Planet SERPOn July 16, 1965, a massive alien spacecraft from the Zeta Reticuli star system landed at the Nevada test site north of Las Vegas. Following a plan set in motion by President Kennedy in 1962, the alien visitors known as the Ebens welcomed 12 astronaut-trained military personnel aboard their craft for the 10-month journey to their home planet, Serpo, 39 light-years away. In November 2005, former and current members of the Defense Intelligence Agency–directed by Kennedy to organize the Serpo exchange program–came forward to reveal the operation, including details from the 3,000-page debriefing of the 7 members of the Serpo team who returned after 13 years on the planet. 
 

 

“First let me introduce myself. I am a retired employee of the U.S. government. I won’t go into any great details about my past, but I was involved in a special program.”

This was the opening statement sent by an anonymous source in November, 2005, to a UFO email discussion group, coordinated by former U.S. government employee Victor Martinez. The emails revealed the existence of Project Serpo, an alleged exchange program between the U.S. government and extraterrestrials from Serpo, a planet in the Zeta Reticuli star system.

The origins of the program supposedly started after two UFOs crashed in Roswell and Corona, NM in 1947. The one surviving extraterrestrial recovered from the Corona crash supposedly assisted the U.S. military in establishing contact with the Ebens, his fellow beings on Serpo. This communication eventually led to a 1965 exchange program, where 12 specially trained U.S. military personnel went to Serpo aboard one of the Eben’s spacecraft as part of a 12-year mission to learn more about Serpo’s geology and biology, as well as learning more about the Ebens.

During the mission, it was learned that Serpo is approximately 37 light years away from Earth, has two suns, is slightly smaller than Earth, and has a similar atmosphere. However, the radiation levels on Serpo were higher than on Earth, so the team had to keep their bodies covered at all times. The Ebens had leaders but no real form of government and they lived in small communities with one large city which acted as the central point of the civilization. The total population on the planet was around 650,000.

The 12-man team remained on Serpo until 1978, when seven men and one woman returned to Earth. Two team members died on Serpo while two others decided to remain behind. Upon returning to Earth, the team was isolated until 1984 for debriefing. Of the eight who returned, all have since passed away of illnesses caused by the excess radiation from Serpo’s dual suns. Nothing is known about the four who remained behind on Serpo.

These reports originated from a highly placed anonymous source that reportedly had access to audio tapes of the debriefing of the returning Project Serpo crew (the written form comprises the 3,000-page Project Serpo report, of which portions can be read here).

It is a good story, a tale that seems to have a ring of truth to it, and one that has been circulating among UFO researchers for more than 20 years. But knowing what we do about past UFO hoaxes, can we accept Project Serpo at face value?
 

An Old Story Made New

Author and filmmaker Linda Moulton-Howe was first told about an Earth/alien exchange program in 1983, when doing research for UFOs: The ET Factor, a documentary for HBO. At the time, she was approached by Air Force Sergeant Richard C. Doty who said that he had been given approval to allow her to air secret Air Force information and video footage in her documentary.

Some of this information he said involved an alleged exchange program of humans who left Holloman Air Force Base in 1964, for Zeta Reticuli. Howe was told that three humans went but one died on the alien planet; one went insane (but there was no information on his fate); and one returned to Earth and was then living in a U.S. government safe house on an undisclosed island.

Doty promised to supply Howe with material that would confirm the existence of an extraterrestrial race, including official government and military documents, film, and photographs. However, he continued to string Howe along until he finally told her that his superiors had decided against releasing any further information. Without Doty’s evidence, HBO gave up on the documentary in 1984.

Since that time, Doty’s name has surfaced in connection with other alleged UFO/government secrets, such as the MJ-12 papers, so it is no surprise to find out that Doty (now a civilian) is also connected with the release of the Project Serpo story. And this fact alone makes the story suspect.

Other UFO researchers over the years have also been told similar stories about a secret exchange program between the U.S. and an alien race, but the recent Serpo revelations contain more information than has been released to date. As to why earlier stories vary considerably on details (such as the number of team members sent to Serpo), it has been suggested that information has been deliberately leaked out in bits and pieces by those on the inside who feel that such secrets should not be kept from the public, and that errors were intentionally inserted in order to disguise the identities of the whistleblowers.

There has been talk of the eventual release of photographs taken on Serpo by the exchange team, but so far, nothing has emerged to lend credence to this baffling story. Until the time when actual, physical evidence about Project Serpo is released, this story unfortunately has to be treated as just another unverifiable UFO tale, albeit an intriguing one.

The Zeta Reticuli Exchange Program

In recent weeks, information has surfaced on the Web about an alleged U.S. Government military project called “Project SERPO.”

We’ve all heard about reports of unusual and unconventional secret government projects. Some of them seem so far out that you wonder if they are real or an “urban legend” floating around.

Yet, many of us understand that people within our government and our military sometimes face unusual and strange phenomena in the course of their duties.

According to a mysterious source’s comments on a recently-developed Web site, Project SERPO was an effort developed between the late 1940s and the mid-1960s. It was a joint project between the U.S. Government and a race of friendly beings from a planet in the Zeta Reticuli star system. The source claims that diplomatic relations were established between the U.S. Government and these beings after their spacecraft crashed in New Mexico in 1947.

Aw, give me a break, you may say. What have these people been smoking – medical cannabis or something?

We’ve heard and read about unconventional government projects before such as “remote viewing” intelligence-gathering methods, time-travel physics research, psychological studies on “magic mushrooms,” unusual non-lethal weapons and similar efforts. But relations with visitors from another planet?

That’s not all. Information on SERPO describes a project that selected and trained a joint-service U.S. military team to board a spacecraft of these visitors and go to their home planet for a planned ten-year stay. And, that in the mid-60s, this was successfully accomplished. Most of the team members returned and were debriefed.

Remember the movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind?” Remember when the government teams set up a landing zone for the “visitors” and how Army Special Forces personnel assisted with covert logistics? Remember how 12 people in red jumpsuits were transported to the LZ for boarding? The entries on serpo.org allege that this is based on fact.

In addition, the information posted there and elsewhere indicates that the government has been struggling since the 1940s to figure out how to break this kind of information to the general public without creating anxiety and negative disruption. According to the information, various efforts have been underway over the decades to gradually prepare us for this reality.

Well, do you buy it? It would make a good novel or movie, that’s for sure. Is it possibly true or is it just someone’s imagination and a bunch of warmed-over stories from movies, writings and UFO lore?

• If there was some truth to it, how would Americans and the rest of humankind react?

• Would we have open minds and hearts toward friendly visitors?

• Would we be afraid?

• Would we feel intimidated if they had more advanced technology and knowledge?

• Would we hate them because they look different and have different beliefs?

Undoubtedly, it would add more complexity to our view of things. Not only do we have trouble getting along with other countries and other people who are different, now we would really need to be tolerant and open-minded. And, are there other kinds of "visitors" who are not quite so friendly, or even dangerous in some way?

This could explain why our government officials might have thought it wise to keep information like this from the general public.

According to information on the serpo.org site, there are responsible people in and out of government who may now believe that the time is right for more gradual disclosure of information about this situation. These people, people with compassion and vision, could feel that we might now be ready to obtain some understanding of the situation and react responsibly and with intelligence.

Of course, it could all be bunk. There may be no truth to it at all. Probably not. Right?

Interview with Dr Craig McPherson, scientist and former employee of Area 51

Dr McPherson worked at Area 51 from May 1956 until September 1988. This interview was made by Linda Howe during a meeting at the Las Vegas Hilton on April 8, 1995. Under a written agreement between Linda Howe and Dr McPherson, the contents of the interview could NOT be made public. A U.S. government source recorded the interview. What follows is a summary of the information given by Dr McPherson.

NOTE: A background check of Dr Craig H McPherson was conducted. Dr McPherson obtained a security clearance based on an “Expanded Background Investigation” in August of 1956. The clearance was upgraded at various intervals until his retirement. Dr McPherson was a Federal Civil Service employee from May 23, 1956 until October 1, 1988.

Dr McPherson retired at the Federal Civil Service grade of GS-16. Dr McPherson was born on April 8, 1920 in Scranton, PA. Dr McPherson served in the U.S. Army Infantry in Europe from June 1944 until October 1946. Dr McPherson obtained the military rank of Sergeant at the time of his discharge. Dr McPherson attended Penn State University, the University of Pennsylvania and MIT.

I served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946. After discharge, I attended college and eventually obtained a PhD in physics. I worked for private industry from 1955 to 1956. In May 1956, I was hired by the U.S. Air Force as an Applied Physics Specialist.

My first assignment was at the Nellis AFB, NV, test facility. I worked at Indian Springs AFB, NV, for the first seven months. My work pertained to the examination of Foreign Technology. The foreign technology consisted of Soviet and Chinese equipment. Most of the equipment was obtained from a friendly government. The equipment consisted of tanks, electronics equipment, weapon systems and other related items.

During this time frame, the Air Force built an underground facility at Groom Lake. The construction started in 1955 and ended sometime during the summer of 1959. I worked in the Foreign Technology Applications Studies Division (FTASD). We had three (3) different facilities, two of them at Groom Lake and one at Indian Springs. We later obtained a facility at Tonopah.

Once the underground facility was ready, we moved in. This was sometime in early 1960. The facility was one of the biggest underground facilities ever built. We must have had over a billion square feet of space. In later years, the underground facility, code named “Deep Space,” was expanded to include three (3) different levels.

I was involved in the research and development of the SR-71. We had several different aircraft on the drawing board. The FTASD had more than 65 scientists, technicians and military personnel assigned. Most of our work was very unique. We would obtain some information from the Foreign Technology Acquisition Group (FTAG).

This group obtained information from foreign governments or from intelligence agencies. Along with the studies of the foreign equipment that we had available at the facility, we could apply advanced scientific principles to further our own technology. We made terrific advancements during this time frame.

During this time period, I NEVER saw a UFO or anything resembling a UFO at the Groom Lake Test Facility. I did NOT see any ETs nor did I ever hear anyone mention that our government was reverse engineering an ET device.

In the summer of 1969, I was transferred from the FTASD to the Advance Studies Group (ASG). The ASG was a very secret group located in the second level of Area 51, Complex III. When I first entered the facility, I had to obtain an additional security clearance. During my in-briefing of the ASG, I was informed that our group was working on advanced research principles involving NONconventional flying devices.

I saw my first nonconventional device within a few days of being assigned to the ASG. The flying device was code named “Atlas-Tank” (AT). It was A FLYING SAUCER. I worked on specific physics problems associated with this unique design. We had manufactured the AT over a period of eight (8) years.

I was brought into the program during the latter part of the ground testing. We solved most of the unique problems, but we still could not get the AT to fly. Several different propulsion systems were used, but none of them worked. Sometime in 1973, I was given another security clearance. I was moved to another facility within Complex III. This was a new facility. I was assigned to the ASG-Alpha.

Once in the facility, I was given access to another “flying saucer.” This appeared to be the same shape as the AT. However, it was code named “Blue Chariot.” Although I did not have access to the interior of the BC, I did observe the outer area of the flying craft. At no time was I told that either of these flying machines were ET related. I worked in the Alpha branch for several months before moving back to ASG.

In 1973, a terrible accident occurred at the Complex III facility. The propulsion system on the BC was activated and an explosion occurred killing six (6) technicians. Actually, it was NOT an explosion. A bolt or plasma ball came out of the propulsion system and struck the technicians, VAPORIZING THEM. The BC was then taken to another facility, which was located in a very remote area of Area 51. This area was adjacent to the old above ground nuclear testing land.

Scientists learned how the propulsion system worked. They could activate the system, which would generate an enormous amount of energy. The energy could be formed into “balls of plasma” or a steady stream of energy. The system could generate energy equivalent to a nuclear explosion from a range of 0.1 kT up to 350 kT.

The strange thing about this energy system was the lack of radiation. The system could generate this enormous amount of power, but it would NOT leave any residual radiation. This puzzled scientists. When I retired in 1988, NO ONE could understand the system. They could activate it, but could NOT understand how it worked.

At no time was I ever told that the new propulsion system was given to us by ETs. Nor was I ever told that ETs provided us with any technology. We assumed the new propulsion system was developed by the Soviets. Although no one told us that the new propulsion system and the BC were ET related, we figured they that were.

We had our own private discussions about the technology. I could give you the technical details of the propulsion system, but that is still HIGHLY CLASSIFIED. I can say the system operates on some unknown principles. We tried, quite unsuccessfully, to apply our knowledge of physics, quantum theory and other principles to this new system.

In OUR science, there are two (2) basic types of bonds by which atoms form molecules - ionic and covalent bonds. An atom is normally electrically neutral. It has the same number of positively charged protons in its nucleus as it has negatively charged electrons in captive orbits.

In THIS system things are different. There is an UNKNOWN METHOD by which the atoms are changed. Instead of ionic or covalent bonds, this new system creates a THIRD TYPE of bonding principle. This new type of bonding causes atoms to take on a different form. Atoms go from a normal state—and when I say “normal,” I mean normal in OUR science—to a “multiplexed” form. In other words, the atoms are doubled or “piggy-backed” onto each other.

The atoms are somewhat mutated, but maintain their original shape. I KNOW THIS IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. That is why we still DON’T understand it. I’ll give you a simple example.

If you can recall basic chemistry, you will remember that a hydrogen atom consists of a single proton—the nucleus—with one electron in a captive state. When two hydrogen atoms approach each other, their combined energy becomes lower if they SHARE their electrons. Well, in this new system, a hydrogen atom, subjected to this new system (inside this propulsion system) changes to a NEW principle.

First, when two hydrogen atoms approach each other, their combined energy level becomes MULTIPLIED through this strange bonding principle. So, instead of having a lower energy level, the energy is MULTIPLIED by the number of atoms of hydrogen that is bonded. If we used the QUANTUM IDEA to understand this, we would conclude that quantum principles do NOT work in this new system.

Normally, in our system, positively-charged ions attract and bond to negatively-charged ions to form molecules. This is NOT the case in this new system. It makes NO difference whether the ions are positive or negative as they bond together regardless of valence. We do know that inside this propulsion system, something causes these strange unnatural phenomena to occur.

Two plates of metal sit inside a chamber. This chamber is a vacuum. The chamber is a PERFECT VACUUM, that is, there is no outside air or other gases inside this chamber. A tube running from one chamber into another, pushes a gas inside. A third chamber forces still another gas to enter the first chamber. We know that the gases push against these two plates of metal and cause an ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF ENERGY TO BE CREATED.

Lastly, just before the gases are “mixed,” there is a form of light that is focused against the outgoing energy. This light is of a lower frequency. Normally, in our quantum theory, a small frequency means a lower energy. However, is this system, the lower frequency of light was measured to contain an enormous amount of energy exerted upon this outgoing energy. When I left in 1988, we could NOT understand how the gases were mixed nor could we determine HOW the light was generated.

You ask about the metals inside this vacuum container. Quite intriguing. First, the metal strips are located inside Container #1. They are setting perpendicular to each other at exactly 6.54 cm apart. Each metal strip measures 18.45 cm x 9.43 cm. Each metal strip is 3.46 cm wide. The sides of the strips facing each other contain a shiny metal coating. The opposite sides contain a dull coating.

Looking at the metal strips from above, one will notice that another substance is sandwiched between the outer two substances. The materials in each of the metal strips have never been identified. We do know the density of the metal strips and the hardness as measured by the Mohs scale.

The density of the metal strips are 94.5 [9.45?] on the shiny side and 34.2 [3.42?] on the opposite side. I believe the density or specific gravity was measured by the conventional method, in that the value is grams per centimeter cubed. NOT being a metallurgist, I cannot make comments on these values. But what IS interesting is that these two strips of metals are located inside a somewhat round vacuum container. The outer coating of this container is also shiny.

You mention the gases. I am not a chemist. I knew very little about the gases contained in Containers #2 and #3. These gases are two distinct types. One is a gas-liquid type and the other is a solid gas. Don’t ask me to explain these two; I don’t believe that our chemical engineers could do that. I just know that once the device is activated, the two gases mix and create energy by some method.

I DON’T want my name connected to a story about ETs.

• COVALENT BOND: A chemical bond formed when electrons are shared between two atoms. Usually, each atom contributes one electron to form a pair of electrons that are shared by both atoms.

• IONIC BOND: A chemical bond formed between two ions with opposite charges. Ionic bonds form when one atom gives up one or more electrons to another atom. These bonds can form between a pair of atoms or between molecules and are the type of bond found in salts.

• IONIC PROPULSION: Propulsion by the reactive thrust of a high-speed beam of similarly charged ions ejected by an ion engine.

• KILOTON: The explosive force of 1,000 tons of TNT; a unit for measuring the power of thermonuclear weapons.

• MOHS SCALE: Hardness is one of the chief ways used to recognize a mineral. It is a scale used to measure the relative hardness of a mineral by its resistance to scratching. In 1822, Friedrich Mohs [German-Austrian: 1773-1839] created a hardness scale based on assigning numbers to common minerals. The concept is that a harder mineral (one with a higher number) can scratch a softer one.

Other materials may be correlated to this scale. For example, steel used in a pocketknife is about 5.5 and glass is about 6, so glass can scratch steel, but a common pocketknife will NOT scratch glass.

From softest to hardest, the 10 minerals of the Mohs scale are:

• talc = measuring 1 on the hardness scale

• gypsum = 2

• calcite = 3

• fluorite = 4

• apatite = 5

• orthoclase feldspar = 6

• quartz = 7

• topaz = 8

• corundum = 9 (including ruby and sapphire)

• diamond = 10 / A mineral form of carbon that is extremely hard and transparent. It usually occurs as crystals shaped as octahedrons.

Diamonds come from unusual structures similar to volcanoes called pipes; the diamonds are embedded in a mineral called kimberlite. Diamonds form at great depths under high pressure and temperature, then are carried to the surface in a kimberlite pipe. Because diamonds are hard and resist wear, they also survive passage from original locations into gravel deposits in rivers and on beaches.

METALS/MINERALS ADDENDUM:
The Mohs scale is a RELATIVE hardness scale (minerals relative to each other.)
There are several more hardness scales. One scale is known as the ABSOLUTE HARDNESS scale:

• Talc = 1

• Gypsum = 2

• Calcite = 9

• Fluorite = 21

• Apatite = 48

• Orthoclase = 72

• Quartz = 100

• Topaz = 200

• Corundum = 400

• Diamond = 1500

For example, this scale indicates that corundum is twice as hard as topaz, and diamond is almost four times as hard as corundum.

It is unclear whether Dr Craig McPherson was giving hardness numbers on the Absolute scale, such as 94.5, while previously referring to the Mohs scale. Metals (such as a typical knife blade) can be above 50 on the Absolute hardness scale, and hardened steel can be 100 or more.

Among the more exciting threads that have surfaced on UFO email lists over the past couple of months is the story of Project Serpo, which in previous incarnations, is not a new story. Many in the UFO community have heard versions of this tale before. Among the key elements of this particular story are the following:

1. The Roswell crash didn’t take place in Roswell, actually, but in Corona and near Datil, New Mexico.

2. The surviving ET or EBE, according to the MJ-12 briefing documents, was from the Zeta-Reticuli system, the same system that was home to the alien abductors of Betty and Barney Hill.

3. This EBE made contact with its home planet and in the ensuing negotiations between the U.S. government and the EBEs the parties agreed to set up an exchange program under which U.S. military personnel with different professional specialties would be taken to the EBE’s home planet, Serpo, for an extended reconnaissance mission.

4. The basis of this story made its way to Steven Spielberg and was part of the background for his 1977 movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

5. Some members of this mission to Serpo returned to earth. They have since died but have passed their story along to others.

6. Those others, still fearful of releasing classified information, do want to tell the story and are looking for ways to release the information without any criminal sanctions, or worse.

7. There is a Red Book that contains the debriefing information and history of the mission.

8. The journals of some of the mission members are still extant.

9. Photographs of the mission may or may not be released.

10. This story has been above top secret for decades even though some folks in the intelligence inner circle know all about it.

There are many more aspects to this story, each of which is as exciting as the next. However, only those who either read the files and know the files are true and not disinformation or those who actually went on the mission know if this story is true. However, it does make for exciting speculation, regardless of whether it is true or false.

If we give those who are telling the story the benefit of the doubt—and why not—we can claim that we are keeping thoroughly open minds. Unlike the Burisch story, which is aggressive in its exclusivity and virulently antagonistic to all who dare dispute a story of an alleged PhD holder who can’t produce his PhD diploma, the narrators of this story openly seem to encourage questions, criticisms, challenges, and the like.

So, for the time being, we should keep our minds open even though this story is utterly fantastic and raises more questions than it answers. Besides, doing so is just plain fun in a sometimes fun-less world.

One attorney who has been following this story posted his opinion that, because the Serpo report was ostensibly completed in 1980, it might be conceivable that there are aspects of declassification of previously classified material that could corroborate parts of this story.

What if, because there is a group of former high-ranking intelligence officers that have decided to release selective facts of one of the most secret United States military intelligence operations in history, that the National Security Council has decided to go along with the release?

After all, who can really be hurt after 40 years? And what if, rather than having the EBEs themselves show up on the White House lawn, the powers-that-be have all agreed that the story should be allowed to come out on its own?

If so, a disclosure on a quiet UFO email list is probably the best way to let it get out. After all, would you want to be the POTUS who stands up before a news conference to talk about UFOs, ETs, secret missions to a distant planet, and why we kept that secret for so long? On the other hand, what a better way to ensure your legacy than to be the disclosure president? We’ll leave those question for others to answer.

Ufologists will have their own criticisms and comments about the Serpo story. Those who comment will also have their own thoughts and criticisms about other commentators. That, too, is part of the fun of the Serpo story.

My own questions concern the way the story relates to the different presidents under whose tenure the UFO incidents first began. For example, we now have the private ruminations of presidents who never intended their ruminations to become public.

Notwithstanding the infamous Richard Nixon tapes, there exist the Lyndon B. Johnson tapes released to the public by Lady Bird Johnson, the John F. Kennedy tapes, and the Harry S. Truman diary.

The Truman diary entries for the latter half of 1947—and these were very private diaries—make absolutely no mention of anything having to do with UFOs, even though President Truman reveals that he thinks he sees or feels Abraham Lincoln’s ghost making its presence known in the White House.

It seems that Eisenhower has left no private record of anything having to do with a decision to send U.S. military personnel to a distant planet. No one has said that JFK revealed anything about the Serpo mission in his Oval Office tapes.

And, a careful review of the excellent Michael Beschloss book, Taking Charge: The Johnson White House Tapes, 1963–1964 (Simon & Schuster, 1997) , containing the transcripts of LBJ’s Oval Office tapes indicates no commentary about Serpo.

Maybe the Serpo references were redacted by Lady Bird herself. Maybe. But why would the former First Lady take out references to a space mission when she did not take out a piece of incredible evidence inculpating her husband and former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover in a conspiracy to conceal information of a murder conspiracy, specifically the JFK assassination, from the very commission LBJ assembled to investigate the crime?

In one of the released transcripts, Hoover reveals to LBJ that the FBI has discovered that there was another Lee Harvey Oswald. This Lee Harvey Oswald was an CIA plant, not the real Oswald. Thus, there is a CIA conspiracy afoot. LBJ and Hoover agree to keep the secret to themselves and not to tell former CIA Director Dulles that they know. Now it’s a double conspiracy. Yet, astoundingly, this conversation appears in the LBJ tapes. But nothing about Serpo.

We have it on very good authority directly from Jackie Gleason himself that Richard Nixon took him to Holmstead Air Force Base in Florida where The Great One saw ET bodies with his very own eyes. Yet, no mention from Nixon that the U.S. had an ongoing military exploration mission to Serpo. Wouldn’t Nixon, who clearly wanted to satisfy Jackie Gleason’s curiosity, have revealed the truth about this? Maybe he did, and Jackie simply did not tell the person who told it to me.

President Jimmy Carter, despite his subsequent denials over the ensuing years, did seem to know something about our government’s involvement with extraterrestrials. He even asked DCI George H. W. Bush for the inside information, but was promptly turned down. Reagan seemed to know something because he certainly referred to extraterrestrials enough times during his administration and even admitted to following a UFO across the California desert.

And, finally, Anonymous reveals that President Clinton tried to get the Serpo mission re-started but was dissuaded from that by members of his administration. An astounding story, indeed, especially in light of another piece of information from the same person who told me that Jackie Gleason had revealed his Holmstead Air Force Base experience to him personally.

I am told that this person asked Bill Clinton shortly before his inauguration whether he planned to find out what the government knew about UFOs. Reportedly, Clinton told him that “they” would not let him get near it. After his inauguration, did the president finally learn the truth, and was he so astounded that he wanted the mission to continue? Is this something that President Clinton is inclined to talk about?

As do the rest of the members of this UFO mailing list, I await more information about Serpo and even whatever photographs those keepers of the secret can release. Meanwhile, the Serpo story and journals follow along with comments from Richard Doty, Bill Ryan, and the mailing list administrator, Victor Martinez.


2) Victor Martinez

There are two issues I’ll address here.

• First, I’ve been asked to comment on whether I believe the postings from a high-ranking U.S. government source from the Defense Intelligence Agency who has taken the name Anonymous are authentic or are part of some incredibly complex hoax?

• Second, what is the best method for releasing this information?

Should it be through a small but highly specialized email group’s moderator or through a more credible, traditional source like CNN or Fox News?

With respect to the authenticity of the emailed postings to me from Anonymous, I believe they are true and correct in terms of the basic or core story: In 1965 twelve very carefully screened and selected individuals were sent to an alien home world called Serpo approximately 38.42 light years away in the Zeta Reticuli binary star system. They resided there until 1978, when eight of them returned. Two died on the foreign planet, and two decided to remain there.

Their story, their journal entries, their photographs, and the samples they brought back were all memorialized in a final 3,000-plus page report entitled Project Serpo, which was finalized in 1980 with two supplementary reports to which the late Dr. Carl Sagan contributed and grudgingly but finally signed off on regarding the astronomical and math anomalies that did not add up.

Many have found themselves bogged down in the minutiae of whether it was ten men and two women or twelve men, or how could Anonymous make a mistake over the amount of equipment taken? Was it 9,100 pounds or 91,000 pounds? So what! Let’s concentrate on the core story—the overall big picture—that twelve of our citizens from the United States of America embarked on a 13-year mission to live on another world. That’s where the focus should be—not on all of these petty, nit-picky details! That’s what everyone should be in awe of.

What BS! Little wonder ufology finds itself progressing ever so slowly over the years. It constantly shoots itself with all its inhouse pettiness and fighting; it finds itself hardly any further along after a major disclosure is made in the UFO field.

The evidence we have that such a human-alien exchange program did take place is backed up by several high-ranking former government officials: retired USAF colonel Ed Doty, ex-AFOSI special agent Richard Doty, Paul McGovern, Gene Loscowski, and USAF Colonel Jack Casey.

In addition, author Whitley Strieber claims to have met a surviving team member of Project Serpo in Florida. Anonymous later confirmed Whitley’s story to me—that, in fact, Whitley ran into this team member on three separate occasions.

A retired USAF colonel actually oversaw the project and commented privately to an acquaintance of Bill Ryan, amazed that details were now being released; this incident is recounted in the comments section of Serpo/Comments#1. I know his name from Anonymous, as confirmed by Bill, but I will withhold it since he has chosen not to go public at this time.

Next, there is the former high-ranking government official who is actually coordinating this programmed release between the former DIA officials who worked on and oversaw the project and the three DIA officials who allow them access to the secure reading room where they can transcribe this material to be released to the general public through me. His name would be known to 99.99 percent of the readers of this magazine and my UFO email list because the readers and subscribers to these two forums follow such intelligence and black-world matters more closely than the general public.

For obvious reasons I’m not going to disclose his name because many UFO investigators, kooks, and freaks would soon be beating down his door asking him if it were true, and he would say, “No, it isn’t true!” and then make it so. He’d order it stopped. And last but not least, former high-ranking government official Paul McGovern had lunch at an Arlington, Virginia restaurant on December 8, 2005 with another former high-ranking intelligence official now retired and working as a consultant. Paul gave me a brief summation of his conversation with this official under several administrations and the official said he was never briefed on the specific details but was aware of the project’s existence and its overall big picture. I was going to provide his name for this article, but after careful reflective thought, I’ve decided not to for the same reasons I cited above: I don’t want him harassed by anyone reading this article and the zillions of self-styled investigators in this field called ufology.

This former official believes in disclosure, but he feels that some of the information should be kept from public view, and I totally agree now that I’ve been made privy to much of it via the postings from Anonymous. Much of it which will never see the light of day. Besides, for the UFO field enough never seems to be enough. I could have provided twelve names who have gone on record that such a program did in fact take place while stating that I had another twelve names that I was keeping to myself, and people would still want those other twelve names; the twelve they got just wouldn’t be good enough. It never is with the kooky, mental whack-job ufologists.

And now on to the second issue—the method of disclosure—which I’ll briefly address to my highly regarded and respected colleague in all of this, Richard C. Doty.  In Sergeant Doty’s piece, he suggests that while there was really nothing wrong with Anonymous making his stunning revelations through me, it would have carried more credibility had it been done through a more open source like CNN or Fox News.

Again: BS! More credible than li’l ol’ me? Absolutely! I agree with Rick, but the real question is: Would those more credible, mainstream open sources have ever run with it and published the material from Anonymous? Absolutely not.

CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, 60 Minutes, Dateline, 20/20, and others would have demanded that the story be verified by the White House itself, meaning either Bush, Cheney, or one of their subordinates, with their implicit knowledge and permission, would have signed off on such a disclosure before being made public. Now does Doty or anyone reading this article really believe that the single most secretive presidential administration of the past 50 years or so would sign off on verifying such a highly classified project? Does anyone in their right mind imagine the White House spokeshole as saying to one of these major news media outlets: “Oh, yeah, wow, so you found out; someone leaked it to you guys. OK, the cat’s out of the bag, so yes, it’s all true. Go ahead and run with it; President Bush is fine with it!”

Yeah, right. And my mother’s the Queen of England! In fact, look at what’s happened in fewer than 60 days with postings 1–11, November 2–December 21, 2005 coming through me: It’s sparked a worldwide phenomenon and has caused people to really, seriously consider that a mind-boggling human-ET exchange program actually occurred during that time period.

At this point, I won’t elaborate on how postings to my small but highly influential UFO email list, ironically loaded with former and current government insiders, really got the word out much more effectively than a mainstream news media outlet would ever have, except to refer the readers of this article and magazine to the absolutely brilliant summation written by my learned, scholarly, and erudite colleague Bill Ryan. He wrote an executive summary of sorts specifically for Anonymous on the tremendous reach, impact, scope, breadth, and sociological inroads Project Serpo has had thus far. Amazing!

People are actually beginning to think outside of the box. Bottom line: Could approaching CNN or Fox have resulted in greater publicity for Project Serpo than the method chosen by Anonymous and his small group at the DIA? That’s right: We’re not alone in the universe and our government, for its own paranoid, sick reasons has been keeping this—what ufology’s cop-on-the-beat Stan Friedman calls the Cosmic Watergate—from us for umpteen years! And mind you, your tax dollars pay these government clowns to keep us in the dark. Does any of this really make sense?

Think about it: We pay these government kooks, spooks, and ne’er-do-wells high GS-grade salaries to keep us from learning what they’ve discovered over the years. That’s the real outrage that the UFO community should be up in arms over, not about the gender makeup of our team members on Project Serpo nor the weight of the equipment taken on their 13-year journey. Gimme a break, mental patients! I respectfully disagree with Sergeant Doty, whose wise counsel and sage advice I have often sought with respect to intelligence matters, but I totally disagree with his assessment here. In all fairness to him, he is really out of his league.

Why the secrecy? And when will it end with at least some major announcement regarding the UFO subject being made public? The most troubling aspect of all this is that most people need an authority figure to come out and say this-and-that is so for reasons of credibility because most people can’t think for themselves. In other words, they can’t weigh and evaluate the evidence on its own merits and come to a definitive conclusion on their own; they need someone to do it for them.

Short of that, people are never going to buy this story—nor any other UFO-related story—short of a former director of Central Intelligence, secretary of Defense, or chairman of the Joint Chiefs coming out and saying:

“Yes, Project Serpo occurred and I was apprised of its overall program, structure, makeup, and mission when I was the DCI during the XX administration.”

Keep dreamin’.

In closing, I’d like to cite a few choice passages from well-respected UFO author Timothy Good’s 1996 ground-breaking book, Beyond Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Cover-Up  (William Morrow, 1988). Much has been made of the widely published comments that President Reagan made after a private White House screening of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, but what has been nearly forgotten were the following comments which appear in Good’s book and which deserve equal consideration:
 

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND—A REALITY

During a talk given to the Tulsa, Oklahoma Astronomy Club in 1982, former Air Force intelligence officer Steve Lewis revealed that the 12 years he spent investigating UFOs for the military both in the U.S. and abroad convinced him that intelligent extraterrestrial beings are visiting Earth. Apologizing for being unable to be more specific owing to strict orders from the Air Force not to divulge specific details about his UFO research from 1965–1977, Lewis stated that only a fraction of information accumulated by the military has been released.

“That movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind is more realistic than you’d believe,” he told the audience. “You can believe that or not.”

Pressed to reveal what had convinced him that UFOs are extraterrestrial spacecraft rather than top-secret military devices, Lewis commented:

“The records, the information I saw while in my job. I no longer rule out what the possibilities might be.”

Next, we have this information, which includes a cryptic comment by former DCI and President George Bush:

Nobody likes to look silly. Fear of ridicule is a very compelling reason for politicians to debunk the subject. British Air Minister George Ward explained [1954] that, if he admitted the existence of UFOs without evidence that the general public could actually touch, the public would consider that the Government had gone barmy. Few politicians—in Britain, the United States and worldwide— have any inside knowledge of the subject of UFOs, which is why their repeated pronouncements debunking all the reports are so convincing. And those few who have troubled to study the matter, or who have been privy to top-secret information, may be so bewildered and even alarmed by the awesome complexity of the phenomenon that they would rather say nothing at all.

 

“You don’t know the half of it,” was all former CIA Director George Bush could say when asked by a campaign committee member about UFO secrecy during his first presidential election campaign. Politicians, furthermore, are unlikely to speak out on such a controversial topic without a mandate from the electorate. Relatively few people write to their elected representatives about UFOs, although I am pleased to report than an increasing number are doing so.”

And continuing with these choice comments:

In these respects, I am fully in sympathy with the current official policy. “From an intelligence point of view,” remarks Dr James Harder, “the UFO phenomenon must be truly awesome – the worst of science fiction come to life. However, over the years, the intelligence agencies must have come to the realization that the strangers from space are nothing exactly new – that evidence indicates that we are experiencing only an intensification of what may have been going on centuries.

And continuing with this same line of thought, we have:

It has been suggested that those in the know are concerned about the reaction of the public and religious authorities to revelations regarding the link between the UFO phenomenon and religion (one hypothesis being that homo sapiens is genetically linked with extraterrestrials). And with one final notation on this same train of thought from Good’s other book, Alien Base: The Evidence for Extraterrestrial Colonization of Earth (Harper Perennial, 1999)

In addition to the visitors being responsible for genetically upgrading the human race on two occasions in our distant past, it was alleged that a few of our great spiritual leaders—including Jesus—were genetically “engineered” by a type of artificial insemination, in an attempt to instill Earth people with spiritual concepts. The reluctance of this particular group of extraterrestrials to communicate with humanity at large was due mainly to the fact that we simply are not psychologically nor spiritually ready for contact with a higher civilization, and it is necessary for us to evolve independently. Essentially, we are spiritual beings surviving beyond death. And finally, these are author Timothy Good’s personal, closing observations

It is my conviction that we are being visited by several groups of extraterrestrials, and that, while some may not be well-disposed towards us, others are benevolent. From my own investigations throughout the world, however, I am convinced that selective contacts have been made with possibly thousands of individuals. The visitors have no need to establish open contact, nor do they want the majority of us to know what they are doing here. It is probably, in my view, that the cover-up is sustained to a certain extent by the aliens themselves.

And in closing, we have this choice snippet from former DCI Roscoe Hillenkoetter.

One authority in a position to know facts—as known at the time—was former CIA Director Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, who was unequivocal in his condemnation of official policy.

“The public has a right to know,” he declared in 1960. “It is time for the truth to be brought out in open Congressional hearings … through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.”

Forty-six years later, we’re still those mushrooms living under a canopy of darkness and ignorance somewhat like the infamous, ignorant inhabitants of Plato’s Allegory of the Cave in Book VII of The Republic. So, while the UFO community continues to wallow like swine in their petty jealousies and bicker, argue, and fight amongst themselves, this rather profound and awe-inspiring information will continue to be withheld from us. We berate the government insiders who withhold this information which rightfully belongs to us as losers. Believe me, they’re not the only losers. Go look in the mirror and see who’s staring back at you.

To offer you my promised personal perspective on the enigmatic Serpo story, here are the major points and perspectives which I believe are worth dwelling on when analyzing the entire affair. For the most concise and also most recent overview of my own position in audio, there is an mp3 is available for download as a podcast for the Above Top Secret forum and was intended to be heard by a knowledgeable and reasonably sophisticated audience.

Next, a summary of my reasons why I think the story should be taken seriously, and not dismissed without very careful thought. Some, but not all, of my points are covered on Serpo/Consistencies. 

The first compelling reason to believe this story is the accidental testimony of the retired Air Force colonel with 33 years in Intelligence. When he read the Serpo account in hard copy, he was visibly shocked and confirmed “Yes, [it’s] all real.” That full text is at Serpo/Comments#1 and I recommend that it should be read carefully by any commentator.

In my view this is very important, and although it’s circumstantial evidence, it seems to me to carry quite some weight. I have the name of the person who supplied me with the story, a very straight and intelligent man, a serving Air Force lieutenant colonel who checks out in every respect.

A number of insiders and researchers have reported hearing of such an exchange program before, including such respected individuals as Linda Howe, Paul McGovern, and Gene Loscowski, whose real name is Gene Lakes. All these people have gone on record as openly confirming the existence of the project; see Anonymous’s website post #1 on Serpo/Information.

Rick Doty records a private conversation a number of years ago about Serpo with an individual whom he names, and he also confirms Anonymous’s data about the Roswell incident. To my surprise, I don’t think anyone has followed this up, an anomaly in itself considering how well researched Roswell is. If Anonymous’s Roswell claims can be substantiated, this would lend some support to his other claims about Serpo, although the disinformation hypothesis is of course not ruled out by this.

Paul McGovern also clarified what the acronym DIM—an item on the equipment manifest—stood for. Anonymous didn’t know. McGovern explained it was the duty information manual. If this exchange was staged, with Anonymous saying he didn’t know and McGovern supplying the answer, it was very clever and quite subtle; more so than the way the rest of the story seems to have been crafted, particularly in that the issue would have been totally overlooked if I had not drawn attention to it myself.

I’d jumped on the DIM question to draw attention to it and had thought I’d discovered what it meant. McGovern corrected me with a one-line email to myself and Victor Martinez. All that smelled very genuine to me. This is one of many indications, it must be said, that McGovern is privy to some, if not all, of the Project Serpo data.

Here’s another incident that intrigues me: Whitley Strieber’s tantalizing and brief encounter over 10 years ago with a man who, so it seemed, was claiming to have been on the Serpo team.

On the other hand, some of the data provided by Anonymous seems way off-beam, such as the information on orbital data, but a simple hoaxer would have been sure to get the numbers right. It’s very easy to do. Doesn’t a hoaxer want to convince? One can find accounts of believable worlds in the science fiction section of any bookstore. They are easy to research, craft, and create. Why would Anonymous, if intent on deception, have made himself so vulnerable by immediately presenting a world with some aspects that are actually quite hard to swallow?

Anonymous is not operating like a hoaxer or disinformationist. A hoaxer or disinformationist would actually have done a better job for himself. Many eventually proven UFO hoaxes have taken quite a bit of uncovering.

This story is too easy to dismiss as a hoax or disinfo without some serious thought, yet the factors above indicate that if it is a hoax or disinfo, it would have been much more sophisticated, for example, if it were choreographed by the DIA itself. Yet Anonymous’s releases are not sophisticated at all. Rather, they are naive, exactly like an elderly person telling a great story of what he did in his youth.

A bit of mental arithmetic can convince us that Anonymous is indeed elderly. Assuming he was involved with the project, directly or peripherally or is of the same military generation as those who were, he would be at least 70 and possibly in his 80s. Frustratingly for myself personally, there is no indication that Anonymous understands the requirements of effective public relations in the 21^st century. But if we think of our own grandfather or great-uncle, maybe, why should we expect his generation to possess modern, sophisticated PR savvy? This seems to me to be a factor that a number of commentators have overlooked.

The apparent anomalies and absence of the photos to date can all be accounted for if we suppose that the context under which Anonymous is operating is not as it may first appear. Anonymous hardly has the 3,000 page report in his living room just sitting there like a Sears catalog. Such a report would be guarded under the tightest security and the conditions of access highly restricted.

We can hypothesize that Anonymous may not even have access to the document at all and may be relying on his memory, someone else’s memory, or perhaps someone else is supplying him with the information maybe by phone or by tape under conditions over which he himself has no control.

It’s worth remembering that it was not Anonymous who first mentioned the 3,000 page report. That was Paul McGovern. Anonymous subsequently quietly went along with that. Anonymous has never claimed to have access to the report; that has just been everyone’s assumption.

As for the photos: they may again be in a different location, maybe not even in the U.S. Suppose Anonymous is receiving his information from a retired person who was involved in Project Serpo, who is, for example, now living in Thailand, Australia, or South Africa?

Anonymous could receive the voice transcripts by phone, which would explain the intermittent postings, the errors, and occasional later corrections, and the absence of hard data. Maybe the photos are in a shoebox under his contact’s bed. This is, of course, just a picture painted to show that we still have no idea what is happening behind the scenes.

Paradoxically, Anonymous has gone quiet since December 21, and this may be precisely because he has indeed met with difficulties engineered by insider agents. He has stated to Victor Martinez that he’s been experiencing significant problems from people “poking their noses in where they don’t belong.”

Why should we disbelieve this? It’s totally credible—even likely. We know that there are different factions within the Intelligence community regarding disclosure. Some, wishing to support disclosure, may be looking the other way, but some may be trying to stop Anonymous, or they might even have supplied him with false data after he started his disclosure.

Just about anything could be happening. These are not reasons to blindly accept the story, but they are persuasive reasons not to dismiss it without very careful thought. Of course, it is absolutely possible that this is disinformation; even 10 percent injected fiction or altered data would account for all the factors in the story to which skeptics draw attention.

The point here is that if this story is 90 percent true—or even 10 percent true!—it’s still the story of the last millennium. Some people cannot believe that twelve American astronauts could have made a trip to another planet nearly 40 light years away in 1965. It’s just too much of a leap to believe.

But logically, if the visitors have come here, all that the twelve would be doing is catching the shuttle flight the other way. There’s no illogic there. If the aliens can come here, we can also go there. It’s just as easy. If we can accept the possibility of one, we must accept the possibility of the other. The reasons to reject that particular claim on the grounds of believability are purely emotional. The claims need to be believed or not only on the basis of evidence, which, despite all the above, we do not yet have.

There are a number of other minor factors which, if the story goes totally quiet—and it’s too early yet to assume that it has died already—Victor Martinez and I can lay open to public view so everyone can pick over the tiniest bone. These factors all support the story, but all are circumstantial.

For instance, we believe that we know the names of some of the individuals involved at high levels and also the location of the 3,000 page report. We’ve also received an enigmatic threat described in general terms on the Above Top Secret podcast but which we cannot confirm was real. And even that incident has its own analysis: If it was real, then it further confirms the story, but if it was staged, then the nature of that deception was highly sophisticated, which Anonymous’s releases have not been.

We have no source data apart from Anonymous’s very first message to Victor Martinez on 1 November 2005, which he has archived. All the rest of the messages from Anonymous and everyone else have been deleted by Victor’s Web TV system, which erases all messages after 96 hours by default. Victor has explained that he has cut and pasted some of the incoming information for presentational purposes and that sometimes that information has come from different sources.

Victor has explained that 85 percent of the information comes from one source, whom we have casually referred to Anonymous. But there is a second source contributing 13 percent of the information and a third source contributing 2 percent. This third source sends information from a military address which cancels itself after sending and cannot be replied to. This is a standard military technique.

So the posts on the website, which are faithfully archived from Victor Martinez’s postings, are not necessarily in Anonymous’s words. I should emphasize here that Victor’s integrity is the highest and he has always done what he thinks is right and best in presenting this story to the public.

My own hypotheses: Anonymous is getting his information remotely, does not have personal access to the report or the photos, and it is not in his hands when and what kind of information he will relay to us. He’s elderly and is doing his best. He does not understand modern PR, is not a scientist, and does not understand the stringent requirements of proof or evidence.

He believes the story should stand on its own because he knows it’s true himself, and he is both frustrated at the objections and at the increasingly level of obstruction, interference, and even harassment which he’s been suffering privately. He’s in the twilight years of his life, and he could do without all this. He may pack up and go home if he feels others are ungrateful for his sincere efforts. He himself may wish that he’d never mentioned the photos, because he’d been given to understand at the time that they would be made available to him.

On the other hand, I could be convinced that there’s an extremely clever disinformation campaign going on. It may even have started with a maverick self-starting individual, but insiders may have acted very quickly to add their own disinformational spin to the story while other insiders, favoring disclosure, may have been helping him as best they could.

Anonymous may not even be knowingly imparting disinformation, and the false-data percentage may not be high but inserted at critical junctures. You don’t have to remove too many components from an engine to make it misfire. The project might even have existed, under a different name. Human astronauts may have indeed visited another planet, and why not?

The reason for this may be to ease the way for the real disclosure later or sooner; thus, the U.S. government gets to be the hero of the day. If the latter is the case, then I would predict that the photos will indeed be released, but they will eventually be shown conclusively to be fakes. Would not a disinformation campaign be sure to include impressive images or fabricated documents? As many have argued, fabricated pictures of another world would be quite easy to create. We see them in every Star Wars movie. So why have they not appeared?

Paradoxically, this suggests that if we see the photos then they may be fakes, and if they do not appear, then Anonymous may be fully genuine. But the problem is that once having promised them, their nonappearance will be a sure sign of chicanery. This is also theoretically possible, of course. The principal factor to consider here may be to ask oneself: If this were a disinformation campaign, how would it have been choreographed?

Presumably great expense, together with hundreds if not thousands of man-days, would have gone into the planning and execution. How good would it be? What would it include? And would not the information offered by Anonymous be more sophisticated and convincing?

My name is Richard Doty, retired special agent, Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI), and now a private citizen living in New Mexico. I’ve been an avid reader of UFO Magazine for the past several years.

Recently Bill Birnes, the magazine’s publisher, asked me to make some comments regarding the recent Serpo revelations. I told Bill I’d be very happy to write this article relating my personal analysis of the Serpo information, which describes an exchange program in 1965 between United States military personnel and extraterrestrials from the Planet Serpo in the Zeta Reticuli star system.

Before I go into the details of Project Serpo, let me explain that I’ve been a recipient of Victor Martinez’s email listing for the past year. For those readers who don’t know Victor, let me give a brief biographical review of him. Understanding the Project Serpo disclosure starts with understanding Victor’s role. Victor is a former U.S. government employee. He worked for a number of different Federal law enforcement agencies and now works in Los Angeles as a teacher. Victor has a longstanding personal interest in the subject of UFOs and maintains an email distribution list of well over a hundred recipients on the topic.

In early November 2005 I learned from Victor that he’d been contacted by a person identifying himself as Anonymous who was telling an extraordinary story; moreover, it’s one which I’d heard before. Mr. Anonymous, as I like to call him, first introduced himself as a retired employee of the U.S. government and then went on to detail the “real” Roswell incident. He stated that the Roswell incident involved two crash sites: one southwest of Corona and the second site at Pelona Peak, south of Datil, New Mexico. The crash involved two extraterrestrial aircraft.

The Corona crash was found a day later by an archaeology team who reported the crash site to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s department. A deputy arrived the next day and summoned a state police officer. One live alien being, an extraterrestrial biological entity (EBE), was found hiding behind a rock. The alien was given water but declined food, and was later transferred to Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico.

The information eventually went to Roswell Army Air Field. The site was examined and all hard evidence was also removed to Roswell. However, the bodies were taken to Los Alamos since they had a freezing system that allowed the bodies to remain frozen for research. The craft itself was taken to Roswell and then on to Wright Field, Ohio, later to be renamed Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

The second site was not discovered until August 1949 by two ranchers. They reported the findings several days later to the sheriff of Catron County, New Mexico.

Because of the remote location, it took the sheriff several days to make his way to the crash site on horseback. Once at the site, the sheriff took photographs and then returned to Datil. Sandia Army Base, later to become Kirtland Air Force Base, was notified. A recovery team took custody of all evidence, including six bodies. The bodies were initially taken to Sandia but were later transferred to Los Alamos.

The live entity established communication with the U.S. military and provided information about his planet and his race of extraterrestrials. Eventually, the U.S. Government made contact with the Ebens, as they were termed, and set up a meeting location, which turned out to be the well-known Holloman landing in 1964. Mr. Anonymous explained that the landing was near Holloman Air Force Base, not actually at Holloman itself.

During that meeting, an exchange program was set up between our two races. Our government selected twelve military personnel: ten men and two women. They were trained, vetted, and carefully removed from the military system, and in 1965 the twelve left on an Eben spacecraft to the planet Serpo.

That was the core story as presented by Mr. Anonymous in a sequence of eleven major releases of information to date, all so far via Victor Martinez. Readers can go HERE and read the archive of the entire release, accompanied by further analysis from many different people. In this rest of this article, I’ll offer my personal analysis of the initial contact made by Mr. Anonymous, and of the information released by him.

In early 1979, after arriving at Kirtland Air Force Base as a young special agent with AFOSI, I was assigned to the counterintelligence division of AFOSI District 17. I was briefed into a special compartmented program. This program dealt with United States government involvement with extraterrestrial biological entities. During my initial briefing I was given the complete background of our government’s involvement with EBEs. This background included information on the Roswell incident, which did indeed state that two crash sites were found. The first crash site was located southeast of Corona and the second site was found south of Datil.

Basically, this was exactly the same information that Mr. Anonymous released.

Other details about the location of the bodies and the site where the live entity was discovered were also mentioned. I learned these details in 1979 and can confirm that Mr. Anonymous did indeed state information that was previously unknown to the public. The fact that the bodies were taken to Los Alamos and that Sandia Base handled the second site were not known publicly in the past. This information is quite correct.

During a briefing in 1984 I read a document which mentioned an exchange program between an alien race and twelve U.S. military personnel. The briefing did not mention any specific details of the exchange program, but it did refer to the program lasting from 1965 to 1978.

I tried to obtain more information during a Pentagon briefing in 1985, but I was told I didn’t have the proper clearance for that information. I retired in 1988 and with one exception, I never learned anything further about the subject until very recently.
In 1991 during a retirement party for a AFOSI friend, I had a conversation with Colonel Jack Casey, retired Air Force Intelligence. I specifically asked Colonel Casey about the exchange program I’d heard about. With a look of surprise, Colonel Casey looked around as if to make sure no one was listening and then led me outside to a patio. Colonel Casey then went on to give me a short briefing about the exchange program.

He told me the following:

In 1965, twelve U.S. military men were placed on an extraterrestrial spacecraft and flew to an alien planet some 40 light years away. The exchange program lasted until 1978 when the team returned. Some of the twelve died on the alien planet and by 1991, when I was given this information, some had died since. The final briefing of the returnees is still classified.

Note: all the team members are now dead, the last surviving until 2002. Again, this was exactly what Mr. Anonymous has described. That was all the information Colonel Casey would or could provide. I did try over the years to obtain more information, but no one, not even the retired intelligence officers I knew, had any further data they possessed or were willing to share. Then in late 2005, 14 years later, Mr. Anonymous made the stunning release being discussed here.

Although much of the information correlates closely with what I’ve heard elsewhere, I do have a few concerns both regarding the method used by Mr. Anonymous in his initial release, and also regarding some of the information itself. First, I’d personally have preferred Mr. Anonymous to have chosen a different medium for his release; he could perhaps have used a more open source.

Although I have nothing but praise for Victor Martinez and his email forum, I think Mr. Anonymous could have chosen a widely recognized news medium, such as CNN, Fox, or the like, which would have given him more credibility and instant access to a much wider public.

If Mr. Anonymous wishes the information to be released broadly, then in my opinion what would work best would be for him to go to such an open source and make all the information available at one time. I don’t actually know the exact reasons why he chose instead to release his information via Victor Martinez. Secondly, there are some apparent anomalies in the information that has been released to date. Many former intelligence officers have come forward after Mr. Anonymous made his initial release, and pointed out what they claimed were errors in some of the data.

For instance, Mr. Anonymous stated that ten men and two women comprised the exchange team. However, both Paul McGovern, former security chief for the Defense Intelligence Agency, and Gene Loscowski (real name Gene Lakes), former director of security, Nevada Test Site, have come forward questioning this particular gender mix of the team. Three other former Air Force Intelligence officers have also questioned this information.

According to Mr. McGovern, twelve men were selected; no women. My other independent sources also confirmed that no women were sent on that mission. I’m not in any way wanting to upset female readers, but to understand how the military would have regarded this project, one must really look back to the U.S. military, not now—but way back in 1965. During that time period women in the military were segregated.

The USAF had women in the Air Force (WAFS), there were women in the Navy (WAVES), and the Army had women in the Army corps (WACS). Most military females were in medical, administrative, supply, or the personnel career field. Few women would have been qualified for such a long-duration mission. Female astronauts were not selected until the late 1970s. These are valid reasons to doubt Mr. Anonymous’s particular statement that women were included on this particular mission.

Mr. Anonymous then detailed the training given to the twelve people selected for the mission. Two former Defense Intelligence Agency employees have come forward to state that the training actually fell in line with astronaut training and that the training lasted for one year and consisted of astronaut training rather then the intelligence and combat training detailed by Mr. Anonymous. If one stops and thinks about it, astronaut training would probably make a little more sense than the training described by Mr. Anonymous. Mr. Anonymous also mentioned some items which were taken on the mission. According to his early reports, the team took 9,000 pounds of equipment with them. However, Mr. Anonymous subsequently corrected this by saying 90,500 pounds of equipment was taken.

He then mentioned that liquid nitrogen canisters were taken as a fall-back weapon against the Ebens, who were sensitive to cold. But liquid nitrogen would not stay stable for an extended period of time and would last only a few weeks in a canister. Maybe Mr. Anonymous meant compressed air, which would last longer, or better yet, Freon, which would remain stable in a canister for a long period of time. Finally, Mr. Anonymous mentioned handguns and rifles being taken as defense. I have mixed feelings regarding this. Since it was a military team, I could understand that some weapons would be taken as a routine measure. However, if you trusted the Ebens to the degree of allowing twelve United States military personnel to fly 40 light years for 12 or 13 years, why would anyone take weapons? What good would weapons be on a planet 40 light years away?

On the positive side of Mr. Anonymous’s information, a number of insiders and researchers have reported hearing of such an exchange program before. These include such respected individuals as Linda Howe and Whitley Strieber, together with Colonel Casey and all the other former DIA officials mentioned above. Whitley Strieber’s tantalizing and brief experience over 10 years ago was with a man he met at a convention who claimed to have been on the Serpo team before he left Strieber to consider what he had been told. This overall degree of corroboration seems highly significant, as I think readers will agree. Some of the data provided by Mr. Anonymous seems off-beam—the orbital data and other scientific information—although he did state, intriguingly, that the laws of physics were not exactly the same on Serpo as they are here in our own solar system.

Nevertheless, there’s a growing debate regarding the scientific information provided by Mr. Anonymous about the planet Serpo and that solar system. According to him, Serpo was a planet of a binary star system. A binary star is a double star, each orbiting their common center of mass.

I’m not a math or science expert and will not state all the different figures or formulas, but it seems to me that there are legitimate arguments on both sides of this issue. But I have to say that I do feel that a simple hoaxer would have been sure to get the numbers right. The purpose of a hoaxer, or even someone spreading disinformation, is—after all—to convince, not to lay himself open to criticism straight away.

To conclude, and aside from the broadly confirming testimony of my various colleagues, Mr. Anonymous is simply in my opinion not operating like a hoaxer would. A hoaxer would have actually done a better job, so to speak, of researching information for his hoax. Importantly, the apparent anomalies and absence of the promised photographs to date can all be accounted for if we suppose that the context under which Mr. Anonymous is operating is not exactly as it may first appear.

We must remember that Mr. Anonymous will hardly have the 3,000-page report in his living room just sitting there like a Sears catalog. The report will be guarded under the tightest conceivable security and the conditions of access are unknown by us. We can hypothesize that Mr. Anonymous may not even have access to the documents at all and may be relying on memory, someone else’s memory, or someone else supplying him with the information maybe by phone or by tape under conditions over which he himself has no control.

As for the photographs, they may again be in a different location. Paradoxically, there is the factor of Mr. Anonymous having gone quiet since his last post on December 21 up to the time of my writing this on January 13 (2006) may be precisely because he has indeed met with difficulty caused by insider agents. We know that there are different factions within the intelligence community regarding disclosure. Some may wish to obstruct a disclosure such as this while some others may be looking the other way, quietly supporting the disclosure by allowing it to happen. We just don’t know at this point. These factors are not reasons in themselves to accept the story; however, they are persuasive reasons not to dismiss it without very careful thought indeed.

In conclusion, it seems to me that while there are some discrepancies in detail, there’s a persuasively broad measure of agreement that such a project actually existed, and there are good reasons for us to suspend our disbelief. I earnestly hope that by the time this edition of the magazine is published we may have heard more from Mr. Anonymous, and that his important revelations will continue well into 2006

It’s very easy to get caught in the allure of these stories. They’re interesting, sometimes well-crafted, and (most of all) I think that many of us want to believe that they’re true.

This case is particularly compelling because, even if it is a hoax, it is well-planned in that it pulls together elements from other stories quite well and makes it all fit together like a nice puzzle. For example, the detail about the SOM-1.01 being an annex to the "Red Book" makes you believe that this "Red Book" exists and may actually be in Anon’s possession, given that various Ufologists believe that the SOM is authentic.

Further, from an "is this possible" perspective, I offer you this brief analysis which (at least to me) suggests that disclosure may actually be possible. Not likely, but possible...

Here we go.

A theory suggesting why the Project Serpo Disclosure may be genuine.

A little known fact is that in October 2000, it was five-years from the effective date of Executive Order 12958 (begins on page 19 of the linked file - below image) -- signed by Bill Clinton and mandating the automatic declassification of all government documents over 25 years old UNLESS the agency which classified the document asserts that certain documents are exempt from disclosure.


President Clinton signed EO 12958 on April 17, 1995. The effective date of the Order was set to be 180 days from the date which he issued the order. That means that certain documents were declassified, by Presidential proclamation, early in October, 2000. Thereafter, many documents because declassified by proclamation on the 25th anniversary of their classification.

Of course, during that 180 days between the signing of the order and its effective date, each agency head was supposed to inform the president’s office of any exempted file "series". This is done through the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs. Interestingly, it was Eisenhower (who was President at the time much of Project Serpo is alleged to have occurred) that created this position. Stephen J. Hadley now serves in that capacity for President Bush, taking over for Condoleeza Rice earlier this year.

The staff of the National Security Council is de jure an element of the Executive Office of the President, but de facto is a central element of the White House staff itself. President Eisenhower created a new position to head that staff: the assistant to the President for national security affairs; every President since has continued that office and strengthened the staff. The twenty senior-most NSC officers have presidential titles and rank; the total staff now numbers nearly two hundred, many of them detailees from State, Defense, and CIA.
 
Ok, so what you ask? I’m glad you asked!


"Project SERPO’s" final report was written in 1980

So... just this year, the Project Serpo documents, if true as alleged, turned 25 years old and became the subject of automatic declassification. In other words, unless the Head of the DIA (the presumed holder of these documents) has identified the Project Serpo files (assuming they exist) as being exempt from declassification, then they have already been automatically declassified.

In other words, Lowell E. Jacoby, the Director of the DIA, had to identify the files that were exempted from automatic declassification and then make a statement to the National Security Council explaining that the exempted material fell under an exemption to EO 12958 pursuant to section. 3.4. Information that meets the following conditions may be exempted from declassification, unless the President orders otherwise (the president can order that the material be declassified):

(1) reveal the identity of a confidential human source, or reveal information about the application of an intelligence source or method, or reveal the identity of a human intelligence source when the unauthorized disclosure of that source would clearly and demonstrably damage the national security interests of the United States

(2) reveal information that would assist in the development or use of weapons of mass destruction

(3) reveal information that would impair U.S. cryptologic systems or activities

(4) reveal information that would impair the application of state of the art technology within a U.S. weapon system

(5) reveal actual U.S. military war plans that remain in effect

(6) reveal information that would seriously and demonstrably impair relations between the United States and a foreign government, or seriously and demonstrably undermine ongoing diplomatic activities of the United States

(7) reveal information that would clearly and demonstrably impair the current ability of United States Government officials to protect the President, Vice President, and other officials for whom protection services, in the interest of national security, are authorized

(8) reveal information that would seriously and demonstrably impair current national security emergency preparedness plans

(9) violate a statute, treaty, or international agreement

Now, here’s where we get to the very interesting part. First, lets assume that the DIA exempted all of their UFO/EBE/ET related information from declassification. Most likely, Condoleeza Rice, the predecessor to Stephen Hadley as the head of the NSC, would have signed-off on this, most likely without ever knowing what she signed off on. Then again, maybe not.
"Rice was plucked from academia in 1989 by Brent Scowcroft to serve on the National Security Council of former President Bush".
More on why this is relevant later.

Stephen Hadley, however, is also an interesting character. First of all, he’s a career intelligence officer going back to the Ford Administration (I included a link to his bio so you would read it, so you should have known this already). Also, Hadley worked for Scowcroft’s firm in D.C. for a few years and Scowcroft was the National Security Advisor to President Ford and seems to have had a hand in selecting members of the NSC for later Presidents (such has his selection of Condi Rice). Not surprisingly, General Scowcroft is often mentioned as the present likely head of MJ-12 or its successor, PI-40.


What if General Scowcroft, being of aging years and perhaps not seeing the harm in the truth being known, has decided to pledge his full "I won’t interfere" (as much cooperation as you could expect) to these people because he knows them and knows that it’s very likely that if the NSC fights them, this will get very public, very fast. This administration does NOT need another scandal. But more on this aspect later, too.

Ok, so what is it that makes me believe that the same old cast of characters is any more likely to permit disclosure now than at any other time in the past? Well, when I came across the following, it got me thinking.

Sec. 3.1. Definitions. For purposes of this order:

(a) "Declassification" means the authorized change in the status of information from classified information to unclassified information
(b) "Automatic declassification" means the declassification of information based solely upon:

(1) the occurrence of a specific date or event as determined by the original classification authority

(2) the expiration of a maximum time frame for duration of classification established under this order

(c) "Declassification authority" means:

(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position

(2) the originator’s current successor in function
(3) a supervisory official of either
(4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official

Now, let’s refer back to what Anon has told us -- that he is part of a group of former DIA officers. That they are in possession of the debriefing manual ("Red Book") from a classified government project. And that Project was formally closed 25 years ago.

Let’s take this one step further. Let’s guess that at least one member of Anon’s group is lawfully in possession of this material, because he was the officer that originally classified the Project. If that’s the case, then this person has the authority under EO 12958 to declassify the information. That would be consistent with Anon’s statement that they are trying to release the information with official "sanction". This may also mean that they are in contact with their successors (people they probably trained or selected for their jobs) and those people have agreed not to attempt to pursue the exemption of this material, provided that it is properly purged of material which, genuinely, should remain classified.

Sec. 1.5. Classification Categories.

Information may not be considered for classification unless it concerns:

(a) military plans, weapons systems, or operations

(b) foreign government information

(c) intelligence activities (including special activities), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology

(d) foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources

(e) scientific, technological, or economic matters relating to the national security

(f) United States Government programs for safeguarding nuclear materials or facilities

(g) vulnerabilities or capabilities of systems, installations, projects or plans relating to the national security

Ok, so going back to the present administration and whether the current NSC (Stephen Hadley) will authorize the release of this information. That’s the wildcard. I don’t see it happening, but here’s what I think may be the facts...

-- Anon’s group has banded together for security. One old guy can be easily explained away when he passes on in his sleep. But six, or more, old guys who have banded together and are keeping records of their discussions? They’ve made some of these discussions public? AND they can at least make the case that they have some authority to contest the continued classification of this material? That might be harder.

-- I also suggest that these people were, in fact, highly placed DIA officers. So well connected were they that they were entrusted with stewardship of this highly-secret information. Respect and connection of this level would dictate that the current administration would find it very difficult and highly embarrassing if anything untowardly came of these people. In fact, many of the aging leaders of the military and intelligence communities would probably be more likely to "rat out" the administration than their old colleague.

-- From the "PR” side, these guys are probably savvy and told their predecessors that this can be done in a way that 1) there’s no scandal for this administration (although that pesky democratic administration that ordered the cover-up may leave a black mark on the democratic party! Ha!); and, lets face it, "W" will go along with any plan that gets his fanny off the fire for Iraq, Katrina, Scooter Libby, and whatever else he’s porked up lately.

Yes... this is "thin". Anorexic, perhaps? I know. But look carefully at the facts, the law, and the dates. It all comes together with many exciting consistencies.

The only thing we need now is the proof.

1) U.S. Secret Production of Pentagen (Hydrogen-5).

A. Tritium is made by capturing neutrons in helium gas. To supply the neutrons, protons are energized in a linear accelerator and used to bombard a heavy-metal target made of tungsten and lead, creating neutrons in a process known as spallation. The resulting neutrons are moderated (slowed) by collisions with lead and water, increasing the efficiency of their capture in helium gas flowing through the target to make tritium. The tritium is extracted from the gas continuously, providing supply to the stockpile.

B. While making Tritium, U.S. researchers found that another isotope quickly vanished in the process. In fact, several isotopes were discovered that bounced off the tungsten metal. U.S. researchers began a program that attempted to capture these elusive isotopes. One secret facility was built on the Nevada Test Site. This facility was called, “The Lance.”

The cover for this facility was that it contained an experimental chemical production accelerator. A Tritium production facility contained an Injector, Accelerator, Tritium Production and Tritium Separation facilities. “The Lance” contained an Injector, Accelerator, Containment building, Collection Apparatus and a Storage Vessel.

C. The MAKING of PENTAGEN. Although the exact details of this is highly classified, a rough explanation is stated below.

1) The INJECTOR: The process starts with the injector. A high energy beam is directed at hydrogen atoms and accelerating them to form a proton beam. This beam differs from the tritium beam in that instead of a low energy beam, this beam is a high energy beam, enhanced with a Chemical Laser booster.

2) The ACCELERATOR: The protons are accelerated by mixing a Carbon atom and Nitrogen-13 isotope. This creates two carbon atoms, positron and a neutrino. The B13 isotopes fuses to form a high energy booster (gamma).

3) The CONTAINMENT BUILDING: The Containment Building was built to house the Injector and Accelerator. This building actually contains an underground tunnel that leads from the Accelerator Facility to the Containment Building. Because of the fusion and radiation involved in the accelerator process, the Containment Building had to be over 1 Kilometer away. The exact reason for this is not known. The Accelerator beam is directed from the Accelerator facility to the Containment Building (tunnel).

4) The COLLECTION APPARATUS: This facility contains a complex series of filters, which contains chemicals and other classified items. It is believed to be similar to the tritium spallation process, however, there are several different steps involved. The injection port contains “leak valves,” which contains a flow meter that measures the leakage of Pentagen from this port. The leaking Pentagen is collected. Polonium is used in this process, however the exact method is not known. Argon gas is also used in one of the filtering systems. One filter contains Zinc lined vessels that are charged with electrons.

5) The STORAGE VESSEL: This storage vessel is where the Pentagen is finally collected and stored. The interior of the Vessel is lined with an alloy of Beryllium. The Vessel contains several complex “collection” tubes that collects, cools and stores the Pentagen during the final production process. The final product is collected in liquid helium, which is charged with gamma radiation. As of September 2002, the U.S. has collected 53.5 picocuries of Pentagen per liter of Helium. Once the Pentagen is needed, there is a process by which the Pentagen is extracted from the Helium. This process is CLASSIFIED.

D. “The Lance” is jointly operated by scientists from Los Alamos, Brookhaven, Livermore, Sandia, and Savannah River Plant. A company by the name of General Atomics built “The Lance.” Eagle Systems is also a prime contractor.

E. According to one source, a “Visitor” explained how Pentagen was made. But since the “Visitor” was explaining a system we could not fully understand, our scientists took bits and pieces of the information and started experiments. The U.S. first experimented with Pentagen processing in 1977 at Los Alamos.

F. Pentagen is the fifth isotope of Hydrogen. It is radioactive with a half life of .34222 seconds. However, with a complex containment and storage system, Pentagen can be collected for an extended period of time. Somehow, U.S. scientists found that Pentagen is produced naturally on the Planet Mercury. Pentagen vapors can be detected in the lower atmosphere of Mercury. In 2006, NASA plans on sending a probe to Mercury in an effort to collect Pentagen. Los Alamos has a secret project called, “Pindall,” which will build a special collection method for the space probe.

G. Pentagen is the substance that aggravates the energy process inside the CR. Pentagen inside the CR is not radioactive and will not decay.

H. There is also an experiment using Pentagen to enhance energy output inside Electrical Transformers. Sandia Laboratory is currently conducting this experiment. The experiment is being conducted in Tech Area III.

I. The director of “The Lance,” is Philip Conklin, a Department of Energy Scientist.

J. “The Lance” will be expanded in 2008, which will include two additional structures that will house “new technology” in the production of Pentagen.

K. It is believed that MIT and The University of Miami has experimented with the collection of Hydrogen-5 by using a Chlorofluorocarbon system of collecting the Hydrogen-5. However, according to DOE, this method does not work!

L. Hydrogen-4, which was also collected, was shown to be too unstable to capture and retain for any extended period.

M. “The Lance” is manned by 62 scientists and technicians.

2. UPDATE ON THE CR
(Crystal Rectangle - Energy Source)

A. Since 1956, many experiments were conducted using the CR. Most of the experiments were conducted by Los Alamos or a contractor for the Department of Energy. Remember that the CR was described as follows:

The dimensions were 26cm x 17cm x 2.5cm. The CR weighs 728 grams. There is a possibility that “two” CR exists. One that weighed 668 grams and one that weighed 728 grams. There was a notation in a classified document that read: PVEED-1 [Particle Vacuum Enhanced Energy Device]. This would indicate that there is a PVEED-2! Scientists do not refer to the CR as a CR but as a PVEED, or “The Magic Cube.”

B. Remember the small dot that moved around the inside when an energy demand was placed on the CR? Our scientists have discovered the substance contained in the dot. The dot was found to be a perfectly rounded particle of charged (?) antimatter. Our scientists still don’t understand how this piece of antimatter can remain stable until it is “tasked” with movement. They still don’t understand once a demand is made to the CR, that the antimatter starts its movement and creates energy.

C. Our scientists have found the CR is made of an unknown material with several unknown elements which have been detected. One of the materials is similar to carbon, but not exactly like carbon as we know it. Another substance is similar to zinc, but not the same consistency of zinc.

D. Our scientists cannot explain the action of the antimatter and the actions of neutrons that are created and then disappear when the demand is lifted.

E. Our scientists cannot explain why the constant temperature of the CR is 72 degrees. Even when heat is directed on the CR, the temperature remains at 72 degrees. How this occurs cannot be explained.

F. Some scientists think the CR is operated remotely, perhaps by an unknown satellite in Earth’s orbit. However, even [when] shielded, the CR operates normally.

G. When an energy demand is placed on the CR, it creates a signal, that can be measured at 23.450 MHZ. However, when increased demand is placed on the CR the frequency is modulated from 23.450 MHZ to 46.900 MHZ or double the original frequency. However, when the demand is reduced, the frequency drops to 1.25 KHZ, which is a constant frequency when no demand is placed on the CR. Regardless of what power demand is placed on the CR, the frequency NEVER raises to more than 46.900 MHZ!

H. Remember the small set of squares which contained horizontal wires? The wires were determined to be similar to tungsten. The wires somehow conduct the energy by bouncing the neutrons off these wires back into the fluid. The small dot bounces against the wire when energy demand is placed on the CR. Remember, only certain wires would react or expand when energy demand was placed on the CR. Scientists think that, depending on the demand, only certain wires would expand. Somehow, the energy output would be controlled by the amount of squares used.

I. The U.S. Government duplicate of the CR. The USG made one in 2001 that actually worked ... for a short period of time. The operation was EXTREMELY CLASSIFIED and the device blew up at the Nevada Test Site, injuring two (2) employees.

J. The timeline for the CR is as follows:

1)   1947: CR found in the second crash site.
2)   1949: Los Alamos scientists first conducted experiments with CR. At this time, no one knew what it was. Some scientists thought it was just a window.
3)   1954: Sandia Labs conducted several experiments with the CR, but still didn’t know its actual use.
4)   1955: CR was lent to Westinghouse for experiments.
5)   1958: CR was lent to Corning Glass in an effort to determine its construction material.
6)   1962: CR’s first “official” test conducted at Los Alamos and published in a classified report.
7)   1970: CR was determined to be more than a window. The CR was found to fit into a space on the spacecraft. Scientists determined CR was some sort of energy device.
8)   1978: CR determined to be a high powered energy device that provided electrical power to the spacecraft.
9)   1982: CR was first tested and produced energy.
10) 1987: CR was given to E-Systems for extensive testing.
11) 1990: CR was proven to be an UNLIMITED POWER SYSTEM. The construction and contents of the CR was learned. However, no one knew just how it worked.
12) 1998: CR project, “The Magic Cube” was started in an effort to accelerate the knowledge of the device.
13) 2001: CR project, “The Magic Cube” was transferred from Los Alamos’ Futures Division to its “Special Projects ˆ Section K” division.

K. Currently [as of September 2002], the CR is contained at the Section K division facilities, Los Alamos.

3. UPDATE ON THE VISITORs’ STATUS

A. Based on “Project Gleam” (will be discussed later), the U.S. can communicate with our “Visitors.” The communication system is a complex, highly classified series of relay stations and satellites. The communication system is entitled, “Echelon.” It is run by the Defense Communication Agency, and NOT the National Security Agency.

5. Los Alamos “Project Gleam”

A. A highly classified project that deals with direct communication with “The Visitors.” New communication technology dealing with multi-frequency sending units. Units direct multiple frequencies in a particular direction. High speed sending system allows the beam to be propelled at an enormous speed. Not too much more known about it. Los Alamos and several contractors, including, EG&G, BDM, Motorola, Risburn Corporation and Sandia, are [all] involved with this project. Facility built at Site 40, Nevada Test Site.

One rumor (only rumor from my source) is that “The Visitors” provided us with this technology. It enables us to communicate with “The Visitors” in a speedier way, than in the past. Part of this program involves the use of Chemical Lasers pushing the communication beam.

As it was explained to me (in layman’s terms), several frequencies are put together on a beam and propelled towards a target or receiver. The receiver, then boosts the energy and re-sends the signal to another point (relay?). Somehow, the Chemical Laser pushes the beam, thus propelling it faster than normal.

6. Technology transfer from Area 51 to Nevada Test Site [NTS]

A. The NTS was established in the early 1950s by the old Atomic Energy Commission to conduct above ground nuclear tests. The test site consists of 1,426 square miles of test space and a total of 5,470 square miles of bombing and other testing ranges. NTS is divided into 30 AREAS, which are then divided into UNITS.
Nuclear testing, both above and below ground, were conducted in eight of the 30 areas. Mercury is the base camp for NTS. Mercury includes all the support facilities to operate the NTS. Although, officially the Department of Energy’s contractor, Bethtel operates NTS; unofficially, NTS is controlled by U.S. Army Support Group “Lima.” You won’t find “Lima” mentioned in any official U.S. Army publications or unit listings.
“Lima” is a CLASSIFIED OPERATING UNIT.

The security for NTS is officially performed by Wackenhut Security Services, a private Department of Energy Contractor. However, of the 185 Wachenhut security officers, 57 are actually commissioned Federal Agents by the Department of Justice. An additional 80 U.S. military policemen perform classified security protections on NTS. An additional 44 USAF Security Police guard the Special Storage Facility (SSF), located in Area 6, Unit 23A. The SSF stores special stockpile weapons (nuclear weapons).

The existence of this SSF is classified since the U.S. government won’t acknowledge it stores any more weapons than officially published under the test ban treaties. The SSF has approximately 300 nuclear weapons. Next to this SSF is another highly classified storage facility known as, “Site K.” No one actually knows what is stored in “Site K,” but some believe it contains “Visitors gifts” to the U.S.! Officially, NTS advertises several facilities located on its property. One is the Device Assembly Facility in Area 6, Unit 2A.
According to an official publication, this facility assembles nuclear weapons prior to underground testing.

Unofficially, this facility conducts experiments on “Visitor Gifts.” Another facility contained on NTS and officially named the “Big Explosive Experimental Facility,” conducts simulations of explosions. Unofficially, this facility houses the underground entrance to Site U, which contains classified underground testing facilities built in 1987. Sources reports Site U is used to assemble Visitor’s propulsion systems.

Although Bethtel operates the NTS, several other contractors have buildings and conduct experiments on NTS.

D. “Project ORION”: This is the ALIEN PROPULSION SYSTEM testing project, which I will discuss later.

E. “Project (unknown name): A highly classified project that involves medical experiments using ALIEN TECHNOLOGY. This is being conducted both at NTS, Armed Forces Institute of Technology and the U. of Miami Medical School.

F. “Project (unknown name): A highly classified project that takes ALIEN TECHNOLOGY and applies it to space travel. Little else is known.

G. “Project SIGMA:” An on going project that involves the studying of ALIEN SPACECRAFT. This project moved from Groom Lake to NTS.

H. “Project NOMAD”: A highly classified project to study ALIEN SPECIES. Not much else is known.

I. “Project STARLIGHT”: Little is known, but it involves the study of space using ALIEN TECHNOLOGY.

8) U.S. SECRET PLANS FOR SPACE EXPLORATION

NSA/NASA both teamed up to develop new technologies to explore the Universe. NSA/NASA have deployed the following deep space probes.

“The RED BOOK”

“The Red Book” is an extremely thick, very detailed account summary written and compiled by the U.S. government on UFO investigations dating from 1947 to the present day. This orange-brownish book is updated every five (5) years and also contains some cross-over information from “The Yellow Book.”

The “YELLOW BOOK”

The “Yellow Book” or “Bible” is the alien’s history of our universe written by the aliens themselves as well as their interactions and involvement with Earth’s development/evolution. It was brought to Earth and presented to the U.S. government at the famous Holloman AFB landing in April 1964 by female Ebe #2 which was also translated by her.

Steven Spielberg’s 1977 film, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” is based on the famous Holloman landing as well as the human-ET exchange depicted at the very end with 10 (ten) men and two (2) women who are shown embarking on the alien spacecraft.

III) DARA vs. DARPA IN THE PENTAGEN DOCUMENT
In the Pentagen Document, there is a reference to the Defense Advance Research Agency (DARA). Unless there are two agencies with similar names, this may be a typo, sloppiness, or a variation or shorthand on the current full and official name and acronym, which is:

1963, WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE, NEW MEXICO: Just after sunset, runway lights flooded the runway where President Johnson and fifteen of his highest military and civilian bosses saw the disk from our ET allies–the Ebes–pop in and settle down.  Our people knew already regarded the Ebes as allies; they’d saved us from the Nazis in 1947 when we feared the Nazis in Antarctica would strike America with fighter disks like those they used to beat Admiral Byrd’s armada in the Antarctic battle of the Weddell Sea.  The disks the Ebens helped us develop warded off a Nazi invasion.

Now, in ’63, a tall, lanky extraterrestrial humanoid, Ebe2, emerged from a hatch; she wore a coverall dark blue bodysuit.  She was here for a four-hour visit.  Ebe2 announced in English that she had as gift to Earth, the Yellow Book.  The Yellow Book, she said, shows the viewer all Earth’s history and the history of the galaxy as well. 

Len Kasten, in Secret Journey to Planet Serpo writes that as Ebe2 and the Americans spoke a screen in her translation device showed a printed form in both Eben and in English.  She read the form aloud in English. 
Her two flight companions loaded their craft with the nine bodies of the Ebes who’d died in the Roswell and Kingman scout-disk crashes and landings.  They also loaded the body of Ebe1, the mechanic who’d survived one of the crashes.  Ebe1 had helped us contact Serpo and arrange for the exchange program, Crystal Knight, that would bring twelve Americans to Serpo in the Zeta Reticula system, 240 trillion miles from earth.  Ebe2 said she and an Ambassador would return to Earth in two years.  The Ambassador would remain and help the U.S. for twelve years while twelve Americans lived and study on Serpo. 
The meticulously documented record of the exchange program Kasten gives us in “Secret Journey” lets us see proof of the exchange program and the Yellow Book?  President Kennedy made it happen. 
 

The Ebes had been helping us since 1947, in a program run by President Eisenhower’s MJ 12 Committee and the Nazi-infiltrated CIA.  MJ 12 included the “deep throat” whistleblower who put the story on the web.  Kennedy wanted to cut off Allan Dulles, a Nazi sympathizer and the CIA chief (which was rife with pardoned ex-Nazis) from the Serpo Exchange Program.  Kennedy felt the CIA had marred his presidency with their failed invasion of Cuba.  He wanted the Serpo exchange program to be his triumphant legacy.  And he wanted the program out of the hands of Dulles and the CIA.  So Kennedy created the Defense Information Agency to take over all defense coordination. He charged the new agency to, as much as possible, share to our governments agreements with aliens and the technology they shared that could improve life on Earth.  Thank Kennedy and his DIA for the documents and leaks to the website www.serpo.org.

The website leader, probably a member of MJ12, wrote,

“The Yellow Book is an 8 x 11 inch object 2 1/2 inches thick made of a clear, heavy fiberglass. The border of the book is bright yellow.” When the viewer puts his eyes near the book and the device reads his electromagnetic aura, images appear, as do words in any of the 80 human languages the viewer uses. “Pictures tell the story of the Ebes lives, their exploration of the universe, their planet, their societal life and the Ebes longtime relationship with Earth.”  The Yellow book showed their first ambassador to Earth, some 2000 years ago, was Jesus.

“Once a reader put the Yellow book down then picked it up again later, it replayed all he’d already seen from the beginning.”   No one could keep reading the Yellow book more than 22 hours straight.

The Ebes returned two years later to take our team to Serpo and leave an ambassador to coach our engineers on the antigravity craft  they were making.

In “Secret Journey to Planet Serpo” Len Kasten documents how ETs from a planet in the Zeta Reticula system came to snoop on our nuclear facilities but then saved us from Nazis and Draco Reptilians in Antarctica who’d given them fighter-disks.

The Nazis and the Dracos coveted Earth and its Galaxy. In 1947, when the Nazis retreated to their warm-water cave under Antarctica, the U.S. sent Admiral Byrd’s fleet to get them. Fighter-disks appeared at the cave’s mouth, shot down Byrd’s planes, sunk a ship, killed 64 marines, and forced his retreat.

Our military feared defeat from the disks. Fortunately, people (called EBEs) from the planet Serpo who had been monitoring our nuclear testing sites gave us disk technology that let us make our own antigrav disks able to repel Nazi disk.

The EBEs and the U.S. created an exchange program. I say only mostly, because Spielberg added two women exchange-team members in his movie. He also showed his movie team blast off dramatic Devil’s Tower, whereas Kasten’s authenticated documents from the DIA shows they blasted off visually-boring Nevada nuclear testing grounds. The music scene, of course, was Spielberg’s pure Hollywood entertainment genius. But thanks, Steven, you showed us lots.

American fighter jets could not be successful against aircraft that could hover, fly at supersonic speeds, and change direction instantly. Consequently, when friendly EBEN ALIENS from Zeta Reticuli offered a diplomatic exchange program that would expose us to their technology–far ahead of anything the Germans possessed–we could not refuse. In 1909, the SOCIETY OF GREEN MEN who lived in an subterranean colony in Tibet and their Reptilian allies had Germany’s emissary to Imperial Japan, KARL HAUSHOFER, train Hitler, ally Germany with Japan, “conquer Russia, rule the Eurasian landmass, confront the West European and Anglo-American alliances,” and conquer our segment of the galaxy by 5000 CE.

“The Green Men were connected with the underground empire of Reptilian extraterrestrials from Alpha Draconis, said to extend from southwestern Tibet across India to Benares, India. This empire is called PATALA, “SNAKEWORLD,” HOME OF THE NAGAS SERPENT RACE AND GREYS from Zeta Reticuli–a seven-level complex of huge caverns and tunnels deep underground.” The Nagas “in alliance with extraterrestrials from Orion had already enslaved civilizations in twenty-one star systems in a nearby section of the galaxy. They chose the South Polar colony as a jumping-off point for their missions in this galactic neighborhood. Nazis had a pact with the Reptilian in 1933 that resulted in the transfer of advanced technology to Germany, including ANTIGRAVITY DISCS.”

The Reptilians invited the Nazis to build a colony next to the one they and their Grey allies kept in Antarctica. The Germans designed their Antarctic base, called Neuschwabenland, as “a joint German-alien scientific and technological development for interplanetary conquest.” In 1943, Nazi Himmler picked ten thousand blond, blue-eyed 17-24 year-old Ukranian women and 2,500 SS soldiers to Neushwabenland–four women for each soldier–and sent them to Antarctica in subs to breed Aryans for the Nazis. Stalin told Churchill and Truman that HITLER himself fled to Neushuabenland and had his double killed back in Berlin.

“The rest of the German population was left to perish in the Allied onslaught. THIS CORE ARYAN COLONY would breed the new race. With superior weapons and extraterrestrial friends, the Neushwabenland civilization would establish the Fourth Reich, take over and enslave the inferior races on the rest of the planet.” When, as they expected, Earth’s poles again shifted 90 degrees, most people would die but Antarctica would “move to a temperate climate near the equator” and the Antarctic Aryans “would remain safe in their secure redoubt under the two-mile mantle of ice.”

The British twice attacked and the Germans at Neushwabenland twice beat them. In 1945 the Nazis sent, after they build their own craft, German and Japanese astronauts in one of the antigravity craft to Mars. In 1946 Truman sent “thirteen ships– two icebreakers, two destroyers, two tenders carriying three seaplanes each, two tankers, two supply ships, one submarine, two helicopters, the aircraft carrier Philippine Sea, carrying six DC3 twin-engine planes, the flagship Mt Olympus and 4,700 marines” and announced this combat fleet would just explore, that’s all. BATTLE OF WEDDELL SEA

Byrd’s “fleet encountered several flying discs that emerged from the water and attacked the ships in a twenty-minute engagement in the Weddell Sea. The discs were protecting the entrance to the tunnel. “ Flying discs sunk the Pine Island and killed sixty-eight marines; discs also zapped one of the seaplanes and killed three seamen onboard. Truman ordered the invasion canceled.

Byrd wanted Antarctica nuked, but Truman had him silenced. The U.S. military had already seen a German made disc “without wings or rudder” overtake and explode our Liberator plane leading a formation of allied aircraft over Switzerland, then zoom out of sight. Byrd’s defeat convinced the U.S. was defenseless against the Nazi craft. The NAZI CRAFT HAD “DIRECT GYROSCOPIC STABILIZATION, TELEVISION-CONTROLLED FLIGHT, VERTICAL TAKEOFF AND LANDING, JAM-FREE RADIO CONTROL, RADAR BLINDING, INFRARED SEARCH EYES, ELECTROSTATIC WEAPON-FIRING, HYPERCOMBUSTIBLE GAS COMBINED WITH A TOTAL REACTION TURBINE AND ANTIGRAVITY FLIGHT TECHNOLOGY. The Germans and Japanese had already successfully landed one of these craft on Mars in 1945.

MEETING WITH ETS AND MILITARY 10 NOV. 2009, AKAU ATOLL, HAWAII

One of the most fantastic and controversial contacts is that surrounding Project Serpo. There is still much speculation as to whether this is a genuine Top Secret project or an elaborate hoax, however its supporters point to the authenticity of the data provided by the anonymous source, by validating many facts that are not in the public domain. If the source, a retired senior official within the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, DIA, is to be believed, following the  1947 Roswell incident, in 1964, the US military sent a team of 12 scientists to a far away planet in the Zeta Reticuli system at the invitation of its inhabitants, The Eben.

According to the source, one of the aliens, from the Roswell crash survived and was taken to Sandia Army Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico before being moved to Los Alamos. In time, the U.S. military permitted the Eben visitor to communicate with his home planet and this developed into a dialog between the two planets. The surviving Eben apparently died in 1952 but communications continued, and in 1965, an exchange program was established between Earth and the Ebens home planet.

It took the team 9 months, traveling in the alien craft to reach their planet, which the U.S. Military named Serpo. Although they had problems acclimatising to their new environment, the team actually remained there for much longer than the 10 years the mission was originally scheduled for, finally returning in 1978. The team consisted of 2 doctors, 3 scientists, 2 linguists, 2 security personnel, 2 pilots and was lead by an Air Force Colonel.

Only 8 of the team actually returned to Earth when the mission was completed, 2 members of the team actually died during the mission, and 4 of the team elected to remain on the planet Eben when their mission was over. To this day the U.S. Military refuse to discuss any of the matters regarding this mission. The 4 remaining crew from the Eben mission have since died.
 

Project Serpo

The crash involved two extraterrestrial aircraft. The Corona site was found a day later by an archaeology team. This team reported the crash site to the Lincoln County Sheriff's department. A deputy arrived the next day and summoned a state police officer. One live entity [EBE] was found hiding behind a rock. The entity was given water but declined food. The entity was later transferred to Los Alamos.

The second site was not discovered until August 1949 by two ranchers. They reported their findings several days later to the sheriff of Catron County, New Mexico. Because of the remote location, it took the sheriff several days to make his way to the crash site. Once at the site, the sheriff took photographs and then drove back to Datil.

The live entity established communications with us and provided us with a location of his home planet. The entity remained alive until 1952, when he died. But before his death, he provided us with a full explanation of the items found inside the two crafts. One item was a communication device. The entity was allowed to make contact with his planet.

Somehow, I never knew this information, but a meeting date was set for April 1964 near Alamogordo New Mexico. The Aliens landed and retrieved the bodies of their dead comrades. Information was exchanged. Communication was in English. The aliens had a translation device.

In 1965, we had an exchange program with the aliens. We carefully selected 12 military personnel; ten men and two women. They were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The 12 were skilled in various specialities.

Near the northern part of the Nevada Test Site, the aliens landed and the 12 Americans left. One entity was left on Earth. The original plan was for our 12 people to stay 10 years and then return to Earth.

Twelve team members went, and eight returned – two having died on Serpo and two having chosen to remain; these two were not ordered to return.

The returnees were isolated from 1978 until 1984 at various military installations. The Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) was responsible for their security and safety. AFOSI also conducted debriefing sessions with the returnees.

During the trip, each of our team members were frequently dizzy, disoriented and suffered headaches. The craft did not go through any weightlessness during the trip. The craft was very large and allowed the team to exercise.

Once the team arrived on the Eben planet, it took them several months to adjust to the atmosphere. During the adjustment period, they suffered headaches, dizziness and disorientation.

The bright suns of the Eben planet also presented problems. Although they had sunglasses, they still suffered from the bright sunlight and the danger of sun exposure. The radiation levels of the planet was a little higher than that of Earth. They were careful to cover their bodies at all times.

The Ebens had no forms of refrigeration, except in industry. The temperature of the planet, at the center portion, stayed between 94° and 115.° They did have clouds and rain, but not frequently. At the northern hemisphere of the planet, the temperature dropped to between 55 and 80 degrees. This was too cool for the Ebens, or at least most. Our team did find Ebens living in the north, but in very small villages.

Our team eventually relocated to the north in order to stay cool. The ground transportation used by our team was similar to a helicopter. The power system was a sealed energy device that provided electrical power and lift for the craft. It was very easy to fly and our pilots learned the system within days. The Ebens did have vehicles, which floated above the ground and did not have any tires or wheels.

There were leaders, but no real form of government. There was virtually no crime seen by the team. They had an army, which also acted as the police force. But no guns or weapons of any type were seen by our team. There were regular meetings within each small community. There was one large community, which acted as the central point of the civilization. All the industry was at this one large community. There was no money.

Every Eben was issued what they needed. No stores, malls or shopping locations. There were central distribution centers where Ebens went to obtain items of needs. All Ebens worked in some capacity. Children were kept very isolated. The only trouble our team members got into was when they attempted to photograph Eben children.

The Army politely escorted them away and cautioned them not to do it again.

There were about 100 different villages or living locations for the Ebens. The Ebens only used a small portion of their planet. They did mine minerals in remote areas of the planet and had a large industrial plant in the southern portion of the planet near a body of water. Our team determined this plant had some sort of hydroelectrical operation.

Our team's living quarters, which consisted of several small buildings, contained electricity powered by a small box. This small box supplied all the power our team needed. Ironically, the electrical equipment our team brought on the trip worked using their power source only.

Our scientists questioned our team members and the information they gathered. Our scientists could not understand how the orbit of Serpo could revolve around the two suns at the distance measured.

In the end, our scientists found that some things relating to that particular system was different in physics compared to our system. There were some questions about how our team measured the orbit and other calculations based on the lack of a stable time base. For some reason, and I don't think this was ever determined, our time instruments did not work on Serpo.

So you see, our team did the best they could with the instruments they had and the hardships they developed attempting scientific calculations. It is difficult for any Earth-based scientist to understand the different physics in other solar systems or on other planets.

Serpo moved around one sun only. The other sun was within the two orbits.

The Ebens did warn us that several other alien races within our galaxy were hostile. The Ebens stay away from those races. The debriefing document never stated the name of the enemy.

How did the Ebens advance so quickly? Nothing was written about this. But Earth-based scientists surmised that since the Eben culture consisted of just one species, their advancement excelled and accelerated more rapidly than a civilization that consisted of different species, different languages, etc.

As to the Eben culture: They had a form of musical entertainment. The music sounded like tonal rhythms. They also listened to a type of chanting. The Ebens were dancers. They celebrated certain work periods with a ritual dance. The Ebens would form a circle and dance around, listening to the chanting type of music. The music was played on bells and drums, or something similar to them.

Athough the Eben civilization had no televisions, radios, etc., each Eben had a small device belted to their waists. This device gave orders to perform a particular task, news of pending events, etc. The device displayed a screen, similar to a television screen but in a 3-D style format. Our team brought back one of these devices. (I think today, we could compare it to a palm pilot.)

The debriefing reported that the Team Members who remained, did so voluntarily. They fell in love with the culture of the Ebens and the planet. They were not ordered to return. Communication with the remaining crew members lasted until about 1988. No other communication was received from those Team Members. The two, who died on the Planet Serpo, were placed in coffins and buried. Their bodies were returned to Earth.

Each Team Member received a large dose or radiation during their stay on Serpo. Most of the Team Members died later of radiation-related illnesses.

The Suppression of UFO Technologies and Extraterrestrial Contact
 

The UFO question carries with it the baggage of centuries of speculation as to the very nature of who we are and how we got here. It calls into question conventionally accepted theories of evolution, and has the potential to unravel and invalidate many of our most cherished beliefs in the supremacy of the human species on the evolutionary ladder.

Reports of sightings and abductions have unearthed new quandaries concerning government involvement with alien visitors, and the extensive cover-up of these stories by various governments. Clearly the human race has a propensity for avoiding and/or denying uncomfortable information. We attempt to support our fractured and failing paradigms with what, at best, can be considered an amazing display of obstinacy.

It is no wonder that the Brookings Institute was commissioned in the 1950s to study and report on the  implications to the social fabric of the revelation that we are "not alone." Sadly, the possibility of extraterrestrial life has highlighted the persistence of the various scientific establishments in cozying up to military money and perquisites at the expense of their science, their ethics, and in the end, their self-respect. Those skeptics curious enough to investigate may find that the UFO information unfolding in the past few decades has been very, very carefully managed so as to achieve the desired results.

And what might these results be?

The logic behind any institution seems be self-perpetuation, and it comes as no surprise that the institutions charged with managing UFO and extraterrestrial information are tasked with a virtual information hot potato. Despite the supposed existence of an alien culture making its presence known and felt, our dominant terrestrial institutions would make it appear as though we are alone in an otherwise lifeless universe. It would not be presumptuous to assume that there has in fact been some sort of bargain or treaty negotiated between the alien visitors and the major Earth powers to perpetuate this appearance.

Such a pact might allow the present power hierarchies to continue to operate (with some new limitations and guidelines, of course) while at the same time essentially doing the work they've been assigned. It seems incredible that the fate of all beings of earth may already have been decided without our knowledge or consent, due to the censorship and top secret classification of sensitive information.

Stanton Friedman, UFO researcher and nuclear physicist, has publicly stated that "whoever controls alien technology rules the world." While there is abundant evidence that the U.S. government has had access to some alien technology for several decades, there is no doubt that the ones who really control alien technology are the aliens themselves.

Regardless of this, much time and effort has gone into the research and development of these same innovations right here on earth. T. Townsend Brown was succeeding with his antigravity work in the 1940s and 1950s and, in fact, experimentation of this sort has been ongoing for at least seventy years. Indeed, there are many serious researchers who now believe that the U.S. moon landing program was accomplished with the aid of antigravity machines, and there is more than a little reason to believe them. (The lack of a blast-off exhaust from the lunar Lander on Apollo 11, for example, is one intriguing bit of evidence for this assertion.)

Yet it is only recently that the news of a successful antigravity breakthrough is being allowed to be published in mainstream physics journals.

UFO research is big news these days, and the news is coming fast and thick. I have chosen some of the most revealing stories I have been able to find to illustrate the extent of the cover-up of information concerning UFOs and the principles on which they operate. Avoidance and outright denial have made it possible for our governments to hide the truth thus far.

It is interesting to speculate how this knowledge, made public, is likely to alter our perspective.
 

Breakthrough as Boffins Beat Gravity

Scientists in Finland are about to reveal details of the world's first anti-gravity device. Measuring about 30 cm across, it is said to reduce significantly the weight of anything suspended over it.

The claim—which has been rigorously examined by scientists and is due to appear this month in a physics journal—could spark a technological revolution. By combating gravity—the most ubiquitous force in the universe— everything from transport to power generation, could be transformed.

NASA, the United States space agency, is taking the claims seriously and is financing research into how the antigravity effect could be turned into a means of flight.

The researchers at the Tampere University of Technology in Finland, who discovered the effect, say it could form the heart of a new power source in which it is used to drive fluids past electricity-generating turbines.

Other uses seem limited only by the imagination:

• Lifts in buildings could be replaced by devices built into the ground. People wanting to go up would simply activate the antigravity device— making themselves weightless—and with a gentle push ascend to the floor they want.

• Space travel would become routine, as all the expense and danger of rocket technology is geared towards combating the Earth's gravitational pull.

• By using the devices to raise fluids against gravity and then conventional gravity to pull them back to Earth against electricity-generated turbines, the devices could also revolutionize power generation.

According to Dr. Eugene Podkletnov, who led the research, the discovery was accidental.

It emerged during routine work on so-called "superconductivity," the ability of some materials to lose their electrical resistance at low temperatures.

The team was carrying out tests on a rapidly spinning disc of super-conducting ceramic suspended in the magnetic field of three electrical coils, all enclosed in a low-temperature vessel called a cryostat.

"One of my friends came in and he was smoking his pipe," said Dr. Podkletnov. "He put some smoke over the cryostat and we saw that the smoke was going to the ceiling all the time. It was amazing—we couldn't explain it."

Tests showed a small drop in the weight of objects placed above the device, as if it were shielding the object from the effects of gravity—an effect deemed impossible by most scientists.

The team found that even the air pressure above the device dropped slightly, with the effect detectable directly above the device on every floor above the laboratory.

What makes this claim different from previous "antigravity" devices scorned by the establishment is that it has survived intense scrutiny by skeptical, independent experts and has been accepted for publication by the Journal of Physics-D: Applied Physics, published by Britain's Institute of Physics.

Even so, most scientists will not feel comfortable with the idea of anti-gravity until other teams repeat the experiments. The Finnish team is already expanding its program to see if it can amplify the antigravity effect.

In its latest experiments, the team has measured a 2-percent drop in the weight of objects suspended over the device—and double that if one device is suspended over another.

If the team can increase the effect substantially, the commercial implications are enormous.

Farrell’s data is consistent with Kasden’s assertion of the exchange of Eben people from Serpo and the U.S..

The machine that you see is a Electrostatic Generator

In other words, a machine that produces static electricity, you know, the stuff that discharges if you take of a pullover but also has properties that looks a magnetic effect but in fact is a gravitational effect, there is no magnetite or iron involved.

So in short, the discs you see in the Disc are a large electrostatic generator which could lead all the electricity it produces into a Tesla Coil.


Maybe you have to insulate the generator and lead all the electricity to the outside of the disc and the ground on the bottom of the disc. It is also possible that with or without insulation and/or the proper metallurgic compounds the generator causes an electrostatic vortex/sphere which could possibly cause a levitation effect, repelling from the earth's electromagnetic/static field.

It also explains the colors that UFOs tend to show at night or the very bright luminous objects during daytime.

My main question is, what will happen if you configured the coil and generator as proposed above, what effects will it cause? Just to see a Tesla Coil in action is amazing, how will it respond to the discs from the electrostatic generator?

If you have been following me you should know that Bob Lazar's witnessed testimony is credible even though he is rejeced from Dr. Stephen Greer's UFO Disclosure Act because of what Lazar alleges that a "Deal" was made between secret govt. and ET and that Lazar want's to blame Congress for hiding the truth from the public. Again, if you have been following my footsteps you will know that there is a alien underground world inside earth. This alien species was first discovered in the 1970's by me who was first assigned to carry on the SERPO Exchange Program. There are nine other worlds of the 4th dimension that is parrallel to time in space; so, time in space is much different than time on earth. There is however a 4th dimension of time and space inside earth where these alien entities have invaded earth and may be responsible for UFO Brazil and UFO laziar attacks on people, humans and mutilations of cattle. These alien entiites are also believed by me due to a secret SERPO agent's descriptions live way underground in a toxic and vol canic environment and seemingly wants to bring desolation upon the earth. (There is a secret MIB/alien "Black War" being fought) This Draconoian Menace is also known to have wiped out entire planets of other worlds such as Syrius B and now earth. The Draconians can shapeshift into other forms of living species and described by Isrealites as "demons" or demonic forms of alien. Let's keep oin mind however this has nothing to do with The Federation of Worlds but that the earth has been invaded by evil.

Northrop Aircraft Corporation has manufactured its Northrop antigravity disc (designation unknown)

...which I have dubbed the ’Great Pumpkin’ , from its brilliant ruddy golden-orangish glow. I first saw these craft operationally test-flown in 1992 above the Groom Range ridge line at Area 51, Nevada.

Later I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft that I had seen above Area 51 being test-flown sixty miles north of Los Angeles, in the Tehachapi Mountains east of Edwards Air Force Base.

There the Northrop has its secret saucer manufacturing works buried deep within the mountains. I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft test-flown above Northrop’s mountaintop test bed there as I had seen above Areas 51/S-4

When energized these discs emit their characteristic intense glow. It is reasonable to assume that this is due to strong ionization, and that electrogravitics is the methodology of their field propulsion.

The Northrop Quantum Teleportation Disc?

Are the above the current state-of-the-art in advanced aerospace craft? No.

 

There have been advances beyond “mere” antigravity field propulsion. Quantum particulate physics is now being used to update a variety of aerospace craft and their weapons systems.

On a recent (09/16/05) field trip to the boundary of Area 51, during a middle-of-the-night observation, I saw first one, then another, and finally six brightly-lit objects suddenly appear at approximately 1000’ (305 meters) height above the desert floor. The intensely-glowing, ruddy, golden-orangish ionization field surrounding these craft appeared identical to the field around the Northrop antigravity disc.

 

But in the 13 years since I had last observed the Northrop discs above Area 51, and at their Tehachapi Mountains manufacturing site, considerable progress has been made.

In 1992, the Northrop disc slowly rose vertically from its flight pad and gradually reached flight altitude. But in 2005 these craft are able to depart from their flight pad and suddenly appear at flight altitude without any visible ascent. And it is not a matter of their ionization field having been turned off during ascent for stealth purposes.

 

The ionization field comes with electrogravitic field propulsion. If the ionization were turned off, the craft would have fallen from the sky. Rather what appears to be going on is that the Northrop engineers have incorporated quantum physics principles into the propulsion.

 

Simply stated, Northrop appears to have harnessed quantum entanglement to achieve quantum teleportation. To the observer the craft simply ceases to exist on the flight pad and instantly begins to exist at, (in this case), 1000 feet altitude.

 

If the interpretation of this observation is correct, then there exists an 11^th entry in the U.S. antigravity arsenal, the Northrop Quantum Teleportation Disc.

If the black-budget scientists keep advancing along these lines, we could foresee the day when a fleet of Air Force craft suddenly “cease to exist” on the air base runway and instantly appear at 35,000 feet altitude over a target city halfway around the globe.

America has used its enormous wealth to become the global super-power.

The TAW-50 is but one example of its exotic, unnecessarily proliferative, and highly-destructive arsenal. The world awaits the day when America finds its soul, and pays more attention to matters of spirit, mind, and metaphysical development, and withdraws from its addiction to war toys.

It has been said that if the American people knew what the military had in their arsenal today, they wouldn’t believe it, and would think that someone was fantasizing about a George Lucas Star Wars movie episode.
 

But it’s not science-fiction. The future is already here.

The implications of the advanced antigravity craft back-engineered by humans are several. All of the antigravity technology is in the control of the organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up.

This organization is so heavily infiltrated by Cabal types that Dr. Michael Wolf regretfully concluded that the Cabal had effective control of it. He should know; he was a high member of that Special Studies Group, [formerly "MJ-12"], buried within the National Security Council.

Since the Cabal effectively control the development and special uses of these craft, there remains a very high danger that the Cabal will use its growing antigravity fleet to try to repel the Star Visitors and even conduct Space War. Elements within the U.S. Air Force and the Naval Space Command are making preparations for such a Space War.

What can we do about this as light workers, Star Kids, Star Seed adults or other humans of good will?

1. First is to keep ourselves informed about dangerous and evil uses of antigravity (and quantum) technology.

2. Second is to contact our political representatives to oppose policies and weapons systems development that is oriented towards space warfare.

3. Third is to encourage the release of this technology into the civilian sector, where it can revolutionize transportation, energy generation, large construction projects, and other peaceful uses.

4. Fourth, the existence of this human technology is a two-edged sword for the Cabal. Not only is the existence of antigravity technology starting to get out to the public, but also the very existence of a massive worldwide organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up and confiscation of Star Visitor technology.

As the public becomes aware that the Cabal have unfairly monopolized this technology for 40+ years, the public will become incensed at the Cabal for their greed and selfishness.

This then becomes the opportunity to expose and discredit the Cabal, the Number One obstacle to human safety and progress.
