there are other people on other planets that have existed for thousands of

free energy is available to everybody. Toyota has a car that runs on it;
Ford has produced one that runs on it. Now, Toyota will probably turn it
loose and bring it over here – either 2001 or 2 – because they have to pay
high prices for oil, and we’re pretty soon going to pay high prices too.
When this knowledge is found out by the people, they are going to demand our
government to release this technology, and it will change the world. That’s
the greatest secret that they want to keep. So secrecy about UFOs is because

early 1960s – around 1962 or 1963. The reason why I am saying this is
because the simulator wasn’t actually functional until around 1958. The
simulator that they used was for the extraterrestrial craft that they had,
which is a 30-meter one that crashed in Kingman, Arizona, back in 1953 or
1952. That’s the first one that they took out to the test flight. This ET
craft was a controlled craft that the aliens wanted to present to our
government – the USA… I knew about the gravitational field and what it took
to get people trained… We had meetings, and I ended up in a meeting with an
alien. I called him J-ROD… The alien used to come in with [Dr. Edward]
Teller and some of the other guys, occasionally, to handle questions that
maybe we’d have… Over the last 40 years or so, not counting the simulators –
I’m talking about actual craft – there are probably two or three dozen, and
various sizes that we built...”

MIT graduate, and his process has been repeated at SRI International.

cubic kilometer of ocean, if you fuse all the heavy hydrogen, which is just

the oil energy from combusting all the known oil reserves on earth. So, for

supported by a mountain of additional supporting evidence, that this is
possible in principle and it is nearing commercial application.”

There has been an extraordinary abrogation of basic legal responsibility at
the Patent Office and at the Department of Energy on the matter of cold
fusion. Cold fusion patents have not been approved. The only way of
approving any patent that resembles cold fusion is to eliminate the words

was interested because I could explain this electrogravitic effect with my
theory. Basically, the positive charges would create gravitational wells
just like out current concept of gravitational well around a massive object;
whereas, electrons would do the opposite: they’d create gravitational hills
which, in effect, you’d say is a gravitational repulsion effect. If you look
at Brown’s disc, according to my theory, you get a gravity potential hill, a
g-hill, towards the negatively charged end of the craft and a g-well towards
the positive. There would be an effect of a gravitational gradient that
would tend to propel it forward…

Using masers is very highly classified because of its use for UFO
propulsion. The beauty of this is that the microwaves stay in the beam; they
don’t scatter out. That’s the nature of it – you pump up your beam, in
effect, with energy, and it is not locked. It is like you are putting your
energy into a tube – it is a resonator. In effect, you could create a craft
that [seems to be] standing on poles. The maser beams, in fact, become like
solid poles between the craft and the ground. This is how, for example, the
TR3B, is using anti-gravity technology and has three thrusters on the
bottom. Well, this is what the thrusters would be: masers.”
“There have been triangular UFOs [of manmade origin], and the TR3B is one of
the triangular-shaped UFOs that we’ve heard about. UFOs may be of alien
origin, but some of them may be ones we have created ourselves using this
technology. In some UFO reports, you often see three domes underneath the
object. I believe these are actually microwave transmitters for the beams…

I do believe that we have technology presently developed which would allow
us to easily navigate the solar system. I wouldn’t be surprised if we had
bases on Mars and the moon, and we are regularly going there with these
kinds of craft. You know, we have that ability…

My theory called subquantum kinetics allows for the possibility of
materialization and dematerialization. Now, in relation to the technology of
spacecraft, there are accounts of how a craft can actually dematerialize
visually. My theory about this is that they are able to affect the gravity
field of the craft and cause this. They are able to make the craft lighter,
in effect – like a gravity potential to make a g-hill there, and the waves
that form the particles would diminish, go more towards a vacuum state, and
seem to disappear…

The Patent Office, in its current approach, is actually breaking the law. It
is trying to make happy the physicists who are with the American Physical
Society – to keep them in power with their ideas, you might say, and
withhold from public use good inventions that could solve our problems, like
the energy crisis. There is a whole pattern of this going on at the Patent

”What he did, apparently, was aquire a high voltage power source – a DC
(direct current) power source, and he took a couple of quarter-inch-thick
copper plates about a foot in diameter, with a lead coming out of the middle
of each one at the top and the bottom. [Then], he basically embedded them in
a type of plastic resin like polycarbonate or Plexiglas, or some other kind
of clear resin where you could see the plates, and you could see the
material. Apparently, he did everything he could to get all the little air
bubbles and stuff out of there, so there wouldn’t be any pathways for the
electricity to break down the material and arc through them. The experiment
was to see how much voltage you could put on this capacitor – the subplate
capacitor – in this arrangement; how much voltage could you put on this
thing before the insulating material begins to just break down.
Well, he got up to about a million volts, and the thing would begin to
float, and it floated in accordance with the principles that had been
described in a patent that was filed back in the late 1950s/early 1960s by a
gentleman called Thomas Townsend Brown. Brown and another individual by the
name of Dr. Biefield had done this, so this effect became known as the
Biefield-Brown effect. Well, [Stambough] apparently duplicated the
experiments done by Biefield and Brown, [and] the one aspect they found
about this arrangement was that the levitation or movement would occur in
the direction of the positively-charged plate. So, if you had two plates,
one is negative, and one is positive because of the direct current system.
If you have the positive plate on top, it would move in that direction. If
you had it on a pendulum, it would always swing in whatever direction the
positive plate was facing…”
McCandlish treffer senere Brad Sorensen, som har en interessant historie å

enorm hangar ved Norton Air Force Base. Han som var ansvarlig for
invitasjonen var imidlertid ikke klar over at akkurat denne dagen var det
fremvisning av flytyper som krevde ekstra høy sikkerhetsklarering. Sorensen
fikk dermed se flytyper som han ikke var sikkerhetsklarert for. Høydepunktet
var en egen seksjon i hangaren der tre romskip hang svevende i luften.
Videoskjermer viste noen opptak der disse tok av fra bakken og fløy av sted.
Fremdriftssystemet var lydløst. Noen innretninger i romskipet kunne tolkes
dithen at romskipet ikke bare fløy rundt i atmosfæren, men ved hjelp av
robotarmer kunne ”plukke opp” prøver utenfor Jordens atmosfære. De tre

“… The bottom of the vehicle was about 11 or 12 inches thick. In both cases,
the coil and this large disc at the bottom were like a big plastic casting –
sort of a greenish-blue, clear plastic, or it might have been glass. I
determined, using my conceptual artist skills, that there were exactly 48
sections like thin slices of pizza pie, and each section within this casting
probably weighted four or five tons, judging by the thickness and the
diameter. It must have been monstrous in weight. It was full of
half-inch-thick copper plates, and each of the 48 sections had 8 copper
plates.
So, here we are back to the plate capicitors again, and the prospect of
someone finding a way to use the Biefield-Brown effect – this levitation
effect where you charge a capacitor to lift towards a positive plate. Now,
when you got eight plates stacked up in there, they alternate. It goes:
negative positive, negative positive, negative positive – four times, so you
ultimately wind up with the positive plates always being above a set of
negative plates as you go up…”
“… Now, I started looking at the design of this thing, and it occurred to me
that what I was looking at was a huge Tesla coil, which is kind of like an
open-air transformer. What happens is that when you pass electricity through
this large diameter coil, it creates a field. That’s what this system does:
it takes electricity, using two large 24-volt marine-style batteries. You
basically use that to somehow put an alternating current through these
windings. [Then], you step up that electricity through the secondary coil,
which is on the column in the middle, and you get this extremely high
voltage. You can selectively put the voltage on any of these 48 capacitor
sections.
Well, why would you want to do that? If you’re using just a normal Tesla
coil, you usually have maybe one or two capacitors in the whole system. But,
you’re talking about a different kind of capacitor here – you’re talking
about capacitors that are made up of plates – plates that are shaped like
long, thin triangles, and they are all radially-oriented just like the
spokes of a wheel, just like the oxygen tanks, just like the field lines
from that large diameter coil. As you look at this system, if you’re an
electrician or just somebody who knows a little bit about Tesla coils and
the way they are set up, you begin to realize that the orientation of
components is really the key to making the system work.
Why so many different capacitor sections? If you have just one big disc like
Mark Stambough did with his experiment at the University of Arizona – which,
by the way was confiscated by men claiming to be from the government and
claiming privilege under the National Security Act. They took all this
stuff, interviewed all the people that saw the experiments, and told
everybody to keep their mouths shut and not talk about it. But, I heard
about it from his roommate who knew what had happened. [Anyway], in that
case, you have levitation, but you don’t get any control. You have this
thing floating around, and it’s just sort of floating on whatever this field
is that it’s producing, but you don’t have any control.

So, what happens? You break that disc up into 48 different sections, and
then you can decide how much electricity you want to put on this side or
over there on that side, so you can control the amount of electricity and
the amount of thrust and vectoring that you get. You can make it go straight
up, you can make it bank and turn and pitch – whatever you want to, by
virtue of the fact that you can control where the electricity goes in those
48 different sections. If you ever take a circle and divide it up into 48
equal sections, you’ll find that those are really thin little slices. So,
you have these 48 individual capacitors, and you have one big Tesla coil.
You’ve got to have some kind of rotating spark gap, just like the
distributor in your car, that sends the electricity out to each of those
sections. Then, you have to have some way of controlling how much
electricity goes to each one…”
”… It was all linked fiber-optically. Well, why would that make any
difference? Why would you want to have a system that’s all linked fiber-optically?
The reason is that if you find a way to control gravity, you reduce the mass
of it. If you are able to do that, what are the other side benefits? What if
you somehow found a way of tapping into this scalar field, this zero-point
energy? If what the scientists believe is true, then the zero-point energy
is actually what keeps the electrons around the atomic structure of
everything in our universe. It keeps them energized – it keeps those little
electrons spinning in their different clouds around the nucleus of every
atom in our world. It keeps them going, keeps them from crashing into the
nucleus like a satellite orbiting the Earth gets pulled into the atmosphere
by gravitational drag. Well, if you have a way of interfering with that
interaction, that absorption of zero-point energy by those electrons, they
begin to slow down.
Every atom in the universe is just like a little gyroscope: it’s got all
these electrons spinning around the nucleus, and they have a gyroscopic
effect, which is the effect we call inertia and mass. We have one nucleus
with a proton and a neutron and one electron – hydrogen – spinning around
like that: not very much mass, not too much inertia. If you take uranium,
[with] 235 electrons all spinning around in their different clouds, there is
a lot of mass; there is a lot of inertia, because it’s like a bigger
gyroscope, in a way. At least, that’s the analogy that I’ve kind of picked
up here. But, if you have a way of interfering with that absorption of
zero-point energy so those electrons become de-energized, they begin to slow
down. The effect of that inertia, that gyroscopic effect, begins to drop
off, and the mass drops off to, even though the atomic structure is intact;
and it’s still there – it’s still uranium, but it’s not as heavy.
One of the things Einstein said, was that you could never accelerate
anything up to and past the speed of light. If you did, you would have to
have all the energy in the universe, because as you accelerate through
space, mass increases. One of the old films showing this concept shows a
train going faster and faster towards the speed of light, but the train
keeps getting bigger and bigger until the engine just can’t pull it, so it
can never pass the speed of light.
But, what if you have a system, a device, that absorbs that zero-point
energy and prevents it from interacting with the atomic structure of the
vehicle? And, at the same time, it’s providing additional power to the
capacitor section – this whole electrical system that is going on in the
vehicle, that’s running. In effect, the faster you go, the easier it becomes
to go up to and exceed the speed of light.
Brad said that in this exhibit at Norton Air Force Base, a three star
general said that these vehicles were capable of doing light speed or
better. Oh, by the way, the largest of these vehicles was about 120 to 130
feet in diameter. I mean, that’s massive when you think about it – it’s just
huge.
There is a scientist in Utah by the name of Moray B. King – he
wrote a book called Tapping the Zero Point Energy.
What he maintains is that this energy is embedded in space-time all around
us; it’s in everything we see. I think it was James Clerk Maxwell who
speculated that there’s enough of this flux, this electrical charge, in the
nothingness of space, that if you could capture all the energy that was
embedded in just a cubic yard of space, you’d have enough energy to boil the
oceans of the entire world. That’s how much energy is sitting there waiting
to be tapped. Now, one of the things that Moray B. King said, was that the
best way to tap that energy is by driving it out of equilibrium. It’s just
like a box of cigarette smoke in a box, but if you somehow send a shockwave
through it, you can get force – you can get ripples through it. Then, if you
have a way of collecting that energy at the other end, you have a way of
tapping into it and using it.
This Alien Reproduction Vehicle, this Flux Liner, has a way of doing
that somehow, electronically. Now, Brad had described the fact that this
central column has a kind of vacuum chamber in it. The vacuum chamber is one
of the things that all of these scientists describe in these over-unity or
free energy devices they build. They all have some kind of vacuum tubes,
vacuum technology.
Brad maintained that inside this big vacuum chamber in the central column
that’s inside everything else – inside the flywheel, inside the secondary
coils of the Tesla coil, inside the crew compartment – there is mercury
vapor. Mercury vapor will conduct electricity, but it produces all kinds of
ionic effects. These little molecules of mercury become charged in unusual
ways, and if you fire a tremendous amount of electricity through mercury
vapory that’s in a partial vacuum, there is something special, something
unusual that happens in that process. I believe it’s the process that Morey
[King] came to describe when he [proposed] driving the energy in the vacuum
out of equilibrium, putting some kind of a shockwave through it.
Now, the other thing that I believe happens here, is that as this system
begins to tap into this zero-point energy and is drawing it away from the
local environment, the whole craft becomes lighter in weight – it becomes
partially mass-cancelled, if you will, which is one of the reasons why just
a little bit of energy in the capacitors could shoot it all over the place.
One of the things that I believe happens, is when you take a system like
this and you fire it up, everything in the system starts to become mass-canceled.
The next thing that happens is that the electrons that are flowing through
the system also become mass-canceled. What does that mean? It means as that
system and all the electrons flowing through that big Tesla coil become
mass-canceled, it also becomes the perfect super-conductor, which means the
efficiency of the systems goes right through the ceiling. You get dramatic
efficiency, just like the whole thing was dunked into liquid nitrogen or
made out of pure silver or pure gold, which at certain temperatures are
perfect conductors – it becomes lighter and can accelerate at incredible
speeds…”

“… 10-15 years ago, I was talking to Tom Bearden about scalar effects. One
of the things that he said, just off the top of his head, was,
‘Have you ever wondered why the NASA budget has been cut back so severely?
It’s because they’ve got all this other technology that is so much better,
so much faster. They are so much better than rocket-propelled spaceships
that take months, sometimes years, to get to the outer reaches of the solar
system. Why would you put millions and millions of dollars [into] what
[amounts] to a public works program for scientists? Why invest all that
money when you have this classified system that’s used exclusively by the
National Security Agency, the CIA, or Air Force Intelligence? It will go
anywhere in the solar system in hours, compared to months or years. Why
spend all that money on NASA when you’ve got something that will go there
right now?’
When people speculate that there [might] be manned bases on the back side of
the moon or there might be bases on Mars, I can tell you that I’m almost
positive that that’s true. In fact, I’m positive that it’s true…”
”… Anyway, the only other thing that I could say, is that when I was talking
about the fiber optic control system, that’s also one of the things that
goes back to the original Roswell acount that there were all these little
fibers with light going through them, and they couldn’t explain what this
stuff was. Well, why would you need a fiber optic system in your spaceship?
If, suddenly, everything in the vehicle becomes mass-canceled, and even the
electrons becomes mass-canceled, it means that all of the telemetry that’s
going through your system is going to go haywire. It’s going to be like,
suddenly, the system goes through a phase change, and everything is
super-conducting. So, you have to have some way of maintaining the same
level of control for your spark gaps – the control of the amount of
electricity that goes out of the capacitors – so that when you change the
control stick, you still get the same amount of movement and deflection in
the system, even when you go into a state of mass-cancellation or partial
mass-cancellation, because the electrons are also mass-cancelled, so they
become super-conducting circuits.
Why use fiber optics? Because photons have no mass, so they are unaffected.
That means any information, any telemetry that you send back and forth to
your computer gets there. It doesn’t matter if the computer functions at the
super-conducting level, because it just makes it faster, more efficient,
smarter. You want to be able to control the aircraft so it doesn’t crash,
and what’s the best way to do it? With fiber optics.” [s. 497-509]

WASHINGTON D.C. -- Mark McCandlish gave his Disclosure
Project Press Conference testimony at the National Press Club reveals data
on the alien reproduction vehicles or ARVs.
Mark is an accomplished aerospace illustrator and has
worked for many of the top aerospace corporations in the United States. His
colleague, Brad Sorenson, with whom he studied, has been inside a facility
at Norton Air Force Base, where he witnessed alien reproduction vehicles
that were fully operational and hovering. In his testimony, you will learn
that the US not only has operational antigravity propulsion devices, but we
have had them for many, many years, and they have been developed through the
study, in part, of extraterrestrial vehicles over the past fifty years. In
addition, we have the drawing from aerospace inventor Brad Sorenson of the
devices that he saw, as well as a schematic of one of these alien
reproduction vehicles in some remarkable detail.
Well, it all started coming together when I was working at IntroVision,
and John Eppolito talked about this interview that he had done with a person
who had, for some reason, wound up walking up to, or near a hangar at a
section of a military Air Force base. [He] had seen a flying saucer in a
hangar, and then he was arrested hauled off, blindfolded, and
debriefed.
Brad Sorensen went to an air show at Norton Air Force Base on November
12, 1988, which used to be an active Air Force base right on the eastern
fringe of San Bernardino in California. Brad a millionaire in his own right
and was taken to huge hangar by a high ranking official and shown the
Lockheed Pulsar, nicknamed the Aurora that be just about anywhere in the
world 30 minutes after launch, with the capability of 121 nuclear warheads.
Behind a big black curtain were three flying saucers floating; hovering
above the floor. The small saucer was about 24 feet in diameter. The next
biggest one was 60 feet in diameter at the base and one twice its size.
They were Alien Reproduction Vehicles hovering in the hangar with no sound.
A videotape showed the smallest of the three vehicles making three little
quick, hopping motions; then [it] accelerated straight up and out of sight,
completely disappearing from view in just a couple of seconds no sound,
no sonic boom nothing. They had a cut-away illustration, shown above
see oxygen tanks and a little robotic arm that could extend out from the
side of the vehicle for collecting samples out in space.

It had no moving parts and didnt have any exhaust gases or fuel to be
expended it was just there hovering not making any noise. He could see
one of these big oxygen tanks inside about 16 to 18 inches in diameter,
about 6 feet long, and they were all radially-oriented, like the spokes of a
wheel. This dome that was visible on the top was actually the upper half of
a big sphere-shaped crew compartment that was in the middle of the vehicle,
and around the middle of this vehicle was actually a large plastic casting
that had this big set of copper coils in it. He said it was about 18 inches
wide at the top, and about 8 to 9 inches thick. It had maybe 15 to 20
stacked layers of copper coils inside of it.
The bottom of the vehicle was about 11 or 12 inches thick. In both cases,
the coil and this large disc at the bottom were like a big plastic casting
sort of a greenish-blue, clear plastic, or it might have been glass. I
determined, using my conceptual artist skills, that there were exactly 48

So, here we are back to the plate capacitors again, and the prospect of

On the inside of the crew compartment was a big column that ran down
through the middle, and there were four ejection seats mounted back-to-back
on the upper half of this column. Then, right in the middle of the column,
was a large flywheel of some kind apparently making an antigravity
propulsion system.
It has a synthetic vision system so the pilot has a perfect 3-D view of
the outside, but no windows. It operates with a huge Tesla coil, which is
kind of like an open-air transformer. What happens is that when you pass
electricity through this large diameter coil, it creates a field. You
basically use that to somehow put current through these windings. Then, you
step up that electricity through the secondary coil, which is on the column

Conceptual artist and researcher Mark McCandlish sent us several
illustrations to accompany his appearance on the 8/29/15 show.

linked fiber-optically. To control gravity, you reduce the mass of it.
They seem to have found a way of tapping into zero-point energy, or what
keeps the electrons going around the atomic structure of everything in our
universe. It keeps them energized � it keeps those little electrons
spinning in their different clouds around the nucleus of every atom in our
world. Well, if you have a way of interfering with that interaction, that

Every atom in the universe is just like a little gyroscope: its got all
these electrons spinning around the nucleus, and they have a gyroscopic
effect, which is the effect we call inertia and mass. We have one nucleus
with a proton and a neutron and one electron hydrogen spinning
around like that: not very much mass, not too much inertia. But, if you
have a way of interfering with that absorption of zero-point energy so those
electrons become de-energized, they begin to slow down. The effect of that
inertia, that gyroscopic effect, begins to drop off, and the mass drops off
too, even though the atomic structure is intact; and its still there, but
its not as heavy. But, what if you have a system, a device that absorbs that
zero - point energy and prevents it from interacting with the atomic
structure of the vehicle? And at the same time, its providing additional
power to the capacitor section this whole electrical system that is
going on in the vehicle, thats running. In effect, the faster you go, the
easier it becomes to go up to and exceed the speed of light.
Brad said that in this exhibit at Norton Air Force Base, a three star
general said that these vehicles were capable of doing light speed or better.
The largest of these vehicles was about 125 feet in diameter.
Scientist Moray B. King maintains that this energy is embedded in space-time
all around us; theres enough of this electrical charge, that if you could
capture all the energy that was embedded in just a cubic yard of space, youd
have enough energy to boil the oceans of the entire world. Moray B. King
said, The best way to tap that energy is by driving it out of equilibrium,
send a shockwave through it, you can get force you can get ripples
through it. Then, if you have a way of collecting that energy at the other
end, you have a way of tapping into it and using it.
This Alien Reproduction Vehicle has a way of doing that somehow,
electronically. The central column has a vacuum chamber with mercury vapor
in it that conducts electricity, but produces all kinds of ionic effects.
These little molecules of mercury become charged in unusual ways, and if you
fire a tremendous amount of electricity through mercury vapor there is
something unusual that happens in that process.
I believe its driving the energy in the vacuum out of equilibrium,
putting some kind of a shockwave through it providing partially mass-canceled
lift to the craft.
A little bit of energy in the capacitors can shoot it all over the place. It
means as that system and all the electrons flowing through that big Tesla
coil become mass-canceled, it also becomes the perfect super-conductor,
which means the efficiency of the systems goes right through the ceiling. It
becomes lighter and can accelerate at incredible speeds. The faster it goes,
the lighter it gets, and the faster its able to go.
Documentary to feature claims of back-engineered
UFO technology

A new documentary is in the works about the discoveries of aerospace
illustrator, Mark McCandlish. He says information has been shared with him
about an Alien Reproduction Vehicle built by the military using technology
that has been back engineered from alien technology. McCandlish says
that in 1988 he and a friend were planning on attending an air show at
Norton Air Force Base. McCandlish ended up having to cancel due to a last
minute illustration needed by Popular Mechanics. However, his
friend went and through a well connected acquaintance, was able to gain
entrance to a secured area of the base with a special display for
politicians and military personnel with high level security clearances.
His friend told him that in this display were three flying saucers
floating above the ground. They made no sound. One of them had the side
panels removed so that you could see inside. There was also a monitor
showing a video of these craft being test-flown. They made “hopping”
maneuvers, and then could shoot straight up at incredible speeds. All
while making no sound.

The craft were referred to as Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs), and
also had the nickname, the “Flux Liner.” McCandlish says he believes these
are part of a secret program that has been around for decades.
Using his friend’s description, McCandlish sketched the vehicle. He has
since done research on how he believes the technology works. He says they
use zero-point energy, a concept originally theorized by Albert Einstein.
The feature length documentary on McCandlish’s research is titled
Zero-Point: The Story of Mark McCandlish and the Flux Liner. It is
being made by James Allen, a filmmaker, photographer and 3D designer from
Savannah, Georgia.
He recently told
Savannah Now, “I found it amazing that Mark has never had
another project of this scope done about him. His personal story and the
topics around it have never been given this sort of attention.”
Allen says the film is nearly complete, but he does need some help with
funding to finish it off. He is planning on launching a Kickstarter
campaign, but first he is holding a local screening to get viewer feedback.
He wants to get input on what changes to make before going into his final
edit.

Mark McCandlish shared his story of working as an
illustrator of classified projects for the military-industrial complex. He
recounted a tale of intrigue, secrets, and technology, along with detailed
information on the physics and technological mechanisms of an Alien
Reproduction Vehicle (ARV) with an anti-gravity propulsion system called the
"Flux Liner." The story is detailed in a new documentary, ZERO-POINT,
directed by late filmmaker James Allen, who McCandlish disclosed died of
heavy metal and radioisotope poisoning before finishing his film. The
technology revealed in the documentary is real and would revolutionize the
transportation and petrochemical industries, as well as make nuclear power
obsolete, he suggested.
"You're creating a high voltage electrical discharge that fires through a
mercury-filled chamber, and when that discharge occurs it creates a
phenomenon that sort of opens up a doorway that allows you to tap into this
ambient [zero-point] energy that's in the space-tim all around us," he
explained about the workings of the ARV. According to McCandlish, the United
States may no longer be in possession of this technology. McCandlish also
recalled his 1966 UFO sighting over Westover Air Reserve Base. "I didn't
believe at that time that what I saw was from Earth, but in retrospect... it
may well have been," he said.

So, a Faraday disc with a plasma core driving a Tesla coil and then
gravitator plates in the base? Farnsworth keeps popping into my mind.
Wouldn't it be something if the central shaft is a modified form of a fusor?
I have said this before...I don't see "alien" technology at work here at all.
I think the term Alien Reproduction Vehicle is a misnomer.
One difference between the flux liner and Podkletnov's gravity impulse
generator is that the ARV would have continuous energy input as opposed to
using a marx generator to provide a pulse. Maybe a similarity would be
that if you put podkletnov's emmiter from his device in the base of the
craft, you would have a "push" drive that could propell you at 64c but you
would need a continuous high voltage input like the flux liner, so maybe the
flux liner and the gravity impulse generator have some commonalities.

What's
up with the reverse-engineering of UFOs at, 'the ranch?'
Much
of the above makes no sense from the standpoint of good physics, but
it's clear that the
Biefeld-Brown effect only works in a
conductive medium like our own atmosphere. It doesn't work in the
vacuum of space and therefore, is not an anti-gravity effect like
Vacuum Dark Energy which exhibits a "negative
pressure" (repulsive force) throughout inter-galactic space (see
footnotes 1 and 2 for additional information).
The
Cash-Landrum Case was reported by
sources to be one of our reverse-engineered craft (diamond shaped)
based on alien technology (anti-gravity) that ran into trouble while
on a test mission over Texas (near the Gulf) in December 1980. Many of
the readers are very familiar with what happened in that case. However,
even this craft had engineering problems and we had to start all over

Doty. Agent Doty was our counterintelligence agent. He would
conduct operations to prevent the disclosure of our project. A
very nifty guy. Very knowledgeable of the subject of UFOs. He was
briefed into the program sometime in 1980.
The entire program was classified above Top Secret. A
classification of COSMIC-MAJIC. The program was called, Majastic-12.
We operated under the control of this group.
I wish I could go public, I could embarrass the Government. I can
prove to the world, that the UFO Subject is real.

The last location of Agent Doty was in Albuquerque, NM. He was

Tom Mack worked at
the Groom Lake. I knew him then and attended his funeral. Tom was
a wonderful person. I don't know exactly his job at the DPA but I
knew he was in the Air Force.
Cameras were not
authorized within the base. However, many carried them and took
pictures, against the authorization of the security officials.
Since I was in charge of the internal security, it always upset me
to see any pictures coming from the area. But I did not have
enough internal security officials to police that. As long as the
cameras were not in the extremely sensitive areas, then we turned
our heads.
But someone missed
who was actually carrying the camera. It was not Tom but Paul
McGovern.
That white building
was there in the 50s. I don't recall exactly when it was torn down

Podkletnov's gravity shielding experiments
Someone in the laboratory was smoking a pipe, and the pipe smoke rose
in a column above the superconducting disc. So we placed a ball-shaped
magnet above the disc, attached to a balance. The balance behaved
strangely. We substituted a nonmagnetic material, silicon, and still
the balance was very strange. We found that any object above the disc
lost some of its weight, and we found that if we rotated the disc, the
effect was increased.
In relation to
super conductors see, Tajmar Experiment at IASA/HSC,
Experiment to investigate anomalous frame-dragging by
rotating superconductors at,

anomalous results at 4,105 RPMs while Podkletnov's super conductors
rotated at ~ 8000 RPMs.
[ Spinning a magnet within/near an electric coil will experience forces
depending on the configuration of the coil/magnet and the electrical
parameters - with forces of flux always acting perpendicular to the
surface area of the magnet and the number of electric field lines
crossing the surface (again, dependent upon the electrical power)...that
there are such forces is nothing new to modern physics? We use these
principles every day in electrical engineering - it's how most of your
motorized electrical devices operate.
I'm afraid you have misunderstood what I am saying. To get a propulsive
effect up the EHT guys were talking about spinning an ordinary disc made of
say carbon-fiber above an electromagnetic coil. Not spinning an
electromagnet over an electromagnet or a permanent magnet over an electric
coil (electromagnet).
What are "gravitational force gravitophotons" again?
The EHT guys can explain this a lot better than I can, I doubt I can fully
explain it to you in adequate detail without copying and pasting large
amounts of text onto this page. To keep it short photons are recognized in
modern quantum physics as the carriers of magnetic forces, in EHT, these (photons)
can be transformed into a neutral gravitophoton which decays into a
gravitational force gravitophoton and expansion force gravitophoton under
certain specific conditions (ex. spinning a carbon-fiber disc with an outer
surface speed of 250 meters/sec above an electromagnet of about 20 tesla).
Does the "EHT" team understand that electrons don't collect on a
capacitor, but upon one plate of a capacitor depending how the capacitor
is charged?
I already stated the EHT team was not concerned with capacitors or electrons
or the expansion force gravitophotons. You will have to excuse my poorly
worded explanation. I know a capacitor works by pushing electrons off of one
plate while electrons are added to the other plate. I was basing the
importance of capacitors below the magnet on the ARV's description, the
Hollingshead device's description, that theoretically EHT's expansion force
gravitophotons will interact with electrons, and the alcubierre warp drive's
need for contraction/positive energy density at the front of the craft and
expansion/negative energy density at the back of the craft. Looking at the
supposed ARV and Hollingshead device as well as EHT and the alcubierre drive,
I figured maybe the difference in charge in a capacitor makes it easier for
the negative energy density expansion force gravitophotons to collide with
the electrons on the negative capacitor plate. This was an idea, hypothesis,
I came up with not the EHT people so if it is wrong don't blame them, blame
me.

gobblygook.
One needs to read about Extended Heim Theory from the source, the alcubierre
warp drive from the source. I have spent months reading these theories, I
can understand how they might seem like gobblygook, it is not. Negative
energy density matter (something we do not yet have hard proof exists) is
needed for example in the alcubierre warp drive concept. One would not know
that without reading up on that idea. When I mentioned spacetime for example
I was talking about it in the Einsteinian planets make dents in spacetime
which we feel as gravity sense.
Little do people know that they are simply conducting grammar-school
science experiments involving electromagnetic and inductive forces...modern
physics not only explains all of this but we put it into practice every
day in electrical engineering.
I beg to differ, no one has done these experiments and published the results.
If you truly want to understand these hypotheses like EHT or the alcubierre
warp drive you have to read them at their source. We can BS on a forum all
day long but you would be far better off reading and studying the source
materials than reading my interpretation of them. If you want to truly prove
them false or true you have to conduct the experiments.
Perhaps bringing this up on this forum was a bad idea and theparacast forums
or somewhere else would have been better. Afterall this forum is dedicated
to exposing hoaxers and fraudsters, not on uncovering something new and
unknown. Uncovering reality requires an open mind, one that doesn't
immediately shout pseudo-science at anything not currently accepted by the
mainstream scientific community, it requires a willingness to spend long
hours reading and long hours experimenting. ]
Technologies
Dr Greer later on referred to multiple technologies that have been
reverse engineered from UFOs starting from Antigravity systems and
transdimensional physics. The breakthroughs that took place with cloning
happened many years earlier than Dolly, due to alien knowledge.

He referred to multiple military and civilian installations that are
taking advantage of this technology including Monsanto, Philips, Lockheed
Martin, Macdonald Douglas etc.
Extensive EMP weapons have been developed and also sent to Space for
defence against Aliens, and some of the UFO crashes are because of the use
of EMP weapons.
On the same path Dr Thomas Valone referred to antigravity technologies
that he has been working on, as well as prototypes that have been built
through private investors.
Later on Dr Roger Leir testified on his experience with abductees where
he has found in multiple cases implants in them that go beyond anything that
we know – implants that haven’t left any scars, no reaction or rejection
from the body, no inflammatory reaction and emitting electromagnetic energy
for unknown reasons. According to Dr Leir, they are based on advanced
nanotechnology which is not available today. His results have been verified
by multiple laboratories.
Former Minister of Defence of Canada
One of the most important testimonies came from the former Minister of
Defence of Canada, Paul Hellyer. Hellyer stated that a number of
extraterrestrial species are known about and are present on Earth. He
claimed that at least two species have been cooperating with the USA and
there are seven other species.
Hellyer openly accused the USA for the current climate of secrecy
including the three elies – Council for Foreign Relations, Bilderberg, and
the Trilateral Committee, as well as the International Banking Cartel, the
Oil Cartel and members of Intelligence Organizations and the Army. All of
them have become like a shadow Government of the world who are not
accountable to anyone.
What Disclosure would mean
Richard Dolan presented his thoughts on what a disclosure on UFOs would
mean and how this would affect the whole world. If the US President were to
make such an announcement it would threaten the entire corrupted economical
system that gives all the wealth to a very few around the world.
What would happen if the technology that those UFOs have given to us was
available to everyone? Free green energy for everyone, propulsion systems
that would allow us to travel to other solar systems, antigravity technology,
medical technology?
Conclusion
We are currently going through the greatest transformation in humanity.
Something needs to be done. The moment of disclosure will trigger an
intellectual revolution and a complete transformation of our planet, Richard
Dolan said. It is true that we will have to face many issues - economical,
political, geopolitical changes and many other things. But it is necessary
to evolve.
Some people will need to take the risk and face ridicule and go ahead and
speak. And this will gradually spread so that disclosure will be forced.
They are not going to do it on their own. They are profiting from it, they
are powerful and they love to control humanity.
All of us need to cross this threshold together but we need to act.
Internet has helped a lot and has given a platform for something like this
to become feasible.

the good of the humanity, for a change that will alter the world as we know
