided, but it was evident to all that something had gone wrong.

When boarded by personnel from shore, the crew above deck were found to be disoriented and nauseous. The Navy removed the crew, and shortly after obtained another. In the end, the Navy decided that they only wanted radar invisibility, and the equipment was altered.

On the 28th of October in 1943, at 17:15, the final test on the Eldridge was performed. The electromagnetic field generators were turned on again, and the Eldridge became near-invisible; only a faint outline of the hull remained visible in the water. Everything was fine for the first few seconds, and then, in a blinding blue flash, the ship completely vanished. Within seconds it reappeared miles away, in Norfolk, Virginia, and was seen for several minutes. The Eldridge then disappeared from Norfolk as mysteriously as it had arrived, and reappeared back in Philadelphia Naval Yard. This time most of the sailors were violently sick. Some of the crew were simply "missing" never to return. Some went crazy, but, strangest of all, five men were fused to the metal in the ship's structure.

The men that survived were never the same again. Those that lived were discharged as "mentally unfit" for duty, regardless of their true condition.

So, what had begun as an experiment in electronic camouflage, ended up as an accidental teleportation of an entire ship and crew, to a distant location and back again, all in a matter of minutes!

Although the above may seem fantastic, one must remember, that in the 1940’s the atomic bomb was also being invented.

That is the composite Philadelphia Experiment (PX) legend as it has stood up until very recently, when certain new details were added by a few sources who claim to be "remembering" their own participation in the project after years of brainwashing to remove such memories. We will explore these new claims later on in the book.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

After reading the above some basic questions my come to mind such as:

  -Is there any evidence that an experiment of this nature was really performed on the U.S.S. Eldridge (or any other ship) in 1943?
  -Did the Eldridge really "teleport" over 600 km in the blink of an eye? How could such an unusual assertion have been made?
  -If there really was an experiment of this nature, what happened to the men involved, and are any of the witnesses still alive after fifty years? Have any of them come forth and told their stories?
  -How could the Navy have kept such a technological breakthrough as implied by the PX covered up for over 50 years?
  -What kind of technology could have been implemented to cause the events discussed?
  -Were Einstein's theories really involved? Was his "Unified Field Theory" ever really "completed?"
  -Is the experiment still continuing behind closed doors today?
These and many more questions will be explored in my book.

The name Dr. Rinehart first appeared in the fiction novel "Thin Air" by George E. Simpson and Neil R. Burger. Dr. Rinehart was later used by Bill Moore as a pseudonym for a scientist that had worked on some early calculations (possibly used in an experiment) on the bending of light. The whole story of the Philadelphia Experiment stems from Carl M. Allen’s letters to astronomer, researcher, and writer Morris K. Jessup. Carl provided most of the "facts" that are still used in books today, for example; The name of the test ship, the location and date of the experiment, etc. With most of the "facts" coming from one individual (and later being "confirmed" by others) one begins to wonder who is Carl Allen, and is he of sound mind.

Montauk Point Air Force Station, Main Radar & Power Station - Privately Taken (just a few of over fifty taking inside of Montauk)

The Montauk Project was allegedly (and unsupportedly), a continuation of the Philadelphia Experiment of 1943. The experiment was conducted at Montauk AFB, in the 1950’s. Montauk Air Force Station was designed to provide radar surveillance data, aircraft height determination, and Mark X IFF SIF identification data and to perform radar mapping prior to transmitting of such data to Air Defense SAGE Units
